Extra comfortable villa in great location for fun family or group holidays. The villa has all it needs for spending beautiful days in the sun. Al fresco dining under the pergola, BBQ, large and stunning swimming pool, table tennis, etc.
Located in a nice and quiet area, but also a short walking distance to the village, beaches, restaurants and all amenities.
This beautiful Ibizan villa comprises large outdoor spaces. Mature Mediterranean gardens with a large swimming pool with ten comfortable sun loungers around it. Two separate external dinning areas.
Very interesting distribution comprising two large suites with living room, dressing room and private terrace. A private bungalow apartment separated from the main house with kitchen and living area, open bedroom and bathroom with private terrace.
In all a total of five bedrooms and five en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms comprising Air Conditioning.
Within the plot, at the back of the house, a large, private parking to comfortably park at least 5 cars with access to a little supermarket crossing the street.

Family Holiday

Our stay in the villa was very succesful. We travelled with an extended family of 10 with an age span from 2 years to 65 years. We all found good accomadations in the villa and the annex. The only thing we missed was a view of the sea, but the distance to the beach was acceptable and we enjoyed the afternoons in the pool area in the villa.

Beautiful quiet villa

I stayed here with my family over half term (6 adults,4 kids). It was spacious, comfortable, quiet, very close to central Cala d'Or and the beaches. Loulou was lovely and accommodated us with a pool guard for the little ones. We were there in May so the pool was a bit cold but we did manage a dip when the sun came out. Thanks so kuch, we will be back

Great house for a large family

Loulou was really great and super responsive to every need we had and we enjoyed our stay very much. There is lots of common space and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The large rooms had a very nice design. The outside house had a bit of a stale odor, so we didnā€™t use it for sleeping.

Family Getaway For My Wifeā€™s 80th Birthday

It was everything we hoped for and more. Very well equipped, location was excellent short walk to all amenities shops restaurant and beach. Even a good supermarket across the road. Loulou was very helpful any problems dealt with straight away. Kids loved the pool. Whole villa was clean and tidy on arrival. Steve + 8 UK July/Aug 23.

Wonderfully spacious villa with a homely feel

Had a wonderful week with family to celebrate my birthday, with my husband, two sons, their partners and 3 grandchildren. Property was excellent for our needs and was as described. Loulou was there to meet us on arrival and give us a tour of the property and left us to settle in, saying she was available if any issues arose. We didn't need to contact her and was pleased that she was unobtrusive and left us to enjoy our holiday. We had the upstairs master suite, my eldest son his wife and 3 children had the bedrooms down stairs and my youngest son and fiance had the annexe. The feel of the villa is very relaxing with plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, if needed. It's set in a quiet location yet the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars are only 5-10 minutes walk away, with a supermarket right across the road which you can access through the villas private driveway at the back of the property. Thank you Loulou. We were all very sad to leave and would love to return one day.

Lovely house but in need of TLC

This is a lovely house and the rooms are situated very well and the garden and pool are lovely. But some of the furniture definitely needs replacing. The furniture is old fashioned and villa is showing wear and tear and shows it. The two main bedrooms are very lovely very spacious and comfortable and allows you to get space from others if you need to. The other two bedroom were as expected. The annexe was excellent for our two teenage boys and they loved it. The pool was smaller than we thought it was going to be but very good in respect that it wasnā€™t really deep so the children could play games but it was also fine for the adults as well. Didnā€™t have air con really in my bedroom as it only came on for 15 mins then went off and wouldnā€™t come on for several hours. It did take Lou Lou 24 hours to respond and then it was only to fetch a fan later. The villa is near amenities with a pleasant short walk to the centre. We visited the marina and that was 20/25 minute walk. People do say that the marina is very expensive compared to Cala dā€™or centre but the restaurant we went to we thought was on par with the centre of town. The restaurants at the marina are so lovely and you really feel you are on holiday. We didnā€™t feel the food was that great in Cala dā€™or centre and felt disappointed. Overall we had a lovely holiday but didnā€™t feel I could give this villa 5 stars.

We adore Cala D'or

We have stayed in the resort around 20 times now , at first when children were young and we had less staying in various hotels and more recently using different villas. This particular villa was gorgeous. Lovely and quiet felt very private and in a great location. Only a short walk to the centre. This year has been very warm in Mallorca. The outside space was ideal plenty of shade. The owners were very helpful. The bedroom's were spacious. The air con seem to feel colder downstairs but we all had comfortable nights sleep even though temperature at night was probably nearly 30 degrees. Everywhere was clean what I would say which was needed would be blinds for the upstairs en suite bathroom. All in all highly recommend staying here and we would again. Can't give it higher praise than that.

Nice Villa, Privacy was an issue.

