You will be able to work directly with owner. We want to make your stay the best possible experience from start to finish.

This town home is one of the few Coral Ridge properties directly across the street from the Clubhouse and Pools. You will enjoy easy access the two large pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, showers, small putting green, kitchen and lounge.

Enjoy the morning sun or evening shade on your private back patio overlooking the stocked fishing pond with a view towards Zion Nation Park.

Our home is professionally furnished & decorated and everything is brand new. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to down the comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort. Each room has it's own TV and Bluray/DVD player.

Amenities include; Flat screen smart televisions, Bluray/DVD players, high speed wireless internet, Fully stocked kitchen, Gas BBQ Grill, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, Washer and Dryer, Office desk area, Queen sleeper couch, Master Bedroom with a king bed walk in closet, master bath, Bedroom 2 with queen bed, Bedroom 3 with 2 bunk beds full on bottom twins on top (sleeps 6), 2nd bathroom, luxury bedding, two car garage.

If you enjoy golfing we are right next door to Coral Canyon Golf Course. We are located 25 minutes from Zion National Park, 15 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, 10 minutes from downtown St. George and 10 minutes from Quail Creek State Park & Sand Hollow State Park Lake. And during the winter months we are only a 40 minute drive to Brian Head Ski Resort.

Pleasant experience

Great stay for our Zion national park trip. Drive to the park is ~45 minutes, but this is a great alternative in case if no places left for booking closer to Zion (e.g., in Springdale). We enjoyed our experience, the place is pretty spacious and very well equipped with pretty much all that is needed (especially the kitchen). The walk to the clubhouse (for the pool and hot tub, etc.) is less than a minute and very convenient. Overall we liked our stay.

This home is a 100/100. Amazing place. Pictures donā€™t do justice. So much comfort provided. You can tell the owners truly care about your experience. Do not hesitate on this place. I hope we have more opportunities to stay here. My family just loved it. The pool was GREAT and my kids spent a lot of time fishing at the very nearby pond. We were right in the middle of so many activities. You could never be bored unless you want to be . I canā€™t say enough good things!

Everything about the property was great. Great layout for ourselves and our friends. Only problem was no cable TV so we missed some football games we wanted to watch. Owner couldn't help us with that. On day 4 or 5 we figured out how to get the channels we wanted to watch by using You Tube to get them.

Location, Location, Location

We rented the house for 7 weeks. We found the house clean, quiet, well-appointed, stocked with plenty of paper supplies, and the kitchen had all the necessary cooking items and spices for meals. It is conveniently located with easy access to I-15, St. George, and Zion National Park. Access was through the garage; we would have benefited greatly by having a remote garage door opener to use, especially for the long 7-week rental. Overall, it was a very, very positive experience and we hope to return.

Upscale, comfortable condo close to everything

Our family stayed at this condo for 8 nights. Owners were great! We had zero issues while staying and truly enjoyed the clean, comfortable, upscale accommodations. The condo is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to stay comfortably and eat at home. The interior decor is both classy and comfortable. The pools were wonderful- Very warm and the entire pool/guest house area is very clean and nice. Lounge chairs at the pool are really comfortable to sit and relaxl. We also loved walking down to the small pond right out back from the condo and watching the duck. Great place to stay!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time in St. George, and our stay at this property was great. The townhouse is stocked with everything, including basics for cooking (oil, spi es, etc.). Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, nice outdoor space, and good access to the things we wanted to do. We loved Zion (of course), Snow Canyon State Park, biking the Virgin River trail (can get to it from the house but to avoid 3 miles on Telegraph and a very steep grade at Canyon Park, drive instead to Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park and get on the trail there. We were just two people, but clearly the house can comfortably accommodate more. Thanks J&J for a great stay!

We just recently purchased this town home to be our home away from home in Southern Utah. We love the outdoors and this is the perfect get away for our family of 6. We are excited to share it with You! We enjoy the hiking, biking and golfing in the area, as well as quick access to Zions National Park and the State Parks.

We chose this property because it's convenient location in the development, and it's close proximity to I-15 and Zion National Park, as well as Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park which both have lakes to play and enjoy. It is also conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown St. George. The house itself has an open feel with a wonderful layout that works for large groups and individual families. Our children love walking across the street to the two pools and the fishing pond, as well as playing outside on our private patio.
