Brand new townhome! Super comfortable retreat in the St. George area. The Casitas is a spacious 3 bedroom retreat, with two master suites, that sleeps up to 14 people in beds. Offering beautiful views of Pine Valley Mountain and the Red Cliffs of St. George. This property also gives you easy access to shopping/dining and is located near golf courses. Sand Hollow recreation area is a short drive as is Zion National Park (30 min). Property is about 10 min. to downtown St. George.

We loved our stay!

We loved this rental. It is in a very nice community with a great pool and hot tub. The three bedrooms are huge and it was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The places clean and check in and check out we're very easy.

Thanksgiving week. The property was great for our family of 8. It was very clean, smelled new and everything was in good condition and working order. The property has two garage parking locations and there was common area for an additional car. Everything was really easy and close access to I-15. The bunk bed room was better than the current pictures, there were four twin beds. We would stay here again. Thanks

Even better than I expected!

Although rhe weather didn't cooperate we had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect for our needs and had plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the big bunk room and the two master bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect! We hope to come again and stay here next year!!

A beautiful spa e with lots of room for all!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 7 adults5 kids and one baby and it worked out great. We didn't even hear the baby at night :). Kids loved the Wii, to at was a great bonus. It was close enough to the freeway that St. George was quick to get to, and it would work for Zion as well. We recommend it!

Clean and quiet

Overall the stay was fantastic. For any future renters bring spices, even salt and pepper. If you drink coffee you'll need filters. There is no tin foil or Tupperware for leftovers. You'll need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Other then those basic needs you should be good. Kaleb was very helpful and responsive.

great place to stay in SG

I've stayed in several VRBOs in SG and this is the best so far. I would stay there again. Can't wait for the pool to be finished.

A Beautiful Retreat Close to St. George

This house was such a great base for our family reunion. We had 19 people total including 7 kids, 2 teenagers and 10 adults. The bedrooms were very spacious and each had a bathroom attached as well as another half bath downstairs. The kitchen was nice and had all the basic appliances you would need. The garage is small and can be a tight fit for two cars and there isn't a yard to spread out on. But there is a nice small patio with a table and chairs as well as a grill that we used frequently. The only trouble we had was finding the place because the gps coordinates are not accurate. But we were able to figure it out without too much difficulty.

Very good

Everything was as described, the unit is new, all modern appliances and TV's. A very pleasant stay. The only improvement I could suggest would be to add the golf channel and / or ESPN to the channel line up on the Directv package. We were a group of golfers on a golf trip and would have enjoyed watching golf events after we played.

Great property in Washington, UT

This property was great for our trip to Southern Utah. The owner, who was very nice and helpful, met us when we arrived to give us the key. We had two families with 13 people staying here. The two master bedrooms were ideal for two couples and then the kids all fit into the bunk room (a little loud, but that's part of the fun). The kitchen was well stocked and had enough space to feed all these little people and the whole house was very clean upon arrival. It was nice to be able to put 13 bikes, helmets, bike trailer, etc. into the garage. The views out the windows were wonderful, although it will be blocked as more homes are built in the area. I would love to stay here again in the future.
