1 bedroom apartment in historic area, completely renovated, overlooking the vast Tagus River. Bright and modern, the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people, 2 in the double bed in the bedroom and another 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. The Tagus River, part of the city and widely praised throughout the ages, is invited to freshen the apartment with its shades of blue, framed in the windows of the room and the room. The fully equipped kitchen and all decoration and notes the apartment were thought to make you feel at home. With the subway station within 5 minutes and the train station at the same distance from the apartment, move to Lisbon and travel to the enchanted village of Cascais is extremely easy.

Best known for the train station that takes its passengers to the enchanted village of Sintra, to the Port and the new area of ​​Lisbon, the bustling Park of Nations, the area of ​​Santa Apolonia has several services and typical restaurants as well as grocery stores gourmet and trendy restaurants. In the vicinity are several monuments and museums, such as the Pantheon, the Pancas Palha Palace and to the flea market. Thanks to the metro station, just 5 minutes, all that Lisbon has to offer is at a distance of a subway trip.
The train, a mere 5 minutes walk takes you directly to the green town of Sintra, the city of Porto and also the Park of Nations, the bustling new town of Lisbon. Also the metro is a mere 5 minutes walk from the apartment, making access to the entire city of Lisbon extremely easy, fast and convenient. With a short trip of only a subway station, the village of Cascais is at a distance of a scenic train ride along the line of the sea.

SEF

Check in Home advises that the declaration of entry of foreign citizens to the SEF entering the country through a border not subject to control, coming from another Member State, is obligatory through delivery of Accommodation Bulletins.

The Check-In shall make this communication, but for this purpose it is mandatory to present an identification document, such as a passport or identity card and the following data:
- City where you born
- City where you live
- City where the passport was issued

The deadline for delivery of these bulletins is three working days, both for entry and exit of the foreign citizen. The deadline shall be for full days from the date of the accommodation or the departure, irrespective of the time at which the registration was made.

It is not compulsory to fill out and sign personal notes for both spouses and accompanying minors, as well as for all members of a travel group, and this obligation may be fulfilled by one of the spouses or by a member of that group.

The display of the identification and the registration of the data are obligatory to allow the lodging.

The personal data provided will be treated in strict confidence.


TOURIST TAXES

As of January 1, 2016, the Lisbon authorities implemented a new city tax. This city tax is € 1 per person per night and is not included in the total price of your accommodation. It must be paid on arrival in cash.
This tax is charged for guests aged 13 years and over. You are subject to a maximum amount of € 7 per person.

In compliance with the Law, each guest will be asked to fill out an accommodation bulletin with all his / her data: name, date of birth, place of residence, passport number or other legally authorized document.
We ask that this procedure be fulfilled at checkin.

In case checkin time is after 9h00pm / 21h00, there is a late checkin fee of 5euros (to be paid in cash during checkin).

In case there is transfer (20eur in cash), this late checkin fee is included in the price of transfer.
