Open all year, his modern barn conversion has underfloor heating and a log burner - making it ideal for autumn and winter short breaks or a long summer break.

We have loads of pet friendly beaches and pubs! Weather permitting – you can view stunning sunsets from our secluded patio and garden – and view mesmerizing starry nights – with not a street light in sight! A warm welsh welcome awaits you !

Close to Snowdonia National Park and Yr Wyddfa just over an hours drive away - this property has all you need for a memorable holiday. Relax and unwind with all the modern conveniences - with an en suite double and single mezzanine upstairs, and a lower ground twin bedroom and a downstairs bathroom (ideal for the elderly and infirm). We have over 20 local beaches - all within a 15-20 mins drive of the property, “Whistling Sands” and Abersoch – as well as Porthdinllaen beach – with its Ty Coch Inn literally on the beach – ( voted recently as the “third best beach bar in the world” .)The recently opened Llyn Costal path that surrounds us offers a network of footpaths, and our local Cycle Routes will take you along narrow unspoilt country lanes.( We have a lockable storage area for bikes/surfboards etc !) .
