Located within 200 acres of Exmoor National Park, Natsley Farm is a beautiful country home in close proximity to both the local Devonshire beaches and the amazing views and activities of the National Park. Furnished to a very high standard Natsley provides you with a heated swimming pool (May until September, heated to 30 deg ),American Pool table, traditional wood burners and all amenities that you may need! Natsley is run by wind power and solar generators, so you can be sure that your stay will carbon neutral. Wood Fired Hot Tub which is open all year round.
During the season from Easter till end of October guests have exclusive use of The Natsley beach Hut at Saunton Sands beach, with 4 surfboards, 2 boogie boards and other beach toys

Our stay was brilliant, the house was much better than the photographs suggest. The beds were comfy, the outdoor space was fabulous. We were able to check in slightly early & leave slightly later which was greatly appreciated. This is a fantastic house for a multi generational group with lots of space to relax, cook together & play games. Our only criticisim was there not being 2 towels for the girls! Other than that it was a brilliant stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a fabulous week. Loved the house, the pool, the hot tub, the pool table & the beautiful surrounding area. Maria & Richard were very friendly and helpful. Even the weather was kind! We loved it!

Wonderful !

Richard and Maria where very accommodating and helpful. The house was amazing and we all really enjoyed it. Wonderful extra touches such as ingredients in the cupboard or dishwasher tablets that you might forget to bring with you along with games and DVDs ! There is wonderful grounds surrounds the house and lots of walks to be had.

Hosts were lovely and met us on arrival to give us the tour and any information we might need. The photos doesn't do this property justice. It was incredible. The pool was heated which was lovely, although we did have a hot day and it would have been nice if it were cooler. We used the hot tub which was also great. Everything we needed was onsite. Rooms were clean. Bedding changed. Only 1 towel each and small towels. What anyone with long hair would call a hair towel. Bathrooms clean. Toilet roll in all the toilets. And soaps and hand soaps in all the bathrooms. Tea towels, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. And there are some staple things in the cupboards like cooking oil and sugar. The area is beautiful and the grounds were lovely. The dogs certainly loved it. Make sure you bring your own pool towels. Supermarket is 30 minutes away so bare this in mind there is no "popping to the shops" it took a while for the fridge in the kitchen to cook and the freezer was temperamental. The ice pops that were put in didn't freeze until night 3. And the ice-cream melted. I let the owner know though. Definitely recommend staying here, we are looking to stay again next year!

Perfect!! If we could give 6 stars we would!

Absolutely superb. Great communication, easy to find, beautiful home, loads of space, well stocked kitchen/bathrooms. We were a group of 12 friends, and our 5 dogs. Everything could not have been more perfect. We didnt even leave the accomodation apart from to go for a lovely wander around the grounds for a dog walk. Beautifully decorated, quirky and classic. Communication with Richards sister, Amanda was spot on (they had gone away, but sorted everything before they left) Pool room was great, and many a game of killer pool was played, hot tub fab, once you'd got the hang of it, the swimming pool was very very warm!! Only place ever that you could say "the pool was too warm" usually they're freezing! Loads of room for everyone, huge kitchen & very well stocked. They were so laid back about the dogs too which was wonderful. Dogs behaved impeccably and loved every single minute! We will be back for sure - thank you 😊 ✨️✨️✨️✨️

My 50th birthday family celebration

Had a wonderful long weekend in this amazing farm house. Quality time making memories with my family, perfect escape in the most beautiful location. The house is spacious and so well equipped, you don’t really need to leave the property. Our teenage children loved having their own area of the house with the games room. The swimming pool and hot tub were warm, clean and just the icing on the cake, I’m so pleased that I found this property for my special birthday! Hosts very welcoming and helpful, thank you.

Beautiful farmhouse

This is a little piece of heaven. A beautiful farmhouse with a lovely heated pool and hot tub. The house and grounds are amazingly spacious and the hosts Richard and Maria are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to return!

A fabulous location for a family gathering.

It was the first time for 3 years our family of 10 (plus one grandson) have been together. The house and location were perfect for our reunion. However, we were looking forward to the use of the beach hut promised in the house details. We didn't find out until we arrived that it wasn't available and not part of the house hire deal anymore.

