Enjoy our beautifully decorated, 3-bedroom condo located in the top-rated Windsor Palms Resort. This fun family gated resort community is just minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom and all the major Orlando theme parks and attractions.

When you're not at the parks, relax and enjoy all the first-rate amenities this popular resort has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy some lunch or a refreshing, tropical drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground. There are no resort fees, guests are welcome to use all amenities.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room with limited amenities when you can stay in Kuzco's fully furnished and equipped, designer decorated condos for half the price! We've got everything you need to ensure your family experiences the best Disney vacation ever!

Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers. Programmable safe is provided to lock away valuables.

Your little ones will delight in their Jungle theme room with Kuzco's pet panther to greet them. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV.

The living room has a flat-screen TV with a comfy sofa with chaise.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

For families with little tykes - we have a 'pack & play' fold-out crib and a high chair
available for you UPON REQUEST.

This first floor condo is approximately 1,208 sq ft. with a private screened-in lanai. The condo is approximately a 1 minute walk from the clubhouse and pool with free parking available, for multiple cars, just to the side of the building.

We have a key-less door entry system with a self-programming door code.

Should you require immediate attention while staying in our condo, our property management company will be there to take care of you and your party.

The unit was a great size with a great layout. Super close to the pool, which had a bar at it as an added bonus. The available grills were the only downfall as they were camping style hibachi grills and not full size grills. Still not enough to drop it down from a five star rating

Anna was very communicative. Space was clean, we did have a maintenance issue with a clogged sink that was promptly taken care of. Location was ideal for our visit to the food and wine festival at Epcot. Need to bring your own shower soap and shampoo.

Condo was exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. Comfortable beds, great couch for lounging, hot showers, dishwasher and laundry. We had everything we needed for a family vacation. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the condo was the perfect spot to come home to after a day at the parks. The property has a pool with a bar and clubhouse that we visited almost every day. My daughter enjoyed swimming. The clubhouse has a game room and small store for necessities, along with the bar. My one complaint is that there were dogs running around the pool one evening and another evening two guests got in a shouting match and were screaming profanities at each other. I recognize that this isn’t the condo owners issue but it’s worth noting about the property.

This was our first Florida trip as a family and we wanted to make sure it was a memorable experience for our daughter - starting with where we stayed. The gated community experience was such a wonderful amenity; We explored the clubhouse, tried out the heated pool, sampled the clubhouse bar, and thought it felt like a positive community. Stores were only a short drive from the complex, making groceries or doordashing super easy, and major highways were close for visiting Disney, Discovery Cove, and Universal Studios. The condo was clean, perfect for our needs, and just as pictured. We cannot wait to go back some day! :)

Place looked great, and short walk to the pool, bar and kiosk. Only downside is there is basically impossible to walk anywhere (Walmart f.ex.) so you have to take Uber. But other then that we had a lovely stay.

Nice gated community

The condo was in a nice gated community. It was within an hours drive to all parks and experiences we had booked for the week. The cleaners could definitely do a better job. The rug directly inside the condo was covering a bunch of dirt on the floor. There was lint and left over laundry from previous renters throughout the laundry area. The comforters in the room with 2 beds definitely need replaced. My youngest wouldn't sleep under them because they're so itchy. None of the tvs worked. These were all minor issues. Our biggest issue which is no fault of the owners, was the guests in the condo above us were extremely noisy. Every night when we'd go to bed there'd be noise that sounded like stomping, moving furniture, and rolling things across the floors. There were nights it took us hours to fall asleep because of the noise. And these same people woke up around 630am most mornings to make the same loud noises. I really hope they were just guests and not permanent residents. The pool was nice. The restaurant was out of over half the ingredients they needed to make items on the menu, but yet still charged full price for the items ordered. We'd stay here again as long as we knew the people above us weren't permanent residents. And we'd probably avoid getting dinner at the onsite restaurant.

A solid stay

This was a solid place to land. The actual property is more loved than it would appear based on photos, but everything was clean and functional. We arrived later than planned and did not want our stroller delivery sitting outside for hours and the host was able to set up clubhouse delivery for us, which we appreciated. A few small upgrades like updating pillows, adding some inexpensive kids dishes, and a few more starter basics like many homes we’ve stayed in would move this from good to great. There is a playground on site - nearly directly across from the unit- for those also visiting in the cooler weather. Good distance to parks, restaurants, and Walmart for basics! Overall a good stay!

Great place

Property was great. Kids had a great time playing on the property. Pool was nice. Movie theater was great. Kids loved having a basketball court close by the unit. People that work on the property were very nice and helpful.

Disney Pre Cruise

3-night stay before our cruise. Visit Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Location was prime to what we were doing with shopping and restaurant nearby. Bedding could use a little updating, and we would have preferred a bit more open space in the den/common area. Would definitely book this location again.

It was a bit of a spontaneous and whirlwind decision to up and buy a vacation condo in Florida. If you knew us at all, you'd know that we are low-key Canadians that don't really get ourselves mixed up in risky schemes! I guess we just needed some excitement in our lives and decided a cozy place to call home right in the middle of all the Disney action was the ticket! We are Richard and Anna Agnew, we have two children (an 18 year old daughter called Kes and a 13 year son called Connor) and our home base is in Toronto, Canada. We knew when we first stepped into Kuzco's condo that it was just what we were looking for. Spacious enough so that everyone can escape from each other if necessary but small enough to retain that right amount of coziness. We had looked at other places in Florida but decided that Orlando was where all the action was - a surefire way to keep the kiddies happy and busy. The location just can't be beat as it is super close to the Disney theme parks and other major attractions. This resort community was also a perfect fit for our family because of all the great amenities available on site. The kids are kept occupied when we are not at the attractions and we have the peace of mind knowing that they are close by within a gated community. Where did we get the name Kuzco's condo? Well… Kuzco is the main character in the Disney movie 'The Emperor's New Groove'. If you haven't seen it - it is absolutely hysterical and every member of our family just loves that crazy llama! We've put a lot of love into the condo so far with regular renovations and upgrades to make ours and hopefully your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. We now have a total of 3 condos in the same resort. Our mindset is always 'How can we make it better!' So far, it is everything we hoped it would be and more - and it would tickle us to no end to have your family enjoy our little vacation hideaway too! Sincerely, Richard, Anna, Kes and Connor

We loved that it was so close to Disney and all the major attractions. We are also conveniently located for some great golfing vacations and sport conventions. Orlando is a fun city with loads of exciting things to do for all ages - and our condo is located right smack in the middle of it all.
