Thank you for your review! There are 2 Information Booklets in the Villa, as we have the information in 3 different languages and these are certainly not house rules, but mostly suggestions for restaurants, local activities and excursions. There are also manuals for the electric devices and very useful information like a code for the WIFI and Maps. Perhaps you did not read these manuals, if you claim that they are house rules )) It is supposed to be a way to enjoy the holiday. I come to the Villa every "change-over" and there are no insects. We are being served by a pro-company to control any such matters. Sorry if you did not receive my message for passing by, this is supposed to be a good service for our Guests, for any questions they might have. Guest always tell me that this is very appreciated. We do follow the rules and suggestions from our local Government and therefore we have a climate-friendly Luxone climate-control and we also we do follow the local rules for waist. There a 3 bins for recycling in Spain and in the Villa. I believe this is very different in the US, but EU-Citizens are used to this. We did not have a local heating-wave during your stay, there was max. 32DC. It is correct that we do not have a/c units in the bathrooms, I believe no-one does... The information is in the listing. I do not understand why one would need a dryer for the clothes, as it would dry in 1-2 hrs. We have 2 washing machines these days, as 1 is a replacement machine. My close would never be musty-smelling drying outside. In Europe the population is educated to try to avoid climate changes with eco-friendly devices and other alternatives. Hopefully this would be world-wide in the future. We certainly do recommend car-hire to all of our Guests for a Villa-Holiday. I would always do my very best for our Guests to enjoy their stay with us, therefore we have many repeating Guests. Thank you, Lone , the owner
