Breezeway Bay is a fantastic pet friendly waterfront home for anyone visiting beautiful lake Guntersville.

As you drive up Breezeway Bay road you'll find ample parking on our asphalt driveway. Feel free to leave the trailer hooked up or unhook and store it off to the side after you've launched your boat at the Waterfront boat ramp (less than 1 minute away) and head over to the boathouse.

You'll enter our lakefront home into the well stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space, Calphalon cookware and all appliances including a dishwasher to help you create memorable meals. Our open floor plan offers visibility straight through from the kitchen to the great room making communication with your family and friends a breeze (pun intended...)

Kick back in the great room with plenty of comfortable seating and and watch the 55" HDTV powered by cable or enjoy our strong unlimited use free WIFI.

You'll enjoy the 2 full bathrooms, both with shower/tub combinations and plenty of storage. Don't bring towels or linens because we have you covered!

When it's time for bed you can choose from 4 sleeping areas - 3 bedrooms and a loft. There's a beautiful queen bed in the master, a queen and twin in the second bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom as well as a full bed in the loft. We provide all the fresh bedding.

You'll walk out the french doors in the kitchen/great room areas onto a screened porch with another covered porch area beyond that. Both area's offer awesome Lake Guntersville views!

As you walk down the asphalt path to the lake and onto the extra wide pier with rails you'll see the very large boathouse. It includes 2 boat slips each with an electric lift. Feel free to use the lift or we'll lower it in the water before you arrive and you can just pull your boat in/out of the boathouse. All 4 boat house garage doors are powered by an electric opener.

Breezeway Bay is a non-smoking property (inside). Guests can certainly smoke outside under cover in the event of inclement weather.

We're located halfway between Guntersville and Scottsboro in the Waterfront boat ramp cove making it very easy to launch your boat then drive it and your truck/trailer back to our home in less than a minute!. If you prefer to trailer your boat, other popular and very close ramps include Goose Pond and Siebold Creek.

David & Edna own and operate every aspect of the property including all the cleaning. You will not find cleaner lodging at the lake! Come stay with us and explore all that North East Alabama has to offer.
