Stunning apartment with panoramic sea views and a sandy beach on the doorstep

A very well equipped modern apartment with a large sunny terrace surrounding it on two sides offering panoramic views of the sea and Cap D'Antibes to the south and the hills of Cannes to the west. The public sandy beach is a safe two minute stroll away and there is a large supermarket, several restaurants and cafes within a five minute walk. There is a large well kept park within a two minute stroll which is an ideal place for children to play safely. The apartment is ideally situated on the edge of Juan Les Pins and close to the pretty port of Golfe Juan. Cannes and the old town of Antibes are a 10 minute bus journey or drive away, Nice and the Airport are 40 minutes on the bus and Monaco is easily accessible by car or via a scenic train journey along the coast. There is an excellent local bus service running along the coast from Nice to Cannes and a dedicated coach from the airport to the complex. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

This was a wonderful apartment. It was quiet and chilled and had excellent access to the beach. Everything was perfect. Our 5-yr old son loved the pool and the sea and the views from the balcony were amazing. We didn't have a car but managed with the local bus and Uber to get around - though we preferred to stay close to the apartment as everything you need is there or within walking distance. The apartment was well stocked and a real 'home from home'. We found a play park behind the bus stop for those with young kids. I'd highly recommend this place, we had a great time.

Very nice apartment

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Very well located with direct access to the beach and it is easy to get around to e.g. Antibes, Cannes or Nice. Highly recommendable.

A lovely escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Check-in and check-out made simple with great communication. Comfortable beds, clean, well equipped with everything needed for a "home away from home". Breakfasts and evening meals were spent on the balcony with a beautiful sea view. Beach a 5 minute stroll away, pool a 2 minute stroll away, and Golfe Juan / Juan Les Pins, and Antibes all easily accessible. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing family break.

A great week in a beautiful, clean and nice appartement

We really enjoyed our stay in Antibes in this flat. Nigel was very kind and the key transfer was carried out easily. The beach is nearby, Antibes itself a long walk or a short drive and it is a good place to go hiking, sight-seeing in Cannes, Nice, Frejus etc. Also a trip into the mountains is close. Thanks a lot and recommendation to other guests.

Highly recommend this great place to all. Fantastic appartement, everything worked perfectly, and the view was stunning. All communications with host Nigel was clear and flawless. We arrived very late at night due to delayed flight and this was no problem for him. Met us with a smile and in good mood. Top score on all parameters!! Will visit again for sure.

Fantastic apartment, stunning views, perfect facilities.

This truly is a fantastic place with great facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night holiday here as a family and would highly recommend it to anyone. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk in the evening into Golfe Juan and 15 minute walk in the opposite direction to Juan les Pins. We caught the train in Juan les Pins to Monaco for a day trip and couldn’t fault the train service. A very memorable holiday indeed, many thanks Anna for allowing us to rent your fabulous place, we will be back! Many thanks.

Excellent apartment

This is a great apartment, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need (including an underground parking space) and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. The coast road and railway run along between the beach and the apartment which were initially worried about but the noise is minimal and there were no trains running at night. The restaurants and bars are only a 15 minute stroll either way but there are also private beaches with sunbeds, food and drink only 5 minutes away. The beaches do get crowded as they are very narrow so it can get busy and noisy and there are no sunbeds (other than at the private beaches which cost 20 Euros a day per sunbed). There is a small pool which is lovely for a dip at the end of the day but again there are no sunbeds so a lilo is a great investment! It's easy to get around on the buses and very cheap and the bus stops are right outside the complex. There is also a large supermarket in the complex as well as other shops and a couple of restaurants. Overall there is nothing the apartment or location is lacking and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons. L’appartement était super et se trouve dans endroit excellent pour se reposer tout en étant très proche de tout sans nuisances. Les trains qui passent ne dérangent absolument pas. Grande piscine et seulement 2 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage. Le supermarché dans le complexe de la résidence est à 5 minutes à pied avec une grande offre et des prix très raisonnables.

