Perfect for Baylor Visit

Was perfect to stay night before our Baylor campus tour. Daughter liked running around campus in the early morning and I enjoyed a nice walk.

Very convenient with all amenities

We were in town for a horse show, and while this wasn’t close to the Extraco Events Center it was so pleasant to stay there. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The property manager was very polite and available.

Great location near Baylor and ideal place supporting a visit to the University. Reasonably priced for most times but saw is was $695 a night during a football weekend and that is over the top.

Perfect location, fantastic property

If you are visiting Baylor, this location cannot be beat. You are on campus and a short walk from dorms, athletic facilities, etc. The property is clean and well decorated and the property manager is professional, responsive and easy to worn with. Highly recommend this listing!

A great location & a lovely condo. It was just what we wanted & needed. Having a kitchen & separate bedrooms & baths made our visit to Waco pleasantly relaxing. We walked the university campus during the evening hours and always felt safe.

Amazing!!!

The location was great. The condo was clean and decorated so cute. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was so close by. Way better than a hotel. Right across from Baylor so a beautiful view every day. Girls week was a huge success thanks to this condo. Thanks Jack and we loved the visit with your dogs!!!

Great location and perfectly decorated

We enjoyed our stay in unit 4 so much! Great location and very comfortable- even the beds! For those that sleep lightly, bring a noise maker as the 3am train will wake you up! Only one person from our group woke up to it, its not super loud unless you are a light sleeper. Loved the layout and proximity to Baylor, downtown Waco and the Silos.

Great place, great location

Waco is my family’s favorite vacation city & this condo is right in the thick of everything. We love that it’s at Baylor so we have a chance to easily get to the museums & parks, as well as all the attractions a little further out. The place is clean & well maintained; when we had a small issue (it was literally nothing) the property manager was there in 10 minutes to help & was great to work with. There were no negatives to our stay.

Perfect location!

We went out for a mom's weekend to visit our daughters. This location was SUPER convenient; we called it our dorm! Only thing to mention is that both the bedrooms were up the stairs. I had a broken foot and was in a boot, so it was a little difficult to maneuver with that. Check-in/check-out very easy. We will definitely stay again!!

Annual Girlfriend's Weekend Retreat

Our girlfriend group of 5 stayed for the weekend and it was great! The condo is SUPER CUTE. We loved the rustic industrial decor. A good size, too, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The location is perfect, close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. But it is easy to get out to I-35 and go north or south, too. Management was very responsive. This is a great place to stay and is a better value than a chain hotel room. A couple of notes to management: sharpen the knives in the kitchen :) It was tough to slice lemons and tomatoes. Also, consider putting some extra seating in the living area. Maybe a couple of cushy stools under the stairs would be a good idea. They could be pulled out when needed, stored out of the way when not. We had 5 in our party and 1 person was always having to sit on the floor. It would have been really crowded with 6!

Horse Show Visit

We traveled to Waco for a horse show at the Extraco Center. The unit was perfect location to easily get to and from the event center as well as restaurants. It was clean and cozy and perfectly priced.

Couldn’t have asked for better

The room is kinda small but overall everything is great. Kept well organized. It’s all you need for a short stay. Comes with a stocked kitchen in terms of utensils. Rooms don’t have a TV but there is one in the living room. Great experience!

Great Location for touring all of Waco, TX

This apartment was excellent for 4 people. It had all the amenities that we needed, especially 2 full bathrooms. All items worked. It was great to walk into an apartment that was extremely clean. The location was perfect for our use. We were very close to the WACO half-ironman and also all the Magnolia stores. The whole time we were there, we never heard any noise from the other apartments and always had a place to park. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting WACO.

Great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for everything downtown and visiting the Silos. It felt very safe being right on the college campus. The condo had just about anything you would want or need for your stay. Just bring your own coffee if you’re picky like us 😉 thanks again!

Great location

This property was exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. It was on the Baylor campus and it was close to just about everything we wanted to do on our trip. The property manager was great as well and easy to communicate with. She responded promptly every time. We would definitely choose this property again if we came back to the area!

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less spit my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.

Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.

Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
