This beautifully recently constructed apartment is fully furnished with modern fittings. Outside the apartment there is a shared pool (open June - September), shower, garden and terrace and in addition, there is a garage and private parking. The apartment is 3 minutes walk to the Lake, with shops, bank, restaurants and other local amenities (all within 1km). Sala Comacina is a medieval village on the Lake, midway between Como Town and Menaggio and overlooks the only island Isola Comacina. This tranquil location is close to many sports facilities, incl. windsurfing (25km), hill-walking and skiing resorts (150km).

Herrliche Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Region, in der das Apartment liegt, ist sehr schön und bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt einige Stellen an denen man im See baden kann.Die Auswahl an Restaurants, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind, sind begrenzt, ebenso wie Parkmöglichkeiten im Ort. Da die Apartmentanlage am Hang liegt, sind die Wege steil und das Laufen ist recht anstrengend.Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet (besonders die Küche), die Einrichtung ist von einfacher Qualität. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, jedoch kann man sehr gut lüften, sodass wir es Anfang Juli bei 30 Grad gut ausgehalten haben.Die Balkon-& und Terrassenmöbel sind unbequem, die Betten sind in Ordnung (weiche Matratzen).Wir würden hier noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Was ein Blick

Wir betraten das Wohnzimmer und waren platt. Dieses große Fenster bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick. Kleinere Probleme wurden von der Mitarbeiterin der Agentur schnell und unkompliziert behoben. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Der Weg zum See über die Treppen ist ok, allerdings kommt man nicht wirklich an einer Stelle raus, wo man runter zum See laufen kann. Dazu muss man noch an der Strasse entlang, was schon sehr abenteuerlich ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Am Wochenende ist mehr los, als unter der Woche. Zeitweise war schon einiges los dort. Der

Ruhiges Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Trotz relativ später Ankunft hat die Schlüsselübergabe inklusive Wegbeschreibung zum Apartment gut funktioniert. Die Agentur uns am Vorabend alle nötigen Infos gesendet. Das Apartment ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bad und die Küche war sauber und es hat alles funktioniert. Schade nur, dass das Verbindungskabel vom DVD Player nicht an den Fernseher gepasst hat. Somit mussten die Kinder auf Ihre DVD's verzichten. Die Garage ist ein grosses Plus, da man sonst an der prallen Sonne parkieren müsste, auch wenn es recht enge Manövrierverhältnisse sind. Der Gemeinschaftspool wurde rege genutzt, aber es war immer genügend Platz für alle.

Betreuung und Problemlösung war eine Katastrophe

Generell fehlt es im Apartment an den notwendigen Informationen (Gas bzw. Warmwasser, TV, Verbindung mit WLAN, Trennung bzw. Entsorgung von Müll, etc.). Wir mussten nach Ankunft alles mühevoll selbst in Erfahrung bringen. Bei Ankunft durften wir kalt duschen und konnten den Gasherd nicht nutzen. Nach mehreren E-MAILS und Telefonaten stellte sich heraus, dass außerhalb der Wohnung ein Sicherheitsschalter für die Gaszufuhr abgeschaltet war. Das WLAN war auch deaktiviert und konnte erst ab dem 2. Tag genutzt werden (ebenfalls erst auf unsere Initiative hin). Die Reinigung der Wohnung war sehr mangelhaft bzw. vielleicht auch schon länger her (wir waren die ersten Mieter in dieser Saison). In jeder Ecke waren Spinnweben. Den Boden haben wir nach Ankunft selbst gekehrt. Der Gasherd war innen sehr verschmutzt. Auch die Übergabe der Schlüssel war sehr unprofessionell. Bei unserer Ankunft um 14 Uhr mussten wir uns den Büroeingang zu Gemma erst erfragen. Dort waren dann die Schlüssel in einem Blumentopf für jedermann zugänglich hinterlegt. Wo wir bei unserer Abreise den Schlüssel abgeben bzw. hinterlegen sollen, haben wir am letzten Abend per WhatsApp erfahren (nach mehreren Rückfragen) . Das TV-Gerät oder der Anschluss war defekt. Wir haben dies gleich nach der Ankunft dem Vermieter und dem verantwortlichen Büro vor Ort (gemma immobiliare) gemeldet und danach täglich nachgefragt. Leider fühlte sich wohl niemand verantwortlich. Es wurde nicht mal ein Lösungsversuch unternommen.

