Our home is a 170 sq. meter 2-level Penthouse with breathtaking sea views, situated in Saronida, the prestigious area of #AthensRiviera, only 20 min from Athens airport. Equipped with all the modern facilities it accommodates five (5) persons, with option to sleep up to seven(7).

The views are breathtaking from this stylish home. Very important is the quiet neighborhood, as it is located in the best spot of Saronida, away from traffic and noise.

The penthouse has been furnished with attention to detail and style that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. It consists of two (2) bedrooms, one sofa room, an attic (optional 2 extra beds can be provided ) with a private balcony and full barbecue, two (2) complete bathrooms, a spacious living-room with a dining table seating eight (8) and a large sofa facing the fireplace. The large kitchen is fully equipped, including ceramic stoves, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, coffee-maker, microwave oven, toaster and juice-maker. Central heating, fast 100 Mbps Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV are included. The living-room, kitchen, master bedroom, sofa-room and the attic, all have access to verandas with stunning view over the Saronic bay and sea where the eye can travel.

Our guests also have access to our gardens with BBQ and park their car in the private parking at the indoor garage.

The location combines astounding features. The beach is only a two (2) minute drive. The best windsurfing coastline in Athens area with rental services is only five (5) minutes away by car. Proximity to exclusive spa resorts and clubs. The archaeological site of Cape Sounion , with the Temple dedicated to Poseidon, the god of seas - a 20 minute drive. While offering all the seaside benefits our location is only 35 minutes away from the center of Athens and Acropolis, accessed also through Metro.

Athens airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is a twenty (20) minute drive. All major rental agencies and limo services are represented at the airport.
Bus stations are a five (5) minute walk from the house, taking you to Athens, tram stations and the Metro subway of Athens.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and the views were incredible. The position of the house allows for North winds with a constant breeze. Even in June, never needed the air conditioning!Our host was very responsive, provided excellent recommendations for the area, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

You picked up on something even long-time visitors to the Athens Riviera sometimes miss: the penthouse sits where the meltemi comes off the Saronic Gulf, and that constant northerly breeze keeps the terraces comfortable through the hottest months. Recommendations are always on offer — half the pleasure of Saronida is knowing which taverna suits which evening, and where the sunset is best from. Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed at this beautiful penthouse in Saronida for a wonderful week. Christos is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful from the very beginning. His communication was clear and gave us great confidence throughout our stay. The location is perfect, especially with a rental car. Everything is just a short drive away: supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, and tavernas. But what truly stands out is the stunning view from both balconies. You really can’t find better! We enjoyed breathtaking scenery from morning coffee to beautiful sunsets. The penthouse itself is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a family. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Saronida Vacation

Wonderful location, close to Athens and airport. Beautiful views of the Aegean Sea with great places to eat nearby and things to do. Our host was great - fantastic communication, guidance on things to do along with mass transit to local areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay

Great view from the terrace, only 30 minutes from airport. Several beaches with nice bars in a few minutes. The flat is comfortable, the communucation with the owners is easy.

This was our first trip to Greece and I cannot say enough about this house we stayed at and Chris, the owner. Leading up to our trip he was very communicative about what to expect and answer ans questions we had. Once we were there he was always available to answer questions, give recommendations on where to eat near by, and wonderful places to visit that were easy to get to. We would not have enjoyed our stay as much as we did without the knowledge and advice from Chris. I would 100% stay at this place again.

Great place with fantastic view on the sea

We enjoyed our 10 days stay a lot. The penthouse is generously proportioned. The furnishings are modern and well equipped. Everything is perfect in the warm season. The shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés in Saronida provide everything you need.

Nice flat near to the coast

We spent a long weekend in Saronida and we enjoyed the beatiful view and surroundings. Unfortunately we were unlucky because some neighbours were renovating their houses and so there was noise in the morning.

Wonderful sunset and sea views

We had a lovely time and Christos was very welcoming and full of information about the local area. We loved the sea views and enjoyed the sunsets every evening from the balcony. It was a clean and modern apartment. We enjoyed exploring the local beaches. I recommend a hire car to get around. The coastal drive was stunning. We also visited Athens one day.

We stayed for a month and the penthouse was wonderful. The view of the Saronic Bay was so relaxing and the town of Saronida was was a quiet, welcoming town with good restaurants and services. We so enjoyed feeling a part of the community during our visit.Christos was a very welcoming host. He welcomed us on our first day, gave us great recommendations and supported us with anything we needed throughout our visit no matter when we called. The penthouse had the basics available and setup well for a young family. We had originally planned for 6 adults staying together and we are glad our plans did not work out as the sleeping arrangements are more for a young family setup. Thanks Christos for making our visit such a wonderful experience! We would happily stay there again.

Magnificent View

The property was well equipped. The view was magnificent. The directions were accurate and check in was seamless. The property manager was easy to contact and very attentive. Street parking was always available, we were able to park in front of the villa since there were very few cars. Be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs, but the view is worth it. There are plenty of windows and a very refreshing breeze most days. We highly recommend this property.

Quiet location with excellent views

Fine views across Saronida and to the sea and islands beyond from the extensive balcony areas are the key attractions of this apartment. Very few drawbacks except for the large number of steps to climb both for reaching the front door, and then up to the second floor, especially with suitcases etc (and three sets of sometimes temprmental locks). The apartment is in a very quiet residential area and to reach the shops, restaurants and the beaches, involves a walk of around 0.5mile, plus uphill coming back late at night. Minor issues concerning cooker power, keys and bathroom shower were quickly dealt with (via WhatsApp) by Christos, who maintained good communications throughout our stay.

