Luxury Home on Lake Guntersville

This 4 bed/3 bath (sleeps 19) extensively renovated home, situated on a quiet, deep water cove on beautiful Lake Guntersville is designed specifically for your comfort and enjoyment. Days can spent reading a good book, fishing, boating or playing on our included selection of water toys. Evenings can be spent gathered around the fire pit, having a drink while star gazing, playing in the rec room or a soak in the hot tub. Nights will be restful in luxury linens and welcoming mattresses. Please be sure to contact me if you require any assistance or have any issues at all. Beautiful Davis Pointe is situated just before the South Sauty Causeway and public boat ramp. The amenities of Scottsboro including Publix, Walmart and an array of restaurants are a quick fifteen minute drive. Just over the Causeway is a quaint diner. Guntersville is a 30 minutes drive along a picturesque road winding through Guntersville State Park. Guests are welcome to use the boat house’s two boat slips and lift.

Place is peaceful and located on the lake. Hoise was very clean and inviting, the boat house was a plus to keep my bass boat in. Kitchen and laundry room fully stocked and the out door kitchen area was perfect. I will be staying here again.

Fall Break Getaway

We had a relaxing time at the lake with all the wonderful amenities. Our son absolutely loved the paddle boat and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and spacious outdoor kitchen. There is plenty of space in the house and our kids loved the game room. We highly recommend this place!

Great place for a family reunion

This house, dock, property and boat made for a perfect place for a family reunion and to celebrate my mother in-laws 95th birthday. Everyone had a great time and loved everything about it. The hosts were responsive to our questions and even willing to come out when not really needed, I highly recommend this place and we cannot wait to come back again.

Beautiful Property

We had the best time and will definitely be back. The property was very clean and well furnished. Literally the only issue we had was the internet was not the fastest, but based on the location there is only so much that can be done. The backyard is huge and the boat house was great!

Beautiful home

House was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. Fished oh the dock and caught a lot of brim. Cary was very attentive and answered all my questions. A storm came through and I received a text on where we could go for shelter. Thankfully we didn’t need to. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week.

We had a great time. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The landscaping makes the backyard have a private feel. Beautiful sunsets on the dock. The kids enjoyed all of the water toys. They even have a boat that you can rent. The house was very clean and well kept. Very spacious. It was the best sleep I have ever had on vacation. The owners and their staff were very pleasant to deal with and all of the above is why we had such a wonderful week. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Stunning!!!

This place was as close to home as you could get. All the amenities were fabulous. House is breathtaking with views of the lake even better! House had everything that you could need even things you forgot to pack they had!! Most clean place we have ever stayed. Boat house was very comvunot having to load and unload our boats. Only one downfall of the whole trip which is by no means the owners fault is the annoying neighbors dogs as they barked constantly as you went to and from the boat house. I give it a 5 star rating and can’t wait to book again!!

Thank you so much for your review! We loved having you as our guests and you took wonderful care of our property. We apologize for the dog noise! I know our neighbors are out of town on vacation and they had a dog/house sitter looking after them. I assume that is why there was dog noise since we have never had a guest comment on this before. As I said we apologize and would love to make it up to you on a future visit! Thank you for the compliments and as always we strive to give our guests the best possible experience.

Service from the heart

Cary plans out her rental as if she was staying there with the kitchen stocked to match the number of beds! Larger baking cooking and serving dishes. Everything is excellent quality comfortable beds. The house is very spacious and elegant. She responded quickly to every question and kept us informed about daily yard service that needed to be done to maintain the beautiful pots of flowers. Well done. 100% service from the heart!!!

Wonderful Stay on Guntersville Lake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this house on Guntersville Lake. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had lots of options for everyone. We had six adults (20's to 80's) and three kids (5-yrs old to 13 yrs old). Plenty of space to hang out in the house for adults and kids. The kitchen easily handled everyone with lots of extra plates, utensils, etc. The dock was perfect...we especially liked watching the sunsets from the 2nd floor deck. Enjoyed an evening around the firepit and everyone tried their hand kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Cary was very responsive during the scheduling and check-in process. We couldn't have asked for a better location to attend a wedding at Infinity Events on the ridge above the house.

Cary was on it from start and throughout! Our group came from Arizona,Texas and Ohio. The house was a perfect fit. Everything anyone could possibly need. The kitchen had every and anything we needed to prepare all our meals. We are Italians who Love to Eat and Drink! The hot tub and patio/porch made our evenings soooo relaxing. We couldn’t believe ALL the water toys. Rafts,trampoline,floating island,kayaks,pontoon and a fabulous lower and upper decks. Weather was great for swimming the yard was flat and large for all our yard games we brought and the firepit was a great way to end our evenings. Such a comfortable and enjoying stay had by all. The only BIG problem was not enough time. Vacations always end too soon. Great rental!
