Luxury vacation home steps from the beach on a private cul-de-sac off of ocean drive. The perfect vacation house!!! 3 bedrooms, each with a TV and 3 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Pullout sofa bed in living room. Heated saltwater pool and over a quarter acre fenced-in private lot with lush grass all around! Perfect for backyard BBQ's and games. Full-sized kitchen with all amenities needed to make an at-home meal. The home has dark wood floor throughout and all bathrooms are modern, sleek and updated. Very Family Friendly! House is stocked with two pack-and-play cribs, one high chair, stroller, step stool and toys/pool toys for kids. Pool also has a locked safety fence and shallow area for children. Beach chairs and towels included!

Walking distance to Delray Beach's largest attraction, downtown Atlantic Avenue. Atlantic is home to Delray's finest restaurants, shopping, bars and nightlife. There is no shortage of activities available at the Southways House!

Amazing Location

A little staycation in the area to spend time with family that came in from out of town. Amazing location and the hosts were fabulous. Would definitely come back and stay in this gem!

Great family getaway

The pool is great for young kids as there's a very shallow (i.e. splash pad) area and the house is well equipped with stroller, high chair, crib, etc. We were surprised by how much there was to do with kids in the area as well.

July vacation

The property is beautiful and the amenities were awesome! We were all extremely pleased with our choice to stay at this house. It was an amazing family vacation! One thing needs addressed though, the shower and tub combo is extremely slippery and could use something to help with that! We will definitely be looking to come back soon!

Another great stay on Southways

This was our third stay at Blue Haven and weā€™ve already signed up again for next year! The house is spotless, well equipped, and in a fantastic location. We all enjoyed the heated pool and loved walking to the beach and downtown. Communication with the owners was prompt and easy.

Lovely Home and Location

We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven! Abbe and Ben were amazing to communicate with and the house was well equipped for all ages. The location is amazing! A block from the beach, but also had an inviting pool. We can't wait to go back!

This house was a fantastic family rental! Everything was just as pictured! Beautiful pool, and a 5 min walk to a gorgeous beach! Felt like home as soon as we walked in ! We would definitely return !

Absolutely beautiful home! We had such an amazing time here. The house is sooo cozy, and is located in an amazing location. We went to the beach numerous times, it is within walking distance to the beach. Atlantic avenue is minutes away driving, and we had a wonderful time here. Second visit!

We just finished our second stay at the house and we just love it - clean and quiet and perfect location to run along the beach and fits a family of 4 well. The kids loved the pool. Itā€™s a good size for young kids and an easy short drive to Atlantic Ave. We will be back!

Great house, fabulous location near the beach! House had many items stocked in kitchen and laundry room which was nice! Host left a lovely gift basket with snacks and wine Pool was well heated and clean. Host were very responsive to issue with toaster oven , ordered a new one overnight. Really wonderful house I would stay here again!!

Fantastic

Our stay was amazing, from beginning to end. The location is perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. The home was clean and provided all necessities needed. I was particularly happy with the quality of the pans and cooking utensils as we were happily cooking in a few meals there. The communication with the hosts and property manager were also great. Any time I reached out with a question they responded right away. We loved it all, and can't wait to go back!

Five women, friends since childhood, got together to celebrate 70th birthdays

The property was beautiful - exactly as pictured on the website! The house was perfect in every way - the amenities were generous and the location was perfect. We walked to the beach, swam in the pool, dined in nearby restaurants and shopped locally. In addition, the owner and the property manager were friendly and accommodating. Lovely home near the beach

Great location! Quiet culdesac in lovely area just a short walk to a perfect spot at the beach. Backyard was private with a nice outdoor dining table and pool. King bed was super comfortable. Welcome basket was a lovely surprise we thoroughly enjoyed. Had a really relaxing stay and would have stayed longer if we could have.. Hot water was a problem in one of the bathrooms. Slight issue with the pool which Abbe resolved immediately to our satisfaction and was very accommodating with another request we had regarding checkout. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Tropical Paradise!

Lovely modern clean home. Steps away from a warm salt water pool in the privacy of your own backyard! The gorgeous beach is just a few blocks away. Shopping and dining nearby in the charming town of Delray Beach. Thanks Abbe for providing everything we could possibly need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. We hope to return in the near future :)

Fabulous 2 weeks!!!!!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Southways house!! The house is lovely and in a great location! It was an easy walk to the beach! Abbe and Corey (the care taker)were delightful to work with! The house has everything you need. We were especially thankful for the baby gearā€¦ two high end pack and plays, a high chair and a baby monitor! Our grandchildren came for a visit!! The heated pool with a child safety fence they put in for our stay was a real plus ! We never had to worry about the pool and the kids! Always a concern when renting a home is the bedsā€¦ the beds were all very comfortable and the pillows great as well! We will definitely be back to this house ! Thank you Abbe and Corey

X Mas vacation 2021

We absolutely adored staying at this property. The location is wonderful and the house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It was also super clean and the owners answered quickly to all our requests. It has tons of extra amenities like boardgames or a trolley to carry your beach chairs our stay was a real delight. Highly recommend this home and will be back very shortly !

Family Birthday

We rented this house to celebrate our mother's 99th birthday. Great location, kid friendly house, very clean and wonderful neighborhood. Only issue is water pressure and lack of hot water in bathrooms and especially the kitchen. We would rent again especially if they resolved those two issues.