Lovely apartment with stunning views and great access to local towns by car or boat.

The apartment is quite basic but this is more than made up for by the location, pool and views. There are a few nice places to eat and drink in Sala Comacina, and around the local area there is so much to offer especially if you have a car or are willing to walk and check ferry timetables. There are steps down with access to the lake nearby, or walking along the hillside will bring you down into the centre of Sala Comacina. Communication with the owner and local agent was very easy and clear. We collected our keys even when the local agent was closed. The facilities in the apartment are quite basic, there is no ironing board and the vacuum cleaner was a little clunky and underpowered, but for the price and the location this was acceptable. We had a wonderful time as a family, and ate well, with local supermarkets in Lenno easy to get to and a mini market by Le Tout Paris. Food throughout our stay was excellent. The pool is clean and well kept, and at any one time typically there was one or two families using it. A great find overall!

Superbe vue sur le Lac !

Un très bon séjour dans une résidence récente avec vue imprenable sur le lac et sur la piscine. L'appartement nécessiterait des équipements peut-être un peu plus récents ou en bon état mais sinon sejourau top ! Petite info : tout doit se faire en voiture avec des enfants en bas âge mais même en pleine saison on a toujours trouvé des parkings. Bref un grand merci pour ce séjour.

Toller Urlaub

Die FeWo ist wie beschrieben und wird vor Ort über eine Immobilienverwaltung betreut. Dies klappt sehr gut, die Kollegin ist jederzeit verfügbar. Die FeWo an sich liegt am Hang in einer Anlage mit mehren Wohnungen, welche aber zum großen Teil privates Eigentum sind. Nur wenige Wohnungen werden an Urlauber vermietet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren nur 50% der Wohnungen besetzt, daher war es sehr ruhig und man konnte zum Teil den Pool allein nutzen. Die FeWo ist mit einfachen IKEA Möbeln ausgestattet, für den Urlaub ausreichend. Platz für 4 Personen ist absolut ok. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse sowie dem Wohn-/Essbereich ist wunderschön. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Waschmaschine, insbesondere wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben eine herkömmliche Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Dies sollt nachgeholt werden. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls eine Garage, dies ist sehr praktisch wenn man keinen SUV hat. Dieser passt da aufgrund der Höhe nicht rein. In Summe ein toller Urlaub, welchen wir in Ruhe verbringen konnten.

View top Appartement Flop!

Größe des Appartements für 3 Personen ausreichend. Aussicht mega schön, dafür muss man aber auch einen Anstieg in Kauf nehmen. Jeden Abend dieser Weg in Dorf, nach 2 Tagen nervig. Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit lässt an allen Ecken zu wünschen übrig. Besser alles abspülen bevor man es benutzt und sich eine genaue Einweisung bzgl. des Gasherdes und des Feuermelders geben lassen. Für 3 Tage ok mehr aber nicht.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Kleine, für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausreichend große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Zufahrt steil und eng. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, wobei es zum See auch nur 3 min sind.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

This apartment has absolutely amazing views and is in excellent condition. It has a parking garage (we never used as there is also street parking) and the entrance road is rather narrow but you get used to it! There us a lovely and underused pool, by everyone except us! Many of the other apartments seemed to be used at weekend only so the complex really was quiet. The village has limited facilities (a bar and a couple of quite pricey restaurants) but Aegegno (just a few miles to the south) has excellent restaurants and a great gelataria. The apartment has no AC but it is not in direct sun so really doesn't need it, even in Aug. The whole area of west coast of Como is really gorgeous with lots to do. A car is a must though (hire a small one-our Corsa was great on narrow streets!!!!)

