Welcome to your coastal retreat! This charming 1-bedroom apartment is ideally located just a quarter block from the beach, making it the perfect destination for beach lovers and ocean enthusiasts.

Living Room: Step into a cozy living room where you can unwind after a day of sun and surf. Relax on comfortable furnishings that exude a beachy vibe.

Bedroom: The bedroom is a peaceful haven with a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the soft coastal breeze through the windows.

Bathroom: The bathroom is clean and well-appointed, offering all the essentials you need for your stay, including fresh towels and toiletries.

Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. Dine at the quaint dining area for two.

There are three gourmet restaurants and bars and a pizzeria located within 3 blocks. Only fifteen - twenty minute walk (5-10 min. bike ride) north via road or beach to Vero Beach Beachside Town where you will find more restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping & spas.

We own two different units: the wall color and furnishings of each unit are slightly different and may not be exactly as pictured. Pictured are two units: the "green" and the "blue." You may be in either unit.

A gem with little blemishes!!

We love this place but i must say the cleaning crew was not a good fit!! We cleaned most everything when we got there. The boxspring needs to be replaced! The best part is the neighborhood and so close to the beach…..614 steps to be exact!! We will definitely return….we love it all that much!!

Not trustful

Owner/Manager... Greg and Akita Sikora I was disappointed with this rental and its' owners. No one was there to receive me. Not very welcome for a place supposed to feel like home. The owner had called ask to call when I would arrive. When I did they said they could not wait for me because they were going to a Xmas party that night. I had never been to Vero Beach before and did not know where the place was. When I arrived late that evening the door was open, it was quite dark. There was nothing in the refrigerator, not even a bottle of water. The first thing one noticed was the refrigerator was very loud and it later, in fact, kept me awake. I am 67 years old and was hesitant to go out for something to eat or drink, so I went to bed. Bed was rather old, loud springs and slightly uncomfortable mattress as well. They said I was going to have the apartment that was advertised but it was not the same one. They have 5 units and may have given me one not renovated. The bedroom had no chest of drawers, as it had been shown in the ad, so I kept my things in my suitcase on the floor. On the second morning the toilet overflowed. I was forced to mop it up. I did not flush anything other than toilet paper. Not plunger available. I had to leave with one set of towels only for the two weeks that I was there. They should left more towels if does not have laundry machines on the place. Not extra sheets idem Not beach towels Very little utensils Stoven was not working properly Cable tv with very little channels available. Finally, there was a problem recovering my deposit. There were some utterly false, and insulting accusations made by the owners which came quite as a shock. I am in the process of resolving the issue. Caveat emptor. Thank you to give me the opportunity to write this review. HomeAway service usually very nice but was not being represented well on this property and with this bad hostessles owners.

The property was very "Old Florida" in a lovely neighborhood just a half block to the beach.

The apartment was as-advertised, was clean, and it suited our short stay of one month. I liked that it felt like "Old Florida," was steps from where our car was parked, and had adequate closet space. The best part was its location--a half-block from the ocean in a charming neighborhood. There were two excellent restaurants within one block, and it was only a short ride to downtown Vero Beach. We were fortunate to have found it and recommend it highly., plus the owners were very accommodating and gracious.

nice tidy place

Clean and small, still needing a few small things, eg TP, paper towels, more utinsels, cups and side tables for LR...bed was very uncomfortabe, likely the mattress. Efficient ad clean, quiet, handy to beach. I think being newly advertised, with time, the place will have a few more household items
