Splash! Is still Panama City Beach’s newest beachfront resort that offers fun for the whole family. With a water park, including a kids’ pool with waterslides, interactive water toys, a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. Parents can enjoy themselves as well in our adult pool, Jacuzzi and fitness room or relax at the poolside bar and grill.

At Splash! Our unit is equipped with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa for even more space in addition to the spacious master bedroom. Our unit comes fully equipped with a state of the art kitchen and a high chair for the little one, full size washer and dryer.

The gorgeous views of the white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from our 8th floor private balcony.

Splash is located in Panama City Beach and on the west end of Front Beach Rd, just 15 miles from the Panama City International Airport. The renovation of Front Beach Road brings sidewalks, bike paths, tropical landscaping, and a public trolley system for transportation. You’ll find exhilarating attractions including museums, theaters, galleries, parks, restaurants, and upscale retail shopping opportunities at the new Pier Park. You will love the fact that the west end of Panama City Beach is a little more quiet than the rest of the area, yet still close to everything.

Richard and his condo was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Clear communication before our trip and he even checked on us during our stay! I extended for a day at the end and he made it very simple and easy! The condo was very accommodating and clean upon arrival! We arrived a little early and was able to go ahead and get in the room. As a family that vacations a lot and stays in condos during travel, this was by far one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in and the most polite condo owner/manager we’ve ever had the experienced! We have already next year booked with him!

Richard was a wonderful host! He checked in on us a couple times throughout our stay and just made sure our visit was enjoyable and issue free. The condo had an amazing view that we are already missing! Clean, clutter free, it had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable and my kids loved the bunks in the hallway. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, my family and I had a decent stay at the hotel. The facilities were nice and well-maintained, and the pool area was especially enjoyable. It’s a great spot to relax and unwind, and you can tell the property has a lot of potential.The owner was fantastic with communication and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth, which we really appreciated.However, there were a few downsides that impacted our experience. The ceilings are quite thin, so you can easily hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult for us to fully relax at times. During our stay, we were also disappointed that there was construction happening in an adjacent room, which added to the noise and disruption.Another area for improvement would be staffing at the pool. It would be helpful to have better monitoring to ensure that only hotel guests are using the facilities.Overall, it’s a solid hotel with good amenities, but addressing the noise issues and improving pool oversight would make a big difference.

Good time, family resort

We had a great time in this condo. Everything was clean, we had plenty of towels, the resort is very kid friendly. The resort has a beautiful view of the ocean, and we would definitely stay here again! Richard was easy to get in touch with and he made sure we had everything we needed.

Manager made stay very easy

Such a magical week!

We had such an amazing experience with our first family beach trip! We can’t thank Richard enough for all his help and for such a wonderful place to stay. This place is great for any of your beach wants or needs. You are just a moments walk to the beach or from a great place for your kids to play and swim. Can’t wait to book our next visit!!

Great Visit & Beautiful View

The condo was nice & clean. The ocean view was beautiful. We loved the location. It was convenient and not too crowded. It was a family friendly atmosphere. Having beach chairs every day was a real plus. The condo owner was extremely responsive. He is the reason that we booked this condo. We are happy that we did!

Will recommend to friends and family as well as plan a future stay next time we come to PCB. The kids had a blast and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, beach access, and pools. I only wish a broom was available in our unit. A week without being able to sweep up the sand was a little aggravating BUT thats my personal opinion. Outside that, the room was great! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching the waves and the storm that came through. We even saw a turtle! We also enjoyed our time spent indoors watching movies/TV with the kids. It was surprisingly quiet despite the amount of children and activities in the building. So happy we booked here! It was a fantastic week!

Kelly Thanks for your review. I am sorry you had an issue with mot finding a broom in the condo that caused us to get a 4 star review as we strive to make our guest’s experience be the best. I wish you would have reached out to me during your stay, we would have corrected that immediately as our guest’s comfort is of utmost importance to us. FYI: We normally have a broom and dustpan in closet area of the laundry room where the hot water heater is located. But again sometimes they grow legs. Lol😂

We had great time at this condo. We wish it had more elevators since those seemed to clog up. And also we had 3 double red flag days so the ocean was closed which put a damper on our vacation but know it was not thr owners fault. Otherwise our vacation was fun!

We visited to PCB from Birmingham, Alabama and fell in love with the SPLASH and this beach town. We purchased our condo and decided to share our experiences with others.
