Great stay !

We were in Queen Creek for an event (20 minutes away) and are so glad we found this property we stayed over an additional day ! I only wish we were able to stay longer but we had a fantastic weekend and it was wonderful to have this beautiful house to ā€œcome homeā€ to at the end of each day ! So many things to do in the area that we just didnā€™t have enough time to take advantage of but weā€™re planning another trip and plan on staying at this property again !

Great Place to Stay

We stayed at this house while we were waiting to close on our new house. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful backyard with a view of the golf course. We had access to the community pool, which was nice. I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay in the San Tan Valley area.

Hot tub is not at the house, maybe I misunderstood the listing. Check-in process was a bit frustrating - never received the key code (booked 2 days before and it is sent out 3 days before), but the property manager was very helpful via phone.

The property was nice. Only complaint was the garbage can outside was full and the previous renters did not put it out for pick up on garbage day because that was the afternoon we arrived. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Phoenix visit

This was a lovely well appointed home in a lovely neighborhood. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the sunny mornings. Very quiet area but close to the convention we were attending and close to shopping and restaurants. We will come back if we do this again. Thanks so much!

Enjoyable accommodations

We enjoyed the smaller tv room where there was ample lighting for reading. The backyard was nice size so we could move our chairs to be in the sun (the weather was very cool when we were there). Comfortable king size bed. Neighbors were friendly. A little more cleaning on checkout than I am used to with Vrbo.

Patio rug needs replacing. Patio furniture was just OK. Living room furniture was the biggest complaintā€¦one couch and it wasnā€™t comfortable. Could use a couple recliners. Master bedroom had no mattress pad.

Great Teamwork

This stay was a perfect example of a property management company swooping in for the win. The heat to our house was not functioning. After a tech came to assess it, it was unfixable without ordering parts. After some time and hard work by the property managers, we were relocated to a wonderful home. The owner of the home even met us and turned on the heat for us! ((Real shout of to the homeowner. He was hospitable, kind, and a genuinely nice man.)) The rest of the stay was seamless and we slept warm and cozy!

Accurate description

It's a lovely home with plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. The master suite is especially nice. We enjoyed cooking and dining in the communal areas. Beds were comfortable.Communication was impersonal. It's clear this is managed by a corporation, not an individual. When I had questions, they weren't answered until the next day. There were long detailed instructions on how to thoroughly clean the space and everything in it before checking out, which makes me question why charge a high cleaning fee? When we cooked, we found that the pots and pans had to be rewashed before using anyway. And we saw dog hair in the living room. As we were warned, there were no toiletries at all. The towels could be refreshed/replaced. All of these are small things, not deal-breakers. Overall, it was just what we needed for a weekend to attend a family event nearby. The nightly rate is more than reasonable, but the extra fees are a bit much.

Local stay.

Needed a place while we closed on our house and this rental was just what we needed. The location was convenient to eateries and shopping, plus it was located on the golf course and was a great backdrop to the quiet mornings. Thankful we were able to maintain a home life during our home transition.
