The stunning trullo is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by olive trees, Trulli dei Carrubi has been restored to a very high standard and has one of the most striking swimming pool and outdoor terraces in the entire local area.
The historic town of Cisternino is 2km distant from the trullo and offers a wealth of restaurants and little bars, nestling in attractive cobbled streets. There is even an excellent restaurant located within walking distance (1km) from the house. The nearest beaches at can be reached in 20 minutes by car. An 18 hole Championship Golf course bordering the crystal azures of the Adriatic Sea and home to the PGA European Challenge Tour Grand Final can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower (a second bathroom with shower near the pool area), dining/living area, kitchen. Sleeps up to 5. Trulli dei Carrubi is a wonderful choice for couples and small families looking for luxurious accommodation in the heart of Puglia.

Amazing villa, perfect for families

We had an amazing 10 days at Trulli dei Carrubi. The villa was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults + 2 kids, ages 3 and 6). The interior of the villa is very well laid out and fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, eating in the villa and the beautiful terrace outside was perfect for having meals at in the sunshine or the warm evenings. The nespresso coffee machine was very convenient too. The pool was amazing and worked really well for us with some small steps for our toddler to play on and a shallow end for our older son, both of whom wanted to spend their day in the pool! The surrounding area is very peaceful with not many other properties just olive groves. It's only a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Cisternino where we had a number of lovely meals at Stefano's recommendation and a slightly longer 30 minute drive to Ostuni which was beauriful too. We honestly had the best family holiday and can't wait to return again in the future.

Architektonisch schönes und sehr sauberes Trulli in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.

Das Trulli ist sehr schön gebaut mit einer wunderbaren Raumaufteilung. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschön und die Lage perfekt. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kann man in einer Bar frühstücken oder durch das schöne Zentrum von Cisternino schlendern. Aufgrund der Beschreibung bin ich allerdings davon ausgegangen, dass es zwei Bäder im Haus gibt. Es hat sich allerdings herausgestellt, dass das zweite Bad eine kleine Dusche im Keller in der Garage ist. Die Aussenanlage ist schön und gepflegt. Was vielleicht diese noch verbessern würde wäre eine Sofa Sitzgelegenheit. Dennoch insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen.

Pace e relax in un bellissimo Trullo!

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane nel bellissimo trullo di Stefano a pochi minuti da Cisternino. La proprietà è perfetta e dotata di ogni comfort, gli interni sono spaziosi, arredati con stile e cura, l’esterno e adatto al relax totale circondato dal verde e con una piscina che non vi farà rimpiangere la voglia del mare! Posizione ideale anche per spostarsi con l’auto e visitare i bellissimi dintorni della Valle d’Itria. Tutto perfetto !!!

Wir haben zwei erholsame, ruhige und heisse Ferienwochen im schönen Apulien verbracht. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Trulli und die grosszügige Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen. Der grosse Pool ist ein Highlight dieses Anwesens und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die angrenzenden Städte sowie die Kultur und das gute Essen ist eine Reise wert. Bis bald... Beautiful Trulli close to the town of Cisternino with magnificent pool

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property we struggled to leave it to explore the other areas around. The pool area was such a wonderful place to spend time in the gentle sun, dipping in out of the pool, we enjoyed it even more than the nearby beaches. Conveniently close to Cisternino (2ks), a lovely cobbled street town with ample eating opportunities but also a short drive to other interesting Puglia towns, the trulli was really well positioned. In quite a difficult place to find (with the help of the local agent) you must have a car to stay here. Fast response from the owner who was always contactable & provided lots of information & assistance when ever it was required. Great aircon, well equipped kitchen, wood fired bbq which was perfect for our evening of cooking bistecca I couldn't recommend this villa more highly.

