This spacious single storey villa is well appointed & equipped to a good standard. It has a comfortable lounge/diner, separate kitchen, separate utility room, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms. Outside is a private heated swimming pool, dining area, garden & sunning space and BBQ . Also a roof terrace for extra sunbathing . Canarian garden front and rear. Air conditioning is available at an additional fee on arrival. Free 300Mb fibre optic internet is linked to Smart TV to provide many options . Mainly suitable for couples, mature guests & families .

Drinking water is available on tap in the kitchen via a water purifier, so providing the option of not having the additional cost of buying drinking water, or the need to carry and lift heavy water bottles. Just another example of continuing improvements we strive to make for our guests.

Katja has joined us to help look after the property and she will be your point of contact.

The villa is registered for tourism with the Canarian Tourist Board with a Vivienda Vacacional Licence: V V-35--2-0004101.

The Spanish Government granted on 18 June 2025, under its NRA scheme, a provisional Short-Term Rental Registration number as follows:

Its crystal clear waters and kilometres of white sand are more synonymous with the Caribbean not an island in the Atlantic, but it offers authentic moments of peace and intimacy which are some of the key factors the National Geographic highlight about the beach, adding “it is one of the most seductive areas with the greatest ecological value in the Canary Islands".

Katja was an excellent host. We arrived late at night, she was very welcoming and more than happy to stay and go through everything. Facilities were good. Swimming pool was just the right size, never cold. Position of the villa was excellent, very close by to Supermarket, market and quite a few places to eat.Didn't pay extra for A/C, we felt the price was a bit excessive, especially as we would have only needed it in bedrooms at night. If we come back to Fuerteventura we would definitely stay at this villa again.Many thanks

our second time at this property super large heated pool We are both disabled and require mobility scooters to get about so this villa ticks all the boxes on the level close to all the amenities of Corralejo. Katja super helpful. another super stay going back at end of the year thank to all .

The villa is lovely, everything you would need is provided. The pool area is particularly great and the heated pool was amazing (we went in March). Easy walking to shops and bars. Enjoyed watching the kite surfers at the beach. Katja was so friendly and easy to contact and made arrival and check out very easy.

Katja was there to welcome us on arrival....great communication with her prior to arrival too. Fantastic amenities and cleanliness..... plenty of space both inside and outside. Don't be put off by the location....it's in a great spot just a short walk into Corralejo main strip and even nearer Campanario centre.

The Villa was excellent, very well equipped and in really good condition. The internal layout was spacious and comfortable, as was the garden with lots of space to follow the sun all day! The real bonus was having its own private pool. Our host, Katja, was there to meet us on arrival and was very helpful and such a nice person. It is located in a lovely quiet area, but within walking distance to amenities, and made for a really relaxing holiday.

Lovely villa perfect for our family if four. Great outdoor spaces and pool always a bonus. Good location, a few bars just around the corner and a lovely shopping centre over the road with lots of shops bars and places to eat. Great communication if we needed anything. We all had a wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa we had a great holiday, 2 adults 2 kids. Far enough out of the centre to be peaceful in the evening but close enough to enjoy the bar and restaurants. Well stocked villa with everything you could imagine and more. Responsive hosts and Katja who helped manage the villa. Thank you for a great holiday.

Fantastic stay in Corroleja

Amazing little find, really well equipped, everything you could want from a self catering villa. Short of nothing in the kitchen. Lovely heated pool. Very short walk to bars, restuarants phamacy, shops and supermarket. Would not hesitate to stay here again

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to be met by Katja we knew we were onto a winner, she was so pleasent & took us through the villa & gave us all the information we needed.The Villa is excellent, very clean with everything you require and in a good location.5 min walk to El Camparnario centre with plenty of shops & restaurants. 10 min walk to start of main high street or 5 min taxi ride to take you further down.Our 4th time in Corralejo but this was by far the best accommodation 5 stars.Cheers Geoff n Valerie

DON'T STAY HERE! This villa was not fit to stay in. There obviously had recently been a major leak or flood. There were extensive damp patches on multiple walls including a bedroom, with a white substance emerging from the walls. There was also an active leak in the utility room. None of this was disclosed before our arrival.The host said there had been a major leak weeks earlier but said the walls were "now dry." She vacuumed the white substance off the walls, only for it to reappear within hours. This was efflorescence, a sign that moisture is STILL present in the walls. Airborne efflorescence dust can irritate the eyes, nose and throat, which was concerning as my husband and I both have pre-existing respiratory conditions. Within 24 hours we were coughing and my daughter's eyes were itching and weeping, leaving her unable to relax or sleep. This caused sleepless nights for us all. We sent customer services photographs & they considered the villa uninhabitable in its current condition. We wanted to leave & asked for a refund for the unused portion of our stay. The owners refused dismissing our concerns as "just peeling paint," saying we were overreacting and it was just our perception. We left the villa and flew home. The owners will respond that we overreacted. Why would we want to lose over a thousand pounds, abandon our holiday and fly home early if the property was fit to stay in? We had nothing to gain and verything to lose. Our story has been in the national press.

We were naturally disappointed to receive the above review on our popular holiday villa. It refers to guests' pre-existing respiratory conditions of which we were not made aware. Yet they risked breathing re-circulated air on a 4hour flight then insisted on air-conditioning, so slept in recirculated air again. Perhaps it is not surprising that within 24 hrs they were coughing with itching weeping eyes. Contrary to their review, efflorescence is not harmful to health; it is simply a white, powdery substance formed by salt deposits left on surfaces after water evaporates. By itself, efflorescence is not toxic or dangerous to breathe. It does not become a respirable or free floating dust. Leak seeking specialists had done 3 surveys but found no interior leaks. A small area of dampness was found in the hallway and some behind an adjacent bedroom door. After which new guests reported no problems and left a 5* review. In response to a Vrbo Health and Safety Investigation we submitted a 4 page summary of all work undertaken relating to recent issues in our property, with photos and invoices totally over 3,000€. Vrbo replied:“Thank you for your prompt, professional, and thorough response to Expedia Group’s Health and Safety investigation. We have found your responses to our inquiries and the details of your actions/plans to address any concerns satisfactory for this property”. We discovered this week that the source of the leak was from the adjoining property; it is now repaired.

The area surrounding the villa is ideal for holidays and also for longer term living because it is close enough to walk to the beaches, shops of Corralejo, El Campanario centre, & the harbour. A car isn't needed to have a great holiday. The villa is in a quiet & attractive area. So you can go out for the day or evening in town & just walk home at the end.

This coast of Fuerteventura is usually visited by lovers of water sports, such as surfing or windsurfing, who take advantage of the island's winds to practice them, but also its seabed is highly visited and appreciated by scuba divers due to the amazing visibility in this part of the ocean. O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The villa has all the comforts you need for an enjoyable time , a pool for cooling down, sunbathing areas to warm up again with a garden facing south for all day sunshine.The pool is heated with a solar gain cover, and in winter by a pool heater as well. Air conditioning is available in the lounge/diner and both bedrooms at a small additional charge.

A Samsung UHD50" 4K flat screen TV is linked to 600Mb Wi-Fi providing all UK tv and Sky channels plus BT Sport.

The separate kitchen is a good size & the laundry/ drying area invaluable for beach things.

A small supermarket & a bar are within a few minutes walk , and a large supermarket just a little further on.

The villa enjoys level surroundings and accommodation (apart from a roof terrace and a small step at the rear) so it is ideal for elderly and disabled people. More details are available about access , door widths etc from the owners.

Parking is off street on the gated drive.
The gardens are Canarian in style with plenty of bright bougainvillea too.
