Traditional Cornish Stone-Built House, With Spectacular Sea Views

Sleeps 6 adults. Tremoormin is a traditionally built Cornish property with quality modern fixtures. Beautiful in summer and cosy in winter, the house has recently been completely refurbished.Two bedrooms have king size double beds, sea views and en-suite toilet and shower facilities. A third bedroom has two singles. The family bathroom has bath, toilet and shower. Downstairs, the living room has beamed ceiling, wood burner with plentiful logs, free WiFi and Sky Sports + together with a selection of books and board games. Outside, a gated private garden with BBQ and garden furniture is accessed by double doors from the large, open plan kitchen which also has sea views. There is a separate parking area for two cars. Cot available.

House in a beautiful location. Very easy and accessible to beach, village and wonderful walks. St Agnes so picturesque. House is beautiful clean, incredibly well equipped. Family friendly. Host is also VERY helpful and really wants the family to have the best holiday. Which it was. Our third stay and it never disappoints.

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying in this beautiful property. Its more spacious than it looks on the photos. We were very impressed with the space we had, the bedrooms & bathrooms were excellent & plenty big enough. There is everything that you could need .The location of the property is excellent & the views over Trevaunance Cove were fabulous. We didn't want to leave. It was our 4th visit to St Agnes which is our most favourite place in Cornwall. We would definitely stay in this property again when we stay in St Agnes. The communication with the owner Peter was excellent. He responded very quickly if we had anything we needed to know.Can't wait to stay again!

We really liked the house. Everything was to a high standard. It was an especial delight to find that the kitchen knives were sharp. The two under-counter fridges and the freezer were entirely adequate for our purposes. It would be lovely to stay there again.

Excellent location

Perfectly located, beautifully appointed, we couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and the proximity to Trevaunance Cove was exactly what we wanted.

Perfect location!

Lovely well appointed accommodation which suited us well- lots of separate spaces to escape to ( sadly needed as two of our group developed Covid) and all within sight and sound of the sea!

Lovely cottage in the most beautiful location

We love this cottage it feels like home it was our fourth visit and we stayed for 2 weeks this time we are booked to stay next year too Travaunance Cove and St Agnus is lovely everything is there and no need to take the car out once you arrive just sad to leave ☹️

Tremoormin

Our 8th summer visiting St Agnes and this was the best yet. Tremoormin is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful property and location

A wonderful stay at this lovely house. The property had everything we needed - from pots and pans to the all-important outdoor tap for washing down wetsuits. The star of the show is the location. A stones throw from a beautiful cove. Our kids loved playing in the waves.

Perfect family holiday home

A comfortable, well-equipped and attractively-styled house in a superb location overlooking Trevaunance Cove. In the heart of the Cove and just a hop, skip and jump down to the beach it was perfect for our family holiday. The views from the house, garden and first floor terrace are stunning. We really appreciated the two parking spaces as well.

Lovely, clean and well equipped property in glorious St Agnes- right by the beach, local pub and beach bar and easy walk up to the village amenities. Fabulous walks right outside your door. We love the place!

A gem of a house

A really well equipped, immaculately maintained and clean house in a fantastic location. We were lucky enough to stay for two weeks with a great beach a stones throw from the front door. The village is a twenty minute walk away (uphill) and is well served with a great bakery and butchers and a small supermarket. The house and village have everything you might reasonably need and with a good pub a hundred metres away, we barely used the car in the two weeks we stayed. We will definitely be visiting again.

Tremendous Tremoormin

We love this place. The location is second to none, the cottage itself incredibly warm and welcoming. The spotless greeting is faultless, from the big squashy beds to the cosy comfortable lounge. The large entrance hall is such a bonus when unloading children and bags and bodyboards etc. Then there are extra details like the beautiful lily buds that bloom during your stay. Cupboards stocked with all you could need. Eating, drinking, walking and surfing are all on your doorstep. It’s magnificent and a week of sheer family fun. Love it!!

Gardiner Stay at Tremoormin

Tremoormin was fabulous… way above all our expectations. Very well equipped and lovely quality re all Kitchen, utility appliances etc., Home from home. Beds/linen very comfy and spotlessly clean. Not one thing we wish we had. Without doubt one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in. Our friends from California felt the same. 10/10. We would love to return. Location and St. Agnes so beautiful. Thank you Helen and Peter.

Beautiful location

Beautiful house/cottage in enviable location literally 1 minute walk to the beach! Incredible host, very responsive and really lovely inside the house too. Nice cafes a short stroll up the road plus great fish and chips takeaway in St Agnes, Peterville Inn was superb we went back several times and the 2 beach cafes Breakers and schooners are spot on. Our only gripes were 1) the bed in the middle bedroom was incredibly firm, uncomfortably so, meaning we had to take it in turns to sleep in the extra twin bed in our 4 year olds room - not very relaxing! 2) the shower in the en-suite of the same room hadn’t had the drain cleaned and the shower was almost flooding the first time we used it. My husband had to clean out all sorts of gunk and hair from it with his bare hands.

A very comfortable well appointed house with view over Trevaunance Cove.

The house had everything we wanted in every way. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we could need for self catering. This adjoined a lovely dining area. The sitting room was warm especially with the fire lit. Upstairs one very large double bedroom and en suite, one double room with en suite, and a third room with two singles next to a family bathroom with shower and bath. All showers were large and all bathrooms had heated towel rails and lovely thick towels. The bed linen was good quality. Toiletries were good quality. Outside was a small garden with seating and a table for good weather. The utility area had washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Cleaning materials provided. Parking for one largish car. Situated just above Trevaunance Cove (surfing), and near pub, restaurant and micro brewery. Walking distance (about a mile) from St Agnes with shops, a wonderful bakery and restaurants. Lovely cliff top walks on the door step. We would thoroughly recommend this house. It’s the best rented holiday property we’ve stayed in in the U.K. or Europe over 20 years.

Tremoormin is perfect. A lovely, traditional Cornish stone cottage which is beautifully presented throughout and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A stone’s throw from the beach at Trevaunance Cove, yet also private and secluded. Close to the pub and café by the cove and only a short way from the shops and amenities in St Agnes village. The hosts are always helpful and responsive. Staying here is our favourite week of the year and we are already looking forward to coming back!
