It is located in Saronida, the prestigious area of the Athens Riviera, only 20 minutes from Athens airport. Equipped with all modern facilities, it accommodates two (2) persons, with the option to sleep up to three (3). An infant cradle is also available.

The views from this stylish home are breathtaking. Very important is the quiet neighborhood, as it is located in the best spot of Saronida, away from traffic and noise.

The Adorable Apartment has been furnished smartly and stylishly, making your stay a beautiful experience. It consists of a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an open space living room with an open kitchen leading to the very spacious veranda. Ideal for couples but also small families, as the stylish sofa can be converted into an extra bed for a third person. A complete bathroom, a spacious living room with a dining table seating up to four (4) people when extended.

A washing machine, fridge and freezer, and coffee-maker are available. Central heating, fast 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV are included.

The bedroom windows have access to the back garden, while the veranda is interconnected with a spacious balcony leading to the BBQ, the back garden, and the main garden of the house.

Of course, our guests have access to our gardens with BBQ and can park their car in the private parking in front of the property.

The location combines astounding features. The beach is only a two (2) minute drive away. The best windsurfing coastline in the Athens area with rental services is only five (5) minutes away by car. Proximity to exclusive spa resorts and clubs. The archaeological site of Cape Sounion, with the Temple dedicated to Poseidon, the god of seas, is a 20-minute drive. While offering all the seaside benefits, our location is only 35 minutes away from the center of Athens and the Acropolis, also accessible through the Metro.

Athens airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is a twenty (20) minute drive. All major rental agencies and limo services are represented at the airport.

Bus stations are a five (5) minute walk from the house, taking you to Athens, tram stations, and the Metro subway of Athens.
