The Villa was lovely and so spacious outdoors with various dining seating and areas to lounge. The pool got the sun all day and there is even a storage box with things for the kids to play with such as inflatables. We were a family of 67 yrs to 6 years and we had a great time would definitely book again

Hi Julie stayed at the villa with 3 generations of her family and were great guests who respect the villa and enjoyed all it has to offer ……. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely rent to them again ………. All in all perfect guests

Lovely stay in Spain

This was our 2nd visit to La Torre and we had a great stay. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and my son was so happy swimming around. We would definitely stay in this villa again.

Perfect!

We had a brilliant stay in Paul’s home this summer. The key holders went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. La Torre is a fantastic resort. Would highly recommend. We’d definitely visit again!

Excellent break.

A lovely villa and great communication from Paul the owner, who provided great insights into the property and resort and was always available to answer any questions we had. We knew we were out of season but the pool still looked inviting, though only tempted me to my ankles on this occasion!15 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants which were friendly and fun. Will definitely be returning to La Torre

Fantastic two weeks

I have just checked out from this lovely 3 bedroom villa. Had a wonderful time, great weather for the entire fortnight. The villa is large and comfortable. I didnt spend too much time inside but it definitely catered for our needs. Paul was a great host and always responded quickly when I messaged him. Its in a great position on the reaort, perfect for lovely walks around the reaort. 10 minute stroll to resorts town centre.

May Half Term Holiday

We had a great stay at the villa, it was well acquainted and we had early check in as our flight arrived early and this wasn’t a problem. The hot water didn’t work in one of the en-suites but a quick WhatsApp and that was fixed the following day. I am sure we will be back again thank you

Perfect Family Villa

This was our second time staying in La Torre, a resort we really like and the villa was perfect. We had 3 adults and 3 kids staying, with the villa and large garden ensuring plenty of space for everyone. Villa was clean and well equipped and loads of room to sit or sunbath outside and plenty of furniture. The pool was excellent and kept the kids (and me) entertained. There’s a lovely communal pool 30 seconds walk away if you fancy a change and the centre with restaurants and bars is 10 mins walk. Roldan which is 5 mins drive away has a couple of lovely restaurants as well. I would absolutely book again.

John and his family arrived July 2022 for a 2 week stay and treated the property as if it was his own ………. The villa is ideal for families and they used all the facilities the villa had to offer and i would have no hesitation in renting to them again ……………… perfect guests

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful two week stay at the villa. Taking 4 children away with you can be worrying but the villa was perfect. It was lovely and spacious and accommodated the 6 of us with ease. The private pool is just gorgeous, and there’s a huge communal pool just a two minute walk away. We were impressed with the facilities on the resort and loved playing tennis and padel every evening. We found a gorgeous beach just 25 minutes away, and the children loved having the variety of both beach and pool. Communication with Paul was excellent and both him and the key holders went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again and am already looking at dates for next year.

Perfect stay

Cannot thank Paul enough for our recent stay. Just returned from a two week stay as a family of five (three generations). Can only describe it as the most relaxing break we’ve ever had as a family. The villa was fantastic and spacious. We never felt on top of each other. Great layout & on a huge plot getting the sun all day. The pool was fabulous and my only complaint was struggling to get my three year old out as he loved it so much. The villa was well equipped and ideally has a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. The resort itself is the best I’ve ever stayed on. Walking distance to a large communal pool and to bars and restaurants and shops. We ate in a couple of the restaurants on site and these were fabulous. Everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommend Sofias and the Lakeside bar. We hired a car so were able to drive into Roldán for the use of their local gym Oasis sport. We also ate out in Roldán at both the gateway to India restaurant and Honeys- such friendly staff & 10/10 food. We also visited Los Alcázares to the beach which took around 20 minutes. We will absolutely be organising to return.

Dejligt short hus i en pragtfuld og charmerende resort. Mulighed for både samvær og privatliv - plads til hele familien - både voksne og børnefamilier kan få en skøn opplevelse. Virkelig dejligt med egen pool til huset. Nemt og hurtigt at få kontakt til værten.

