West Haven is located close to the US27 and Interstate 4. The community is ideally placed for some of the best shops, bars and restaurants that Central Florida has to offer. Whatā€™s more, Walt Disney World is just a few miles away, bringing you closer to the magic than you could ever imagine. Universal Studios and Sea World are also within easy reach making West Haven Villa the ideal choice for your next family Florida vacation.
This 2 story home has 2,754 sqft and offers: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, game room, heated pool and spa.
Guests will also find a club house with gym, pool and tennis court.
Guests will enjoy spending their Holidays/Vacations days relaxing by the heated pool, spa, and summer kitchen with the privacy of this natural Florida conservation location.
We want you to feel as if the villa is truly your home away from home, so we have immersed the interior in a mix of fine furniture and tasteful artwork, creature comforts and bold necessities, and everything we could think of to make your holiday memorable!
The laundry room is equipped with a washer & dyer, iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided. There is a high chair for those with babies. The house is air conditioned throughout and has free Wifi.
Enjoy relaxing in the swimming pool with Jacuzzi after a long day at the theme parks. The pool deck has a covered lanai with patio furniture, sun loungers, barbecue grill (the cost is US$ 60) and mini fridge . There is also a pool safety fence for those with children. The pool can be heated at an additional cost (US$34.05 per day).

Very nice house!

We are a first time VRBO travelers and would rate Marilza's house as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation house.

Lovely Place!!!

We stayed there for three nights. House was very clean, well maintained. Comfortable beds, owners communication very good. Quiet location, close to shops, 20min drive to Disney parks. Highly recommended.

Great Location! Perfect place to stay with my family. Close to all Orlando Theme Parks! Everything that we need for our family vacation! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood great communication. Marilza was very polite, helpful and replied our questions extremely fast. The home was a delight. Clean and very central location to all we needed. Will definetely call her again for another stay in the future.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing vacation staying at this home. Perfect location to hit the Disney parks and Seaworld. There were 4 of us and a perfect amount of space. The pool was gorgeous and the we had so much fun! And we loved relaxing in the hot tub after visiting the parks. The house was super clean and very comfortable. Everything you would need was provided and all house instructions were very clearly laid out and easy to understand. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will most likely be staying here again!

Excellent Stay!

The home was wonderful, clean, and well-maintained. Convenient location to attractions we visited. Pool size was great. We couldn't have had a better experience. This home was truly a home away from home. We plan to book our next trip to Florida with the same owner. Truly wonderful!

Family Vacation

Community is great. Communication was good. The walls, carpet, and tile floor could use a good detailed cleaning. The shower head in the main master bedroom was molded but I cleaned it. It needs to be replaced though (a hand held shower head would be great for that shower). The water doesnā€™t get hot enough so maybe the hot water heater needs to be turned up. There were not enough towels or rags provided. However, the air works great and keeps up well to ensure the whole house is air conditioned. The pool was one of the cleanest Iā€™ve had while staying in Orlando. Great job, pool person! The pool water was warm but thatā€™s expected in the middle of summer. The house is a little farther than Iā€™m used to for the theme parks but not bad overall considering you get away from all the crowd and the community is quiet and you can hear natures sounds.

Orlando Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home with our family! The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. It provided a great home base for our trip. The neighborhood was nice, and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for convenience. The only minor downside was some traffic getting to and from the Orlando parks, but it was manageable. Highly recommend for families!

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient!

We very much enjoyed staying at this home for a week while visiting Florida! My group included 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles, which allowed us each to have our own room and bathroom! Perfect amount of space for our group. Everything was as discussed with host or as mentioned in the listing! When we had questions for the host, they answered quickly. All the surrounding neighbors were so kind and easy to talk with. 30 min-1 hr commute to just about everything we planned to do. Would definitely recommend this home to my friends!

Family Vacation

The house was very nice great size for our daughter and her family and the two of us. The pool and hot tan was wonderful I thought it was just right but everybody else thought it was too hot. The house was very nice but it did need some maintenance done. The entire house could use a coat of paint. You could tell it was well used. We would definitely rent the house again.

Last year we did the Disney Resort thing. This year we tried this home. We were worried our two children would be bored not having other kids to play with but they loved it even more than staying at the Disney resort!! Clean home, great communication, and outstanding trip. Thank you

Info NOT in the listing: 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs including the master. Game room is the garage and it is not cooled and smells like the garbage can. Someone has been storing the trash in it. Property needs some general maintenance. The dryer was not hooked up to the vent so it was blowing hot air into the house. I called and messaged the property mgr 4-5 times before it got fixed. If you plan to visit Orlando, plan for long commute times. It took us over 45 minutes each way for 5 days. The on ramp to Interstate 4 is extremely congested and frustrating to navigate. And there were no extra supplies in the house. We purchased toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels for the week because what was provided was inadequate for a family of 4. The bedroom TVs were laughably small and the beds were creaky and bouncy. The coffee maker worked however there was no coffee in the house. Aside from those gripes, our stay was very enjoyable. The house has excellent cooling. The pool was nice which the kids enjoyed. It is also in a gated community and the property has nice curb appeal.

Great house in quiet location

Lovely clean large gated house with big pool area, near to Disney area, very well equipped and not to far drive to supermarket and restaurants, Nice quiet area, a few small probs with pool but sorted asap with management company who are easy to get hold of. Overall great chilled stay for a large family

Good location but maintenance could be better

We arrived and the house was greatly furnished but the carpet didnt seem very clean and was quite worn. Also we paid for pool heating and wasnt working for the entire week. We finally fot the pool hot on the morning we were leaving. Wasnt able to use it. Listing mentions a barbecue but it was locked with a padlock probably extra cost for using it but no mention. So house was greatly located but the attention and maintenance was not as expected. First time a villa experience in Orlando area turns out as average unfortunately. Hope next time will be better.
