Lovely property, with super views and AMAZING sunsets over the sea. Well equipped and all the shops, etc. you'll need nearby.Worth being aware that the cars are parked a short distance from the houseDefinitely recommended. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate you taking the time and the information will be very useful to guests. I would however just like to clarify for future guests that car parking is private and on site just a short walk from the cottage. Because we are on a mountain side the drive and parking area is on a flat area just above the cottage.

Great property overlooking the bay, short drive to all the other beaches in the area. Great hosts and lovely cottage to stay in with lots to do.

Absolutely stunning property, had everything you need and was incredibly clean and comfortable. We booked it for the view and it did not disappoint - unreal views of the sea and mountains. Lovely area to explore, we had an amazing week and would love to go back. The road up to the cottage is narrow but not an issue - we have a big car, never met anyone going the other way all week. The dog loved having the fields to roam about in, and plenty dog friendly restaurants around. Gorgeous walk along the coast path to Morfa Nefyn, took just under an hour, and the Ty Coch pub on the beach is fab.

Lovely cottage in a wonderful location. Decorated to a high modern standard with all amenities covered. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Spacious kitchen/ diner, plenty of hot water on tap. We were a group of 6 and never ran out even when we were all showering around the same time.Lots of books and puzzle games to enjoy and even stuff for the beach, cricket set, giant jenga etc. Location is fantastic to explore the lovely Welsh countryside and the views from the terrace watching the sun go down over the sea are amazing!! There is even an electric car charging point on site. About a 15 minute walk into the local town (steep hill across countryside) where you will find fast food restaurants, a Spar shop and a lovely little pub. It’s about a 3 minute drive. The only thing to note is that the access road to the cottage is quite narrow and can get covered in loose stones after heavy rain (if you are unlucky with the weather). I would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing break or as a base for exploring north Wales.

A fantastic stay

Check in simple, the cottage is fantastic, comfortable, well appointed and what location. We will always have wonderful memories of time out on the terrace. A short strole from Nefyn and a short drive from so many terrific beaches.

Such a beautiful cottage which is furnished to a high standard with everything anyone could possibly need.The views are stunning from the patio and the little front porch is ideal for rainy days to still admire the view.Our dog loved the fields to run around in.Its a ideal base to explore the Lynn peninsula

Stunning cottage with amazing views. Everything you need for all the family, from kitchen equipment to garden games. Plenty of space for everyone to have quiet times but also all to come together around the kitchen table or on the fabulous decking.Good communication with Chris, host before and during the the stay.

Really clean on arrival with a nice welcome pack of local staples. Well equipped with modern facilities, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! Amazing views from the terrace over Nefyn bay. Plenty of space for a family and dog, and lots of wet weather activities (although we didn’t need them!). The area has loads of things to do within an hour’s drive.

Lovely cottage in a fabulous location

This is a great base from which to explore the Llyn Peninsula. A very comfortable cottage with everything considered for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A fantastic location, just up the hill from Nefyn village and, as many previous guests have commented, this affords the best views of the glorious sunsets over the Irish Sea. We would highly recommend the cottage as a great venue to either relax or to explore all that the area had to offer.

Summer holiday

Perfect

Absolutely beautiful property. Everything you'd need for all weathers!The property was quiet, spotlessly clean and located on great walking routes. it's only a 15 minute walk downhill on footpaths to the really well stocked shop. The birdsong was a beautiful start to the day and the sunsets on the terrace were stunning.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Spotlessly clean on arrival, a lovely little welcome pack, and absolutely lived up to the description.The views from the patio are stunning - the sea, green fields and the sunsets in the evening are something else. With not much light pollution around, you can see a million stars in the sky, and the binoculars in the cottage were used often!The dogs had so much space to run around in, as well as the walk down to the beach, via the path that runs at the side of the cottage.With little sitting areas thoughtfully dotted around the outside areas, it feels like everything is carefully thought out to help visitors make the most of their stay.It's peaceful and quiet, and apart from the sound of birds singing, and the babbling stream which runs through the grounds, there was hardly any other sounds at all.A lovely peaceful haven, with great hosts, a real place to get away from it all.

Lovely week in Wales

Cottage had everything we needed for our weeks stay and was extremely comfortable. We were extremely lucky with the weather. As per the description the cottage is at the top of a very narrow lane so our cars stayed parked up for the week. Took about 15 minutes to walk to the beach and a little longer to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend

Extraordinary location

A wonderful place for to sit and rest or taking activities in the surroundings. A beautiful garden with hidden places and visited by birds, rabbits and squirrels each morning. No matter the weather, you will always find the beauty in it. Only issue: the stay was too short.

Thank you for your kind review, glad you had a lovely time. Our views are spectacular and the seclusion is wonderful because we are positioned half way up the mountain. The lane up is steep and narrow but is accessible to all types of vehicles and isn’t normally a problem.

The property is exactly as described and true to the pictures & views. The cottage is well equipped with everything & anything we could possibly have needed. Appliances were new & easy to use. We will definitely return to this property.