Heel fijne week gehad, prachtige dingen gezien en gedaan in de omgeving.

Vanuit het appartement een fantastisch uitzicht op het Comomeer. Balkon is niet groot voor 4 personen, stoelen op het balkon zitten niet prettig. Wel ligstoelen aanwezig. Bank is versleten, grand foulard eroverheen een beetje krap. Bedden zijn aan vervanging toe, beddengoed rook muf. Zwembad is oké. Keukenuitrusting is goed op orde.

Bel emplacement au calme.

C'est un joli logement dans une résidence de bon standing. Les environs sont ravissants et offrent de très belles promenades à pied, où en bateau. Un bémol à propos de l'équipement de l'appartement, qui est un peu limité (canapé à changer) pour un loyer pas vraiment bon-marché. Globalement ce fut tout de même un très bon séjour.

Bonne Résidence calme, appartement bien fait et bien équipé avec une super vue et très bien situé pour les visites alentour. Parking très appréciable, ainsi que la piscine. Nous n avons jamais revu le gérant pour l état des lieux de sortie, et le canapé mériterait d être changé. Mis à part ces 2 détails, nous avons passé un super sejour: beauté, vue et découverte.

Superbe appartement magnifiquement placé sur le lac pour les visites Appartement récent avec d'excellentes prestations dont des bonnes literies et une très belle piscine hyper accessible de l'appartement (environ 30 marches à descendre...) La vue sur le lac le matin au réveil est magique comme les repas pris sur la terrasse avec cette superbe vue Un seul petit bémol : l'accès un petit épique en voiture (une seule voie) mais c 'est vraiment pour trouver qqc à dire

Great property with lovely Lake view

My family of 5 stayed in this apartment and I would gladly recommend it if you have a car.This is a well located property with great views overlooking Lake Como and it was easy to access nearby villages. Apartment was clean and well maintained as was the pool area. We were very pleased with our choice!

Fantastic view. Don't want to leave the apartment. Great spacious living area and lovely kitchen. Entrance to the Greenway Trail is seconds away. The people here are lovely and will miss this place. Have a Birra, Vino or a flavourful dolpio Macchiato at the pub/bar at the quaint Le Tout Paris. 3 easy access passage ways to the Lake that look straight out of the National Geographic. We rented a boat from Turati Boats in Argegno and saw magnificent views only viewable from the water. Easily one of the best getaway adventures I have experienced for a lifetime❤️

Amazing view, lovely apartment, terrific holiday

The apartment was clean and the description was accurate. The pool was clean, it is a lovely fresh modern apartment. Perfect for my family, a great base to visit other parts of the lake. We used public transport, buses, and the lake boats, extremely good value for money. Restaurants are exceptional.

Newly built, very nice apartment with great view.

Our family stayed in this newly built apartment in July, very hot weather. Clean and very stylish, with perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom. The view is outstanding and our kids practically lived in the pool (which got a bit dirty in the end of the week before the cleaning guy came again). We loved this apartment, although no air condition this hot summer period. The apt cooled down a bit in the evening when opening all doors/windows, but still quite warm. The drawbacks except no AC, was that there was no wifi (and no other place in Sala Comacina had it either). And also, for the kids it was a quite a long walk down to the beach/restaurants. Especially when it was so hot outside. Otherwise it would have been ok, it took them about 20 min.The town is very cute and quiet (except the traffic along the main road), and not touristy, but there is no proper beach, just a made up sand area, where you can go and swim in the lake. There is a small store to buy breakfast etc, a butcher and then 3-4 restaurants of different types. We drove to Lenno (about 10 min) for a beach. Very nice, here there was a beach walk, with several restaurants, and a great ice cream place. Lake Como is a beautiful place!
