Well equipped 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, second floor Condo that includes everything you need to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. The Condo is beautifully furnished and has wonderful views of the pond and gardens.

Located within the elite Naples Bath and Tennis Club in the heart of Naples, the Condo is also close to Olde Naples with interesting shops, restaurants and a Pier. The Condo is minutes from a number of gorgeous beaches.

The condo comfortably sleeps 4 with space to entertain. All linens are provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. TV and high speed internet is included.

Wonderful Vacation!

This was my first time in Naples and I was lucky enough to choose the perfect condo. The unit itself was completely equipped with great cooking items, utensils, cutting boards, dishware, etc. plus great bed linens and a wonderful supply of towels. The decor was perfect and pleasing and so tasteful. The view from the condo was of water and beautiful landscaping. The complex itself was very safe and was perfectly located to shopping, restaurants and Clam Pass Beach. The perimeter of Naples Bath and Tennis Club was a 2 mile walk each morning or evening with views of the lush foliage and well-kept grounds. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool for an extra cost. The owners, Pam and Des, were very communicative and it was easy to see that they were anxious for us to have a great stay. 410 Meadowlark is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and we found everyone helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this condo!

All the comforts of home in a convenient location

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in Des’ and Pam’s condo. They were gracious and responsive hosts and their condo was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our month’s stay. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, paper products, and a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed reading in the window seat overlooking the beautiful lake, and we slept well on the very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. We loved the location...it was only a 6-mile drive to downtown Naples, and many restaurants and beaches were nearby. We also enjoyed our 2+mile walk around the development every morning and that we could walk to nearby shopping centers. We could not have picked a better place to stay on this, our first visit to Naples!

Awesome

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped, everything you need to enjoy Naples. Beautiful grounds, especially enjoyed the pond wildlife. Highly recommend this condo.

We were impressed with how clean & appointed the condo was. Great location.

The condo was very comfortable and the location was ideal for us to explore the area with ease. Shopping and local beaches were a real plus. Disappointed that there was a cost for use of pool which would have made our vacation more pleasurable.

Loved our stay in this spacious condo located in central Naples

We loved our stay in this spacious 2 bedroom condo located in the Naples Bath and Tennis Club. Everything we needed was in the condo. The updated kitchen had all the essentials. My favorite spot for reading was the window seat overlooking the pond. The condo is located in a quiet location but is in close proximity to downtown Naples, restaurants and all the beaches. Des, the owner, was very helpful and provided us with some recommended restaurants which we really enjoyed. Internet TV is provided with basic tv channels. We used the Netflix option most often. There is an additional charge for the Clubhouse pool. We didn't feel the need to use the pool with all the beach options. I would highly recommend the condo and look forward to returning.

Lovely condo; perfect location

We totally loved our two month stay in this updated and spacious condo! The online pictures accurately portray the cute decor, but fail to show how spacious this condo is! The beds were comfortable with a new king in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom. Bedding and towels were very nice, and the kitchen was equipped adequately for a rental - including basic spices, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, etc. The whole development is quiet and pleasant, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and only 2.5 miles from beautiful Clam Pass Beach! The only downside is that pool privileges at the clubhouse cost extra, but that's reflected in the reasonable monthly rent for a condo this nice. We plan to return, and highly recommend this lovely condo. The owners are great to deal with and respond very quickly to questions :)

Lovely condo in a very nice community

Beautiful place with nice view of the lagoon - plenty of water fowl to watch. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Really liked this location - it's very convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. We loved Clam Pass beach and it's only about a 5 minute drive. The parking is $8 but you can buy an annual pass for $50. Just know that the TV in the condo is just basic cable, so if you want to watch any other cable channels, be prepared with Apple TV or other technologies to stream. It is connected to the internet. Wifi in the condo worked well. Includes some nice amenities such as beach chairs/umbrella/cooler and some hotel-style toiletries. It's also helpful to know in advance that since there is white carpeting, there is a request to not wear shoes. At times that was an inconvenience.

Cheerful and Cozy

The condo looks exactly like the pictures - very clean, comfortable and cozy. The window seat was my favorite spot for reading a book. We enjoyed watching the otters in the pond from the kitchen window. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was centrally located - about a 15 minute drive to the beach and shopping centers very close by. My husband played tennis at the YMCA, which was about five minutes away. He also played pickle ball in the mornings at the East Naples Community Park, which was about 15-20 minutes away. While we were there, we spent an enjoyable day at the Naples Zoo. We also went to a few restaurants on 3rd Street - Tommy Bahamas and Sea Salt. The owners, Pamela and Des, were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and relatives!

Nice Condo in a good location

The property was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The community is quiet and yet in a good location. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by and the beach is a short drive away. This was a very pleasant place to stay.

Wonderful property

The condo is on second floor, full sliding glass wall opens up to a private large pond. The area is quiet and lush. One can fish in it. VERY clean, VERY comfortable furniture bedding, appointed per pictures. Owners Pamela an Des are two gems, any concerns were addressed before we hung up the phone with them it felt like. Checked back to see if we were satisfied. Unfortunately due to family situation we cannot return for full season in '17