Great family villa

Great family holiday. The villa was clean and well equipped. Great location and the managers were all very accommodating. The pool was amazing our daughter loved it! Would definitely recommend

Maison très agréable

Cette location est très agréable en hiver mais se situe dans un immense resort désert à cette époque de l'année et très isolé. J’imagine que si c’est plein, la proximité des maisons entre elles doit rendre le séjour bruyant . Restaurants souvent fermés et odeurs d’épandage dans cette plaine agricole ne sont pas toujours agréables !

Brilliant Stay

We stayed at Paul’s villa in October 2019 for 4 night. The Villa was perfect for us 6 adults staying it was clean and tidy both inside and out. We unfortunately had a few spells of rain but that the villa was brilliant to relax in and play a few card games. Paul was brilliant with communication both before during and after our stay. The key holders were also fanatic with communication they met us at the villa when we arrived and showed round. I would definitely recommend this villa and stay there again myself. Thanks again Paul.

Lovely family holiday

Villa was comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Fantastic private pool and outdoor dining/seating area - we ate outside at every meal time and used the bbq a few times. If I was going to be critical, I think the villa would benefit from some TLC (e.g new grouting in bathrooms, replacement taps and replacement floor tiles where they are cracked) but this did not detract from what was a great place to stay. Claire, the key holder, was super helpful and friendly and was on hand if we needed anything. We love the resort - very peaceful and relaxed and near to lots of pretty coastal towns/villages. Communal pools nearby were excellent and kids had so much fun splashing about in them. Overall, a fab week in sunny Spain 😊

Lovely stay at Paul's villa

Paul's villa looks very impressive from the outside. Inside there was ample space for the 5 of us, including a lovely private pool outside. The three bathrooms were a nice facility. We spent a lot of time in the outside space. The villa is about a 2 minute walk from the communal pool as well, and we also made use of these facilities. The aircon in the villa was welcome during our stay. Paul was really communicative with any questions I had prior to our stay. Claire who is the on-site manager of the villa also took the time to answer our questions. Our flight was delayed, so we missed Claire on the day of checking in although she came back the next day to introduce herself. La torre is a lovely large golfing resort, with lots of amenities. In my opinion a car is essential to get around the resort and the local area. All in all a very nice holiday and we would definitely return to this area and Paul's villa.

A great time had by all!

We stayed at the villa for one week at the end of June and already we are hoping to go back. I was travelling with my husband and 3 boys (16,13 & 7) and to be honest, we hardly left the villa! The kids were in the private pool from the minute they got up until it was time to eat in the evening. When the older 2 got tired of the pool, they got good use of the Wi-fi and UK TV channels. The lovely key holder Claire was always at hand if she was needed and the owner, Paul responded quickly to any queries. The golf resort itself has a few restaurants (Acacia was lovely) however we did eat out in nearby Roldán on a couple of occasions. You definitely need a car to get around (if you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous pool) but we will definitely be back!

Belle maison ,cadre agréable mais l arrivee des vacanciers doit être mieux préparer. Toilette du rez de chaussée en panne pendant tout le séjour,le pas de porte et les alentours de la piscine sale.si je devais conseiller au propriétaire, le mobilier a renouveler,canapé, tele ,et clim ,trop usager.malgre ça, très belle maison ,encadrement luxueux, verdure ,villes a visiter a proximité. Supermarché, sécurité dans le golf resort.a refaire.

Nice large property in lovely golf resort

We have stayed at La Torre several times and it is the best golf resort in The Valley of Sun between Murcia and Cartagena. The properties in La Torre are all built to a number of set layouts and this property is the largest 3 bedroom/3 bathroom property type at La Torre. The properties are however not all equipped nor maintained equally. This property was at best moderately equipped especially in terms of kitchen equipment and the maintenance was not great. The toilet in the main bathroom was loose and there were several other items that needed attention. The property is next to the ring road that surrounds the resort, so the noise level is higher than other similar properties. The neighbouring properties are very close at La Torre and the house behind was being renovated during our stay which unfortunately ruined any sense of privacy during our stay. The property features a lovely pool and is close to the resort tennis courts and the rather excellent, large and generally underused common pool. Nearby Cartagena is a lovely town and the beaches there are super. The area is also super for cycling. We would go back to La Torre and this property type but probably not this property.