FANTASTIC stay with an awesome ocean view & sunsets!

There were 7 of us traveling on a family trip and this space was spacious and very comfortable for our whole group! The area was great with only a short walk to the beautiful little town and beaches. We had everything needed in the kitchen and it was great having natural air flowing through the place which kept us very confortable. The responsiveness & recommendations from Christos were plentiful and really appreciated! I would recommend this place for those who want to be out of the very busy area and like to enjoy the nice calmness & beauty of the area, but would like to take day trips to places like Athens, which we did. ! Our only regret was that we chose not to rent a car so we spent a lot of money on taxis…I would suggest downloading the FreeNow app which gets you taxis at a very reasonable price - we figured this out after being greatly over-charged the first two days. We hope to return to this FANTASTIC PENTHOUSE in SARONIDA! Sas efcharistó kai YAMAS, Christos!

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was very clean and had beautiful views. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, 4 flights from ground level. Parking is plentiful and everyone we encountered in Saronida was very friendly. Our host Christos was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions or concerns. He provided us with excellent directions and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. It was very hot when we stayed this month. The listing indicates the apartment is airconditioned but just know there is only air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, not in any of the common areas. So if you are not used to heat it can be hard to adjust and feel comfortable in the hot temperatures. The windows do open and you can get air movement throughout the suite.

Perfect location and gorgeous sunsets!

We had such a great time at this beautiful Saronida penthouse apartment! We loved waking up every morning and having breakfast on the deck and would even rush home from our sightseeing adventures in order to pick up food at the Mymarket down the street to enjoy dinner on the deck watching the sunset. We hardly ate out at all because we just enjoyed being there so much. Every evening after sunset, we would go upstairs to the cozy loft and play Uno as a family or go to the upper deck to lay and look at all the stars. The location is perfect because you’re not stuck in the city of Athens traffic… it’s very easy to drive to the metro station on the southern outskirts of Athens, park the car (6€/day) and take the subway into the Acropolis. From Saronida, you can take highways avoiding Athens Center in order to get to Apollos temple in Delphi, the cliff top Monasteries in the Meteora and it’s a short but beautiful coastal drive south to Poseidon’s temple at the southern tip of the Greece Attic Region. We really loved our visit and the attentive hospitality we were given from check in through check out. Can’t wait to come back!

Five stars and a dream!

We relished a delightful nine-night stay that exceeded all expectations! The residence was not only stunning but also boasted every conceivable amenity, complemented by a breathtaking vista that greeted us each day. Chris and Elina, our gracious hosts, left no stone unturned in ensuring our comfort, readily available for any query or assistance. Their swift response, exemplified by Chris's lightning-fast reply to our water setting inquiry, showcased their commitment to hospitality. Moreover, Chris thoughtfully curated our itinerary, introducing us to hidden gems like the captivating Saronida Walking Path, an experience we would have regrettably missed otherwise. Our days were filled with enriching activities, from immersive art walks in Athens to savoring the city's culinary delights, culminating in unforgettable moments like witnessing the grandeur of the Acropolis and enjoying a dinner with a panoramic view of the Temple of Poseidon. Despite our packed schedule, the beauty of our stay lay in the perfect balance struck between exploration and relaxation. Thanks to Chris and Elina's hospitality, our trip was nothing short of flawless.

Gorgeous view of the ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christos and Elina's property. Christos met us when we arrived, showed us around the property, had a fire roaring in the fireplace, had some sealed Prosecco and treats in a basket so we could ring in the New Year in style. He was responsive if we ever had questions, though we were usually off exploring. Their place provides plenty of space for a family or larger group and has all the amenities necessary to be comfortable. It is convenient to drive or take the bus / train towards Athens, which boasts tons of sight-seeing opportunities, or surrounding attractions such as Poseiden's Temple. Alternatively, one can stay closer to the rental property (losing count of the number of balconies!) and relax on the beach - it really is only a couple minutes' drive past pizza shops and the like. We were visiting for Christmas and New Years and had quite a lovely stay. The owner is eco-conscious and tries to heat the place responsibly, with a combination of solar panels, heating oil that we purchased separately given the winter season, and electrical only if necessary, so it took a bit of studying the expectations, but we did our best. Thank you for the happy memories!

Très belle villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Saronida. L’équipement est vraiment très complet et Christos toujours présent pour nous donner de bon conseils. Prévoit une voiture sur place pour profiter pleinement de la régions et de ses nombreuses places à proximité.Saronida est également un village avec tout à disposition : supérette, boulangerie, marché local les Lundi matin , spa, massage…

Vos remarques ne sont pas restées lettre morte : nous avons pris en compte l’ensemble de vos suggestions et les avons déjà mises en œuvre, afin que la villa réponde encore mieux aux attentes de nos hôtes. Vos retours nous sont précieux et contribuent directement à améliorer le séjour de ceux qui viendront après vous. Vous avez tout à fait raison sur la voiture : c’est la clé pour profiter pleinement de la région. En vingt minutes vous êtes au cap Sounion et au temple de Poséidon, et la côte entre Saronida et Anavyssos regorge de criques et de tavernas que l’on ne découvre qu’en prenant la route. Le marché du lundi matin est un rendez-vous que peu de visiteurs connaissent — ravi que vous l’ayez trouvé. C’est exactement ce qui fait de Saronida un village vivant toute l’année, et pas seulement une station balnéaire. Elina et moi serions enchantés de vous revoir.