Amazing family stay

This is a very spacious property that is set very remotely - there are no corner shops or neighbours - so very different from our city life but we absolutely loved it. We chose to just be the 5 of us here (2 adults, 3 children) rather than using all the bedrooms and we barely left the property - it is a gorgeous place with a great mix of country, sea-side and international decoration that provided us with so many happy family times - pool (as in, pool like snooker) competitions, collecting hens eggs, walking through the fields with sheep and cows, looking for carp in the pond, relaxing in the roof top room with amazing view doing yoga, playing with all the board games and having movie nights and Aga cooked family meals (using our pre-ordered meal boxes) - and that is of course without even mentioning the fun we had in the hot tub and fabulously warm pool (despite the rain and unseasonable weather - the fog and drizzle sort of added to the cosy atmosphere!) - we absolutely loved our time here and will treasure our memories!

A gorgeous family holiday!

Despite the rain, we had the most wonderful family holiday at Natsley. The house is beautiful and photos do not do it justice. The pool was also amazing, and really warm. Very responsive and friendly hosts. Thank you!

Faultless experience.

This place is 10/10. Absolutly stunning house set in its very own part of the countryside green fields for miles in every direction. The house has everything we stayed 12 adults and were not cramped at all. The facilities are perfect, the bedrooms are nicely separated and the beds are very comfy, the pool area is amazing and even though we didn't have glorious weather we still enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Cannot rate highly enough would love to go back one day.

Lovely stay for large group of friends and family.

The property was perfect. Remote location but driving distance of beaches, takeaways and amazing North Devon scenery. The house was stunning and large. The host communication was good and they gave us recommendations when we asked. Several of the guests are already planning on organising weekends away back to this accommodation! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect place for a getaway

Stayed here for a weekend away with a group of friends. It was the perfect house! Maria and Rich were lovely hosts and were on hand to help if we needed anything. I will 100% be back!

Heavenly house = heavenly holiday

Perched on the top of the hill, with restorative views of green fields, the house was perfect for a week of mixed weather. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and also gather for meals and games. The kitchen was very well equipped and big enough for several cooks. The warm pool, snooker table and friendly chickens were big hits, especially with the kids. North Devon offered surfing, cycling, horse riding and lovely walks. Richard and Maria were perfect hosts. Relaxed, responsive and available and we never felt like we were “in thier space”. Would definitely return.

Beautiful property and location.

Extended family group had a perfect holiday. Beautiful home with everything we could have needed. We all enjoyed spending time around the house, its pool, and grounds as much as beach visits and days out. Thanks Richard and Maria for our stay, and for being so lovely and welcoming!

Excellent property

What an amazing property, we were a party of 8 adults, 4 children & dogs. The property was well equipped, exceptionally clean, & Well maintained . Such a sociable , well designed house, surrounded by stunning views, tucked away in the Devonshire countryside. We all loved the warm swimming pool, the hot tub , pool table, & beach hut. Everything we could possibly ever asked for. We will definitely would come back!

Fantastic House & Facilities

Stayed over Easter weekend and couldn’t have found a better house for a group of 10 of us. Richard the host showed us all of the house and facilities and left us to it which was great. The kitchen, dining and main living room are huge and has everything you need. There is a separate louge with a pool table along with a laundry/boot room. 2 large doubles which are lovely, 1 on suite. 2 smaller double on the 2nd floor and 2 nice twin rooms with a separate bathroom in the area above the other lounge. The garden and patio area are lovely with fantastic views across the valley. A few of our hardy souls braved the pool but would be great in the summer and the hot tub is great anytime of day or of the year. We had great weather so use the beach hut at Saunton Sands which is great with 4 surf boards, 2 body board, 2 chairs and 2 deck chairs. All in all this was one of the best houses we have stayed in and we have been all over the country. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for a great weekend.

Fantastic holiday home, clean spacious and very sociable. Beach hut a great bonus. Super hosts.

We were a group of 8 adults and 4 children plus a dog. Natsley farm was the perfect location for a reunion and holiday. The living areas are so spacious and well designed that everyone can be sociable even if in the kitchen or relaxing in front of the fire. The bedrooms were all a good size, beds comfy and baths/showers excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped. Outside the garden was a great place to play with the dog and children, the hit tub was a brilliant way to relax in the evening when the kids were down. We used the beach hut at Saunton and had a great day at the beach. We hope to return, maybe next time a bit later in the year when the swimming pool is heated. Thank you
