Our fabulous 4 bed villa is great , set in an exclusive residential area called Viscondado de Cabanyes, Villa Florencia is situated on an extra large flat plot with privacy in a wonderful garden with panoramic views and sun from early morning to sunset. A ten minute drive to local sandy beaches, restaurants, large Mediterranean bay with many cafes, five mins to medieval Calonge.

The villa is equipped with fast wifi for up to 10 devices, Smart TV with Netflix.

The beautiful coast, which stretches three kilometres to Palamos, features a large white sandy bay, perfect for families, where you can walk or scoot along the well designed promenade stopping at good quality family restaurants and children's areas along the way.

Beautifully furnished with a new ground floor bedroom - an ensuite with a/c, our villa has comfortable beds with Zara Home, Designers Guild and Christy bedding, a further two bedrooms lead onto a large terrace overlooking the Gavarres, where there is a mosaic table and chairs to soak up the views.

An open plan lounge leads to a large brand new Italian kitchen fitted in 2024, newly equipped with induction hob, oven, new dishwasher, new Smeg fridge & washing machine. A conservatory is perfect for dining overlooking the pool, with lights on in the evenings and provides shade in the day.

The top part of the garden overlooks the pool and has panoramic views of the hills with a large terrace also ideal for dining. Down four steps is the pool area - a 8m x 4m swimming pool with Roman Steps, great for small children and heated outdoor shower - which is just brilliant for sandy kids after the beach. There is a slope for wheelchair or pram leading to pool.

Around the pool are many sunbathing & seating areas overlooking the beautiful views of the Gavarres, shade is available under the palm tree, parasols & blinds.

From the pool, down 5 steps is a shaded area with Mimosas and a hammock. At the side of the house, there is a sloping grassed shaded area next to a storeroom where you can find extra large fridge for outside gas bbq, (great for outside beers), bbq tools, chairs, beach equipment, swingball & scooter.

Inside is a variety of games, books, wifi tv with Netflix, DVD's, local guides, books & maps of the area.

Two of the three upstairs bedrooms open onto the upstairs terrace, great for evening drinks with the kids in bed, all bedrooms have ceiling fans, comfortable Ikea beds with good sprung mattresses and good quality linens for a comfortable nights sleep. The other ground floor bedroom with en suite is ideal for parents / grandparents and has it's own terrace and door leading outside to the pool.
