Enchanting 1930's Delray cottage with all the modern conveniences and the perfect beach vibe. Loaded with Coastal Living charm, this 3 bedroom and 2 bath cottage is just 4 houses from the ocean and one short block to trendy and happening Atlantic Avenue's shops and restaurants. The private backyard features a heated pool, BBQ area, sun loungers and umbrella. The main living area has an open floor plan so that the entire family can spread out and relax. 3 bedrooms with room for 7 guests in 2 kings, 1 queens and 1 twin, all with high end mattresses and 100% cotton bedding. (Both king bedrooms have flatscreen tv's) Eat-in kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances and access to the BBQ and Pool area. Cottage is outfitted with everything you'll need for a relaxing day on the beach including beach towels, chairs, buggy and umbrella. You can't help but relax on the original "Lemonade Porch", perfect for that morning coffee or drinks and people watching. Literally around the corner from the super-luxurious Seagate Hotel and Spa and the beachfront Opal Grand. Cottage exudes the charm of coastal living. Renovated kitchen and baths with resort style pool. SipSip Cottage is what a beach cottage should be, peaceful, charming and relaxing. If it's location you desire, look no further. Everything was perfect. The place was much better in person. Kate was a wonderful host. She attended to our every need -one of our best vacations ever and exactly what was described on VRBO. I would totally recommend it again. Canā€™t wait to go back if itā€™s available in the future.

The house, property, location and owner were fantastic. The proximity to the beach, wonderful pool and fully equipped kitchen were better than expected. The owner couldnā€™t have been nicer. My family loved it & we would definitely stay here again.

Sipsip Cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is incredibly cute & well maintained, with a perfect location right off the beach. Private salt water pool in the well landscaped backyard is an added plus. One block from Atlantic Avenue, with an easy walk to restaurants & shops. The owner is very responsive & helpful. I highly recommend this property for any small group or family looking for great Delray Beach vacation.

Another wonderful stay

We stayed here two years ago and enjoyed the property very much. We returned in April 2019 and once again had a fabulous stay. The pool and front porch patios are the best part of the house and we used them often with our three children. The proximity to Atlantic Ave and the beach were a major plus as well. The owner Kathleen has been great to work with all along.

You couldnā€™t ask for a better experience. The house is beautiful, the pool is beautiful. A block from the beach and Atlantic avenue. Even our dogs are depressed now that we have left!

"Lovely beach cottage in Delray"

Very charming beach cottage with old world charm. Location is fantastic and distance to beach within feet. Internet/cable access was perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch every morning and a late afternoon swim in the yard after coming home from a relaxing day at the beach. We will definitely be back!! Also, walking distance to fantastic restaurants both beachside and Atlantic Avenue! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Cutest cottage steps from the beach

The vibe of this house was just what we had hoped! The cottage was so unique with cool tiling, comfortable decor, large bedrooms, and an oasis in the backyard. The owner, Kate, was so helpful and pleasant to correspond with regarding any questions we had. It was so easy to go from the beach to the pool in a day and being so close to Atlantic was the cherry on top to a perfect week in Delray! We will be back!!!

A Delray Gem

This house is a gem! It was charming and clean with an idyllic front porch we ate breakfast on every morning and a backyard that felt like a private oasis. We have always loved visiting Delray but staying at this home made it so much more special. The location is amazing and we walked everywhere. Kate was absolutely delightful and kind. It's clear her and her husband adore the property and rightfully so! Our family is hoping to come back every year!

Beach beauty

Location cannot be better, 1000 feet to beach and walkable to many great restaurants but without the noise/traffic. There is new construction across the street but not too loud. House is very comfortable and pool was wonderful. The front porch is its own living space which had much usage. Host is great to deal with, bathrooms are stocked with necessities, plenty of beach towels. Be sure to say ā€˜Helloā€™ to the parrot next door -assume a parrot as we never saw it but talked each afternoon.

The Trip of a Lifetime

This property is the ULTIMATE place to stay if you're looking for both a relaxing and fun Florida getaway. The location is unreal! With the ocean a 1 minute walk away, and dozens of amazing restaurants/bars within walking distance, you couldn't ask for more! The property itself is stunning. It's by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The pool was really nice for a dip at any point in the day and the porch served as a great place to cool off and sip some coffee. The kitchen is gorgeous and had plenty of space for when my family and I wanted to chef up some yummy food, we had a great taco Tuesday. The check in process and the host was outstanding, the most seamless, process i've ever been through. And the host is absolutely incredible, she responded quickly and answered any questions we had. I am seriously impressed with this property and can't wait until my family and I stay there again. Thank you for creating such an incredible place to stay while on vacation.

Miramar Drive is unrivaled for vacationers seeking the best of relaxing on the beach and having a blast on Atlantic Avenue. The cottage is located one block to happening Atlantic Avenue and a couple steps to the gorgeous blue ocean. Sip Sip is what a beach cottage should be, peaceful, charming, and relaxing. Pool is heated, ultra private and sunny. Sitting out on the front "Lemonade porch" at night with a glass of wine, it's true perfection.
