Excellent very high standard accommodation from this lovely 4 bed 'bungalow' style property. Ideally situated for the parks being only 10-15 minutes from Disney. This is a 'disabled friendly' property with everything you can need for your holiday including games room and private pool and spa.
Its a proper home from home with high quality throughout. Loved and cared for by the owners!

Great area near Posner Park with a growing number of restaurants nearby.

RECENTLY UPDATED: - All new bedding/ Bluetooth speaker/ new Roku TVs. We have also re modelled the games room to include Dart Board, new Pool Table and Mini PacMan.
This property was also recently repainted and all kitchen utensils updated.
Newly carpeted throughout!
July 2024- Patio revamped to provide additional space and new Patio furniture added
June 2025- Bedroom 1 completely updated with new bed and furniture. ALL rooms with new mattresses

Excellent beautiful property

We had a great time enjoying this beautiful house and had excellent service from the property owner and office staff. Highly recommend very clean and spacious. Only issue we had was with the heat for the spa recommend calling ahead of paying for this to ensure it is set up for you. Definitely would recommend this property for vacations!!!

Nice stay in Davenport

We had a very pleasant stay, the house was clean and roomy enough for a family of 6. We only used the pool & hot tub once but it was very enjoyable. The owner sent great check in instructions, that I misplaced, and he was available over the phone to provide assistance. There was a mechanical problem with the HVAC and the property management company had it repaired straight away, while we were out, I am impressed with there attentiveness. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment and suited our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Davenport Area.

Nice property

Property was very nice and was as advertised. It worked well for a base location to go to the Disney parks, however we wished there were more high quality dining options near the property.

Nice and affordable family friendly property!

Overall we had a pleasant stay and the property met our needs for our family of 5, including 2 toddlers and 1 teenager. Beware: this house is so comfortable you may not make it to all the places you have planned LOL We literally had to bribe the kids to get out and about! The game room in the garage was a wonderful addition full of fun for every age. The game console in the front room was also a great extension of entertainment. They had WiFi access which was truly needed and Netflix in the main area. The children’s rooms had Netflix access which was nice and they loved! The pool area (table and areas immediately around the pool)could have definitely been cleaned better, but we were able to enjoy it nonetheless. We didn’t get the pool heat and it was fine. My only complaint was the heaping pile of trash that was overflowing in both trash cans upon arrival that took 3 days and several communications to management to remove. This led to flies in our car and in the home which was a nuisance and we had to drive our personal trash to a Walmart dumpster which was pretty inconvenient. Luckily we had a truck. A huge positive is that the owner was extremely responsive although management should be your first call. Also, management did address all other minor issues we brought to their attention throughout our stay which was awesome. I am grateful we were able to stay in a safe and beautiful neighborhood during our family vacation. Thanks so much!!!

Would recommend!

We just returned from a nice stay here. We are a family of 4 and there was more than enough space for us. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels and kitchenware. Publix and Target are only about 2 miles away for groceries and it only took us 20-30 minutes to get to Disney depending on traffic. Outlet malls are 20-30 minutes away as well. The owner quickly responded to all questions. We wish the spa had been warmer but it wasn’t a big deal. And my husband and I were confused about the master shower because the shower head sprays out of the shower, so be sure to get in the shower and close the shower door before you turn it on. LOL I was really confused at 6AM! Overall we all enjoyed ourselves and the home and neighborhood were very relaxing.

Wonderful home!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and roominess of this home. The kitchen is well stocked for a large family. There were plenty of towels, and even pool towels supplied. There are premium cable channels, video games, books, in addition to the pool and ping pong table. This house features all the comforts of home, plus more! We notified the owner that we would be arriving late at night and he made sure all the lights were on for us. Such a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Communication with him was pleasant and his response time was quick. Overall a wonderful choice for us and would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Fantastic Villa, Highly recommend a stay here!

This is an absolutely fantastic Villa, it is clean, tidy, spacious, and everything else that you could wish for. We genuinely felt at home here and very much enjoyed our stay. From the first moment of making contact with the owner, we received friendly and prompt replies and it was a very smooth booking process, prices were clear and payment was easy, nothing at all was hard work. The Villa is a brilliant size, we are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and we had so much room that we could have comfortably had more guests with us, the pool was good size with added bonus of a jacuzzi, the pool heating was on as requested and so there was no faffing about there and everything was just perfect. Rooms are clean, very very spacious and very well decorated and maintained. Washing facilities are all present meaning that washing can be done and dried before returning home if you so wish. We drove and as another reviewer said, it is really close to everything and on very accessible and easy roads to drive on, not technically Villa related but road signs from the Villa to different destinations such as Disney World are clear and uncomplicated. We simply cannot fault this Villa or Owner and we will be definitely booking again for the future. Thank you! We look forward to staying again :-)

Perfect holiday retreat

We have as a party of 6 just returned from our fabylous holiday in Florida. Our party consisted of 2 adults, 2 x 18 year olds, 16 and 15 year old....so we were delighted at the size and specification of the property, which we think is quite undersold. It is spacious, bright, modern and very clean. The management company made a welcome phone call, and presented a scenario of nothing was too much trouble. The gardens and pool were regularly attended too during our stay. We did not feel like we were staying in a hotel rental, very much a home from home experience which we enjoyed very much. Location wise, was perfect for us, as we had a car and wanted to explore the area. It is genuinely only 15 mins from Disney park entrances, and in traffic 30 minutes max to International Drive area/Universal studios. the drive is easy, and plenty of places you can stop off at en route. Very sad to leave, and would 100% return if we choose to holiday in Florida one day soon.

Great villa

We have just returned from our holiday at this wonderful villa which was immaculate and contained everything needed for the stay. The location is perfect for access to the parks and beaches. I would recommend this villa and would return. We had no issues and everything was exactly as described. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
