There is a separate dining area that can comfortably seat up to eight people. From this level, you can also access the feature-length balcony that offers breathtaking views of the golf course.

The mid-level of the villa includes a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a private furnished balcony with golf course views. There is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony.

On the ground level, you will find two additional bedrooms, both with direct access to the swimming pool terrace and garden area. The private swimming pool measures 10.00m x 5.00m and has depths ranging from 1.20m to 2.15m. It is worth mentioning that a state-of-the-art electric pool cover has been installed for added safety and to help retain the water temperature.
