The house offers excellent accommodation including a spacious, comfortable sitting room. There is a big window seat with views across the open countryside and glimpse of the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the separate dining room has a large table with seating for 10-12 people with bifold doors leading to the garden.

A large lawned garden and sun terrace surround the house with a two minute walk to the beach via the garden gate leading down a private road and on to the South West Coastal Path.

Activities:
Padstow - A 10 minute drive away, Padstow is a culinary hotspot and bustling harbour with a variety of shops and activities including boat trips, fishing, crabbing and beach walks. There is also a regular ferry service across the estuary to Rock.

Surfing & Swimming - There is often great surf at Trevone as well as being located very close to the popular surf beaches Haryn Bay & Constantine Bay. You'll find the famous tidal swimming pool nestled in the rocks just a short walk from the house - popular with the cold water swimming enthusiasts.

Walking - Trevone is located on the well known South West Coastal Path

Golf - Trevone Golf & Country Club is only 3 miles away and offers incredible views on an 18 hole links golf course as well as an outdoor pool, tennis and padel courts.

Great location, comfortable home

We had another wonderful stay at Little Lila. It's the perfect spacious venue for our families to get together to enjoy the beautiful beaches and surrounds of Trevone.

Minutes from the Beach

Perfect house minutes from the beach. It was well set up and had everything we could need. Communication with owner was excellent. There was lots of space inside and out!

Lovely Stay at Little Lila

We’ve stayed in the area many times. It was our first time at Little Lila it won’t be our last. The location was wonderful and very close to the beach and coastal paths. The house was very comfortable and homely. Beds very comfortable. Garden furniture a little tired and broken. Not sure if the house had been stayed in or cleaned for a while as it could have done with a dusting, vacuuming and de-cobwebing. We had a lovely family break and Belinda was very lovely to deal with thank you.

Wonderful week

Wonderful week at Little Lila. Just what we needed. Moments from a great beach and a short drive to second with a life guard. Everything we needed in the house and lovely and clean. Big table for family dinners and pretty room upstairs for relaxing.

The perfect venue for a family/group stay

Little Lila is a spacious, comfortable well-equipped house with a generous garden and in a perfect location close to Trevone beaches. We have holidayed for many years on Trevone and this year needed to find a new venue suitable for our large group combining two families. Little Lila was brilliant being so close to the beach, the coastal path and having a large outside space where we could play games together. I would highly recommend this property for its location, size and facilities. We also had good communication with the owner before and during our stay.

Little Lila September 2020

We just had the most wonderful week at Little Lila in Trevone. Beautiful, comfy, well appointed family home. Quick walk to the beach and the rock pool for early morning swims. We loved it and will hopefully be back!

Fantastic stay at Little Lila. Superb location, is literally a 2 minute walk away from the beaches. A great stay with friends, this house is a hidden gem! Thank you so so much. We will be back!

Fantastic

We had a smashing time at Little Lila. Trevone is beautiful with fantastic beaches, lovely walks along the coast, and a great shop/restaurant serving good food with friendly service. It's also really convenient for Padstow. Little Lila had everything that could be asked for - open fire for cosy evenings, kitchen well stocked with kitchen tools etc., and so close to the beaches. In an ideal world, the shower would be a bit bigger and more modern, and we would have preferred not to have two of the kids in bedrooms on a different floor from us - they felt quite far away. However, these are really niggles about what was an outstanding holiday. The owner was great too - very friendly messages and when I had a query, it was dealt with super efficiently. We loved Little Lila and Trevone and hope to return next year.

New Year Trip

Had a great 4 days at Little Lila. The house exceeded expectations and is the lounge Kitchen and Dining areas are a really good size for large parties to spend good times together and they look much more expansive than the photos indicate. The facilities are excellent and it is sited very close to good beaches and some great walks. We have no hesitation in recommending the property to others and would be very happy top return again Thanks Jon & Cres

Perfect house for family holiday, young or old. Good location/

The house was very well equipped, clean and well furnished and decorated. It is in a good, quiet location in easy walking distance of the beach. The garden was small but adequate for a holiday property and good for BBQs and sunbathing. There were 3 bathrooms in the property but only one had a shower. We really enjoyed our stay, helped by glorious weather.

Fabulous property - a real home from home just a stones throw from the beach.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April and we were absolutely thrilled with the property. It is an absolute gem and to top it off it is just a short stroll from Trevone beaches. It is a beautifully spacious property, and extremely well equipped, making it such a comfortable and cosy bolt hole for any family holiday. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the velux window in our room. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you so much.

Little Gem

Little Lila is a fantastic holiday home, the accommodation is exactly what it says on the tin. We stayed in 2013 and returned in 2014. It is in a wonderful location, within a five minute walk of two great beaches for the children, one sandy and the other full of lovely rock pools. The house itself is warm and welcoming with a great feel as soon as you walk into it. It's a great house for a large family or, as we did, for 2 families to share. We spent many evenings around the large dining table reminiscing on the fun that had been had that day. The garden area is enclosed, so great for small children, and fully equipped for evening barbecues. The house is a great find but I am in a dilemma whether to tell everyone as it might mean I don't get to stay there again because it's fully booked.