Magnifique appartement proche de la plage

Gute Atmosphäre mit Meerblick

Sehr schönes Appartement, alles da. Außer gelegentlichem Fluglärm und leider rauchenden Nachbarn alles bestens. Insbesondere ohne den abgeschlossenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz wäre man verloren, da es draußen keine freien Parkplätze gibt. Maximal für Autos mit Höhe 1,90 m geeignet. Der Pool ist größer, als man denkt und auch tief genug zum reinspringen. Er ist sauber und liegt in einem gepflegten Garten. Leider darf man am Poolgelände nichts, keine Luftmatratze auf den Fußboden legen, eine Strandmuschel für Schatten aufstellen oder Wasserball spielen, nur schwimmen ist erlaubt. Die Betten sind sehr gut und es gibt überall elektrische Rollläden. Obwohl es keine Markise gibt, kann man den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon gut im Schatten sitzen wenn man den Tisch nach innen zieht. Zum schlafen ist es ruhig genug. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Juan les Pins wo genügend Leben am Strand, Restaurants, Läden und Menschen sind. Cannes und Antibes ist man in ca. 15 Autominuten erreichen. In den Häfen kann man zum akzeptablen Preis parken und die schönen Städte mit guter Stimmung erleben.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage mit Pool und nur wenigen Schritten zum öffentlichen Sandstrand. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das größte Plus ist der riesige Balkon mit Meerblick. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Vermieterin Anna und supernetter Empfang vor Ort durch Verwalter Nigel. Jederzeit wieder!

Apartment confortable, très bon situation

Très bien situé, pratique pour la plage, promenade à Juan les Pins / Golfe Juan 15 minutes sympas à pied. Proche de commerces. Apartment propre, confortable, Spacieux, joli balcon face à la mer. Piscine tout à fait adéquate mais sans mobilier ou ombre pour passer longtemps autour. Gardien sympa, disponible et utile.

Fantastic apartment and location

We can really recommend this place - we loved it all. The apartment is nice and big - big lovely terrace with good table, chairs and sun beds. Inside the aircon works great, the beds are good, all the things you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our girls (10 and 12 years) counted 53 steps from we opened the apartment door to the pool and 247 steps to the beach - it was soooo easy and a very quiet area. The supermarked is also close - as well as nice restaurant, pizza and McDonalds. Thanks a lot for a fantastic holiday

Super appartement op een super plek

We hebben een een hele fijne tijd gehad in Juan-Les-Pins en daar heeft jullie appartement zeker aan bijgedragen. Het is een heel compleet en comfortabel ingericht appartement. Je loopt zo naar het strand, boodschappen dichtbij en naar Juan lopen s'avonds is ook prima. We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Fantastic views, everything you need on the doorstep!

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing break at this superbly-equipped apartment. As well as all the essentials it was the added extras that made it for us. It has everything a family would need from inflatables and beach equipment to binoculars for nosing at the posh boats in the harbour! The large balcony has views of the sea and the hills and there is plenty of room to have lunch or read on the sun loungers or dry off your beach towels. The shared pool is big enough to feel spacious. The beach is less than a 5 min walk. The supermarket is right in the complex. Nearby Antibes, Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins have plenty of restaurants to choose from and there are lots of things to see and do in the nearby area. A great holiday!

We have been visiting this part of France for 10 years and feel very lucky that we were able to buy our flat 4 years ago. There is so much to do in the area. There are exciting towns nearby - Cannes, Nice and Monaco are a short drive away and of course the centre of Juan Les Pins is within walking distance. There are also numerous pretty hillside villages - Valbonne noted for an excellent weekly market, Biot, St Paul de Vence and many others are within a short drive of the coast. For relaxation the pool and sandy public beach are just a leisurely stroll away.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are a 30 minute drive from Nice Airport and once you arrive at our flat everything you need will be on your doorstep. The local supermarket for all your needs and several reasonably priced restaurants are a three minute walk away and the sandy beach is within a short step of our door. We particularly enjoy the brightness of the flat. The double glazed patio doors face south and west and allow wonderful natural light into all the rooms and of course the views are spectacular. We fell in love with our flat when we first opened the door and looked out over the sparkling Mediterranean sea and hope you will feel the same way too!