The Villa and pool were great, location was good but we had some issues: Beds & Mattresses need updating. Fridges didnā€™t get cold. Toilet seat was broken and although the owner did everything she could to fix, it did take a long time. Owner ā€˜popped intoā€™ the property unannounced pretty much every day, which you wouldnā€™t expect for the cost of the property. Kitchen utensils need updating. Lastly, the gardener had a very loud leaf blower on at 9am whilst we were in the property!

Excellent short family break

We stayed in Cana Lulu in May this year. The accommodation is fantastic and offers plenty of space for multiple families, with an annex for grandparents. The facilities and all little extras the house has to offer such as a high chair, potty support for the toilet, etc made this so much easier for us as a family. Plenty of bathrooms/toilets too which when you have a family/families staying is needed. There is a supermarket a stones throw away which offers a wide range of products and fresh pastries/cakes each day for just 1 euro! Nearby is a wide range of restaurants, a play center with arcade style machines and a park too so plenty for the kids to do. There are some lovely nearby beaches too- try to find the ones with a ramp rather than steps if you are going with a buggy! Please note if staying here in May or out of season the pool is not heated so it is quite cool, therefore we could not make full use of it. Thank you Lulu for being an excellent host- we would be keen to come back, maybe when it is a little warmer! :)

Rambling villa within easy walk to town & beaches.

Unfortunately after liasing from airport Villa was not ready when we arrived as previous guests left too late. The standard of clean suffered. My family were disappointed not all Bedroom air conditioning worked well in 30+ temps. Cooker. Dishwasher, washer worked well. In a heatwave week hubbie & I stayed in the separate Annex which is very basic but the aircon worked well! Saw a cockroach in cupboard! Hate cockroaches!!! Never saw any in house. At the halfway clean our lovely smooth cotton sheets were replaced by rough 60% polyester which I found yuk! I think it used to be family villa before they moved to country, they daily drive to villa to park cars in parking area and go into town by moped. For our 45th wedding anniversary with family position and excellent Suma supermarket opposite made it work well for us.. I think for over Ā£9K for 2wks air conditioning should function better. Could do with some investment. I wonā€™t return.

Vi var 2 familier 12 pers. med voksne bĆørn pĆ„ 14 dages ferie i villaen. Meget fin villa, med perfekt beliggenhed, tƦt pĆ„ alt, strand, by og indkĆøb. Der ligger et fint supermarked 150 m fra huset. Store vƦrelser med eget bad / toilet, dejlig stor pool med flot pool omrĆ„de med ude kĆøkken. Stor flot have med kƦmpe palmer. VƦrten LOU LOU er en meget rar Ʀldre dame som kom pĆ„ besĆøg nogle gange i de 14 dage vi havde huset, for at fĆølge op pĆ„ om alt var ok. Stunning villa!

Canaloulou is a stunning villa, great location, supermarket at the rear baking delicious fresh bread,easy walking distance into Cala d'Or. Well equipped for large groups ( there was 11 of us) As requested, the pool was securely fenced off on our arrival to accommodate our 3 year old grandson. Loulou was a most gracious host, any minor issues were dealt with promptly and cheerfully. The property was well maintained with cleaners and gardeners arriving weekly. Our last meal was at the family restaurant Port Petit where Loulou and Gerard were also dining, superb meal in a beautiful location overlooking the port. Thoroughly recommend Cana Loulou!

We had an amazing holiday this year. Location perfect. Communication and booking brilliant. Facilities perfect. Small problem with pool when we got there but was sorted immediately. Just one small criticism with trefsrds to the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom. This could do with a little tlc and upgrading as shower want brilliant. Apart from this there is no negative comments and would definitely go back. Wonderful.

Lovely villa & good location.

We all had a lovely time. When we decided to have the pool fence after all it was installed the same afternoon. Broken DVD was replaced within 24 hours. Nearby supermarket was very useful. Lots of things for kids and grown ups to do nearby. Lovely beaches and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We all loved the pool and well kept garden. Owner very friendly and helpful but non-intrusive. The only thing lacking for us was a TV in the annex as grandparents like to keep up with news at home.

French and Canadian couple. Arrived on the island in the 1970's. They have two grown up children, my brother and me. They have two well known restaurants in the area. 'Port Petit' and 'm'Ɓximes' at Vall d'Or Golf. The last one is my brother's and also very recommendable.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

This property is located in a beautiful area along the sea. Cala d'Or was the place where my mother came on holidays as a child and always knew she would come and live. A charming Ibizan architecture village, Cala d'Or is ideal for summer holidays. The coast is just charming, the water turquoise.
My parents constructed the villa in 1972. And with time the villa has been expanded to meet our life requirements. All our friends have always commented on how marvellous this villa is. We all have been very happy there.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Charming and very comfortable house. Its wise display makes it easy for people to enjoy quality time together with some privacy at the same time, as rooms are well separated and have individual terraces most of them.
The house feels private but still is close to everything. Walking distance to the beaches, children's fun fair, restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc..
