Full Renovation completed summer/fall of 2024 with new flooring in living room, dining room and kitchen.New Kitchen cabinets/countertops, lighting and appliances as well. 3 large bedrooms and a den. Steps to Johnson Ranch Golf Course~ a two min walk to clubhouse. Double attached garage, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room & living room with big screen TV. The den also has a flat screen TV. The Master has a King sized bed, walkin closet & dresser drawers, the spare has queen size bed & dresser, the 3rd bedroom has a new queen sided bed. Heated pool with current jets & a waterfall feature. Washer n Dryer included. Towels, linens, pots n pans, patio furniture, BBQ, loungers included as well.

The house was nice and clean. Pool was cleaned while we were there. Unlike many rentals, there was paper towels, dish washer pods, spices, toilet paper- things I think should be in a rental. It is nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Easy to get around. Instructions were very clear and easy. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

The pool was very nicely heated and was clean. There wasn't really any shallow part. No big deal for me.The host was great for responding. The location was great I have stayed in that neighborhood before. It is close to most anything you would need.

Great golfing, hiking and relaxing vaykay

Great stay, the location was great close to golf, pickleball, hiking and grocery store. It was very relaxing and safe. Has all the amenities.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Sean was a great host and responded to anything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had all appliances and the living room was very comfortable. I didn’t have issues with anything at all. You will enjoy the stay if you decide to use Sean’s property. I recommend it.

San Tan Relaxing

Quiet, relaxing, close to everything

Good contact with host before we arrived. Easy check in. Problem with the pool on check in day but Shawn was on top of it and got it fixed. Close to santan parkthat has hiking and bicycle trails. Traffic heavy at times but can get around fairly easy. Great stay overall.

Great stay in a great neighborhood!

Great place stay overall. Lots of room, pool and everything you need close by house. Perfect for golfers wanting to golf at Johnson Ranch. Just was great at communicating with regards to any issues or questions. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay

The house was just what we were looking for in the Arizona sun. We stayed here for the month of February. The pool was heated very nicely and the house was adequately supplied. The property owner was very easy to communicate with.

Great spot

This property was in a great location for us. Near golf, friends and plenty to do. We spent multiple evenings at the golf course for excellent food and music. Shawn was excellent at answering my questions. Amenities were very good at the house.

Nice house, inconvenient location

The house was nice. The refrigerator wasn't working properly. The pool was great because it is heated. The kitchen could use a small table or island for preparing food Because of the properties location and heavy traffic, getting to venues and activities was time consuming and difficult.

March stay in San Tan Valley

We spent 24 nights at the house. We enjoyed our stay and the location. We did find the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, as well as the couches, especially the one in the small den. We enjoyed the pool & private backyard. We fed the hummingbirds and enjoyed watching them at the feeder! Thank you Shawn for sharing your house with us.

San Tan Valley House

This house was perfect for us. The location next to the San Tan Mountains, Johnson Golf Course, pools and pickle ball courts was a huge bonus. Shawn was easily available for all questions. Beautiful home. Duane and Tracy Thelen North Dakota

We love this house!

The property was perfect for what we needed. The pool was beautiful and well used by all of us. We do not golf but appreciated being so close to such a beautiful golf course. It was peaceful and really felt like a get away. Lots of opportunity to walk around the area and we used the bikes too. Love being so close to a grocery store and not far for mall shopping. I hope we can come back.

Very satisfied

Shawn let us check in early, Very easy check-in. The home is bright, roomy, had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Then, the heated swimming pool, and lovely, well appointed patio/ deck, is amazing! Well protected, and sunny afternoons meant we could use the pool most afternoons! Very nice neighborhood and neighbors, grocery and shops very nearby. A very good location to explore this area of Arizona. Thank you, Shawn! We are a couple from Minnesota in our 60’s😊

Get away from it all

It is a a lovely home in an awesome neighborhood. We enjoyed star gazing at night and swimming during the day. The owner is very considerate. He responds and acts with lightning speed to your concerns. My grandson was doing remote learning which was easy with the good internet connection and the desk. This was one of the few homes that actually included cable TV. We would gladly stay here again!!!

Perfect

I was in Arizona visiting my two young grandsons and this accommodation was just perfect. The kitchen was very well fitted out and there were even some basic supplies available to use so I didn't have to go straight to the store as soon as I arrived. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I had a couple of questions after arriving which Shawn promptly replied to. I also got to have my grandsons stay over for a night, which was lovely. As soon as I have dates for my next visit I will be looking to book again!

Nice Time for 2 months

Shawn was a very nice owner to deal with and was very helpful. The MBRM toilet was very noisy and needed a parts replacement the day we got there. Got it fixed in 3 days. The house was simply decorated in light grey and sparsely furnished with one side table in MBRM and a chest of drawers in all 3. Closets and hangars adequate. Guest bedrooms were used 9 nights by our family members and mattresses were on the firmer side and new. MSBRM mattress had a soft topper, however, we felt it leaned to the edges during sleep. Linen, blankets, beach towels adequate and white towels adequate, though, expect few hand towels and facecloths. Dining chairs, only 4. Missed a kitchen table or base for more counter space. Flatware serving pieces nonexistent and had to buy some. Some knives would benefit from sharpening. Safe, fairly quiet neighborhood. Luckily, we pay our bills online as we could not receive mail here.

The property was okay but needs attention.

The property is a small house located in a very nice, gated community in San Tan near a golf course. Traffic to and from the property is very heavy during rush hours. The property was not ready for guests. It had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The garbage disposal was not working, nor was the dishwasher, which had standing water in it. The washing machine had a broken spring and was unusable. The owner responded quickly but repair/replacement of the appliances took a few days. The pool is heated and was lovely during the cooler weather. Pool toys and outdoor furniture were provided. The beds were very uncomfortable to us. The master bed sank in about three inches once you got in it, so it was like a giant marshmallow and hard to get out of or turn over in. (Some folks may like that, but we didn't.) The bed in one guest room was raised over two and a half feet from the floor, also making access difficult. Two TVs, one in a small den and one in the larger den, received only Canadian news stations, but Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc., were available. The owner was very responsive. I appreciated that he made the effort to get things fixed, was willing to extend our stay, and even charged a little less because of the issues. However, the appliances were known to have problems that should have been fixed before advertising or renting the property out, hence my rating of only 3 stars.