Un luogo che incanta

I Trulli dei Carrubi sorgono a pochi km da Cisternino con uno sguardo sulla vallata che mozza il fiato : l'occhio si perde tra ulivi e piccoli Trulli in lontananza. In un piano terrazzato a cui si accede grazie a pochi gradini una spettacolare piscina ,grande e pulitissima , contornata da una vegetazione curata e disposta con gusto. In ogni angolo si può godere di tranquillità e privacy . i Trulli sono stati restaurati dai proprietari con grande cura dei particolari rispettando la tradizione e arricchendola di comodità moderne (aria condizionata e riscaldamento, televisione ,Wi-Fi, zanzariere ecc.)che non disturbano l'incanto degl'interni, molto ampi e ben organizzati ,;gli arredamenti delle stanze mantengono la linea pulita e allo stesso tempo rustica del luogo. Cucina fornita di ogni necessitá e per di più una griglia per l'esterno . I contatti con il proprietario sono stati facili e molto cordiali , l'accoglienza perfetta e ogni necessità nel luogo ha trovato una risposta premurosa. Abbiamo passato una settimana di sogno godendo della quiete della proprietá ma anche esplorando i dintorni Cisternino ,Locorotondo, Alberobello, sono paesi vicini di grande fascino e offrono ristoranti , boutiques, e "movida" serale con concerti e mostre d'arte. Purtroppo la nostra permanenza , una settimana, non ci ha permesso di visitare tanti altri luoghi poco distanti dai Trulli ma ci rifaremo senz'altro in futuro. Consigliatissimo

Exquisite!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this trulli: it has a simple and deliciously cool interior, which is equipped for comfort (and wi-fi) and is beautifully clean. The blockbuster feature has to be the spectacular private swimming pool, which is set against a lush rural backdrop. The pool is flanked by shady verandas, which are ideal for relaxing and al fresco dining. It's the perfect place to stay if you are thinking about exploring Puglia. Conveniently close to Cisternino, shops, and various wonderful eateries (Taverna de la Torre and Sant' Anna), it is also a comfortable car ride away from Alberobello, Ceglie Messapica, Locarotondo, Ostuni, Martina Franca and many more. It's also possible to take days trips to Matera and Lecce from here (recommended). If you love food, great architecture, and are not too keen on crowded touristy places, seriously consider coming here - especially perfect if you are thinking of travelling as a couple or with a small (and young) family. We're already thinking of coming back.

A glorious experience

An amazing experience at this beautiful trulli. The accommodation is perfect and the grounds and pool are quite spectacular. You do need a car but it is located very close to Cisternino, the lovely local town. There is so much to see and do in the Puglia region. Stefano, the owner of the trulli was a great source of information with some superb restaurant recommendations. We would highly recommend a visit.

We are a young family living in Switzerland. Both my wife and I are Italian from Milan and Tuscany respectively. However my parents and both their families are coming from the beautiful area where our Trullo House is located: Cisternino. We have therefore decided to own this beautiful holiday house in Valle D'Itria (Trulli's valley). We have restored it with a lot of attention to details, making sure that it could maintain the original architecture typical of this area (locally caved stones are used to shape cones, each of them hosting a room) but also being very comfortable for our today's needs (such as air conditioning, underfloor heating, swimming pool, etc.). We truly hope you can enjoy your stay there as much as we do every year.

The property is a family heritage fully restored. The renovation works lasted for more than 3 years and finished in 2009.

We love the peace and silence that you can enjoy while reading books or sunbathing nearby the swimming pool.

The kids love the Pool. They can spend easily all day in the water...

The area is very nice and from Trulli dei Carrubi you have the possibility to do very interesting excursions.
Such as Alberobello (Trulli's town), Castellana Grotte (biggest and most spectacular natural caves with stalactites and stalagmites), Ostuni (the white town "Città Bianca"), Martina Franca and Locorotondo (famous for its wine).
Also we like to go back at time to Matera (the stone’s city, "Città dei Sassi"). Here Mel Gibson starred "The Passion of the Christ".

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We like to visit the street market every Monday in Cisternino (2km), having relaxed breakfast on our terrace or in the town ("Latteria" bar or "Bar Vignola" where you also have free WiFi access to check the news or your social networks).

Having fantastic food and wine for dinner is one of our preferred activity when we are there. Meat, fish, Pizza and Pasta along with red, white and rosè wines are fantastic and very affordable in the area. We can recommend a few...

We also like horse riding on the beach and in the country side between secular olive and oak trees.

One thing all visitors mention in the "Guests Book" is the beauty of the outside area and in particular the mosaic tiled infinite edge pool.
