A recent build luxury design two bedroom apartment on the development, benefiting from the significant design improvements and increased size over the older apartment designs on the resort. The double aspect patio and large corner plot garden area of this apartment is one of the largest and best appointed on the resort, with all day sun from its south-east to south-west facing position. Views across the Boavista golf course can be enjoyed from both the front (14th-16th holes) and rear of the property (3rd hole), including views of the Monchique Mountains and the Lagos Bay. The large shared heated outdoor swimming pool & children's paddling pool is very close by, which guests have full access to. Guests at this property also benefit from full membership of the Boavista Fitness & Spa, which in addition has a large indoor heated pool. For Golfers, discounted rates for Golf on the Boavista course are provided for our Guests. This property also boasts its own large integral garage for car parking, with a remote electrically operated door. Super fast Fibre Broadband and Wi-Fi is installed. 500MB/s speed with no usage cap.

We only rent our property for literally a few weeks each year and endeavour to keep it in 1st class condition with continual updating and redecoration. You will see from our many Reviews that this is a premier property with a premier location….

The stay was great - the comms were awesome, the facilities were great and everyone was friendly. A 7min ride to town with access to restaurants and the beach were the icing.

We had a wonderful 21/2 week stay at Boavista, our apartment was very clean and spacious, our host was very prompt with any questions and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great location for golf, spa, indoor and outdoor pools and any outdoor you care to mention.

Lovely property

Excellent Accomodation

Property was well presented and very comfortable. Nicely furnished with comfortable sofas and beds and very nice soft furnishings. Plenty of outside space to relax in and it was a bonus having free access to the indoor heated pool and gym. Would use again if returning to the Boa vista

Space full house with all you need!

We staid for 1 week and was a perfect location to starts day trips. The house it self is luxere with all a family needs. Also friendly reception which gave good tips for restaurant. Communication with the owners was quick and friendly. So a recommendation for families will want to stay a week in Lagos.

Great time had by all

All aspects of the property were first class. The lounge area, dining space, and kitchen were like new. Only a short walk from the excellent swimming pool. No problems with check-in or check-out. A great time was had by all.

Fantastic accommodation in lovely setting

Had a lovely time at this excellent accommodation in peaceful setting. Apartment is very clean, spacious and modern with all amenities and a lovely private garden. Spa and pool very handy and made use of both. Owner was very attentive and check in and out arrangements easy and well organized. Lagos town still lively in September with lots of restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby and would recommend trips to Vilamoura and Carvoiera. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended the Boavista resort.

Very nice house /property

The house is very nice, very clean, well equipped and organized, plenty of toiletries and bath towels. Open concept, very comfortable with outdoor private yard and patio, also included is a parking garage. Steve the owner was great with immediate replies to any concern.

A wonderful holiday apartment

Steve &Judy’s apartment is beautifully appointed , newly decorated with everything you need for a perfect holiday in the sun for a couple or family of four. Steve has been a pleasure to be in contact with and very efficient and thoughtful in providing all the information we needed to make check in a piece of cake. Whether you are golfers, surfers, tennis players or simply enjoy a good book lounging by the pool in the sunshine ,this lovely apartment comes highly recommended!

Lagos heaven

We spent 6 glorious weeks at this location. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. We had access to an indoor pool and were able to take regular aquafit classes at a modest additional cost. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We delighted to find a welcoming supply of breakfast food for our first morning. The owner, Steve, was attentive and responded quickly to any concerns.

Brilliant place to stay.

We have travelled to many countries and stayed in a number of rented homes, Steve’s beautiful home was one of the.best we have stayed in .The location is great especially if you play golf ,the clubhouse is exceptional with great food and service .The beaches are a short drive away. The only recommendation that we would make would be having golf clubs at the home to save having to lug them onto the plane etc.. we had these when we rented our Spanish villa and clients thought it was a great idea. If you are looking for a 5star stay don’t hesitate in booking this home ,you won’t be disappointed,even the huge shared pool is heated .

Lovely property in a great location

I'm not one for giving five stars but really had no choice with the overall experience of booking and staying in Steve and Judy's apartment. Steve was great at getting back quickly, just as the other reviews mentioned, he came back and answered all my queries super quick and was really helpful and accommodating including an early check in, which was very much appreciated. Picking up the keys out of hours was easy and then checking in the next was no problem. The apartment is lovely, bright and sunny, clean and well equipped, having the garden to sit out in was great, especially as we were lucky enough to have such amazing weather! The site is very well kept and the clubhouse and spa are easy to walk to, the spa access with this apartment is a great compliment to the rental and definitely swayed our decision when looking at properties. You can walk in to Lagos from the site and you can pick up the cliff top walk to Luz and Porta da Mos and further ! We had a fab time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you Steve & Judy.

Long-term stay March 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful unit for a long-term stay of approximately 11 weeks. The full amenities that are provided were excellent. The host was meticulous in his planning and attention to detail. He offered a warm and inviting environment that made us feel at home throughout our stay. From the time we arrived, and throughout, there were no surprises and the unit was exactly as previewed and advertised. The Information Package provided to renters was comprehensive and provided informative material on many different levels. The conveniences at the resort, of which we made extensive usage, including the golf, fitness centre and spa, walking trails, clubhouse and La Bistro, were absolutely first-rate. The housekeeping and cleaning services provided by Careways and the overall maintenance of the resort were highly reliable and professional. Boavista is still being developed and there is considerable construction still underway across the development. Being located right on the main thoroughfare of the resort, we encountered regular large truck and construction traffic daily on Mondays to Fridays. This is a minor observation and is expected to abate in the future when construction in the immediate vicinity is completed. We very much enjoyed touring the Western Algarve as there is much to see and do, and would definitely considering staying at 77A Avenida Atlantico again in the future. Highly recommended.

A casa é maravilhoa. Possui todas as condiçoes para uns excelentes dias de férias. Local muito sossegado e perto de praias. Uma piscina exterior muito boa e com ambiente traquilo. De realçar a limpeza da casa com uma agradável fragrância à chegada. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Sem dúvida que recomendo.

My wife and I live in the South of England and we enjoy visiting our property in Boavista as often as possible, often having family and friends join us for part of our stays. We really love the immaculately kept Boavista Resort, the local area, the golf, the incredible range of restaurants and of course the year long lovely weather there! We have not regretted our purchase at Boavista for one single second, and we are always looking forward to our next trip back!

This part of the Algarve is still quite unspoilt, and everything is certainly better value for money at this end of the Algarve. From golf prices to eating out, everything is far more reasonably priced, whilst the quality of everything is still present.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We absolutely love our property at Boavista - we have our own secure area within the integral garage where we can keep items there to save on luggage each time we travel, the double aspect garden space in our particular apartment is much larger than the average plot and it is south facing so we have sun all day. As a very recent luxury build, the apartment is Boavista's latest design, which we much prefer over the older style apartment layouts at the Resort. Although we have full golf views front and back, we are not in any 'firing line' for stray golf balls, which we wouldn't like. We feel our location, plot, and design is 'just perfect'!
