Enjoy our Paradise in Maui only steps away from the best beach on the island! We are also in the heart of Kihei within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, incredible happy hours, shopping, and more. Fall in love with the 3 private pools, and 6 tennis courts on property including one free parking space. The most recent renovation of the unit was finished 9/15/2025 including new paint throughout, full kitchen backsplash, all cabinets, new furniture, and more. You'll have everything you need right here at our island getaway. As of 4/2019 we also added a brand new mini split AC unit, brand new windows, updated art, and new lanai furniture,

In the living room, you'll enjoy the comfort of the 55" tv equipped with cable tv, Apple TV and Netflix. There is also an AC unit in both the main room and bedroom to keep you cool during the heat of the day. Take pleasure watching the evening sunset with a glass of wine or a Mai Tai while you sit on the back lanai. We also have installed a custom Hawaiian made queen sized murphy bed with retractable office table to accommodate more guests. The mattress is the same pillow top luxury brand as the King in the bedroom. Now all 4 guests will sleep in ultimate comfort during your stay.

If you love to cook, this kitchen has it all! From cooking/grilling utensils, pots/pans, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, knives, cutting boards, flat electric griddle, and more. You won't find anything in the kitchen that won't cover your cooking needs. The dishes, wine glasses, coffee mugs, and even champagne glasses are all beautifully placed for your delight. And don't forget the electric wine opener and Keurig machine for those wine and coffee lovers. For those of you who like coffee in a french press or tea in a kettle, you won't be disappointed. The Maui Vista also has gas grills located right outside the front door of the condo on the ground floor for your use any time of the day or night.

The bathroom includes a beautiful tile walk in shower with a pebble non-slip floor. The beautiful rain glass makes this modern bathroom a delight. There's also a corner bench built in if you need to take a seat while you shower. Also included is a hair dryer, curling iron and electric vanity mirror as well as 4 towel racks for your convenience to hang up multiple towels.

The bedroom has a lovely pillow top king sized bed. Comfort is an understatement with this addition to make your sleep perfection. We also have an energy efficient air conditioning unit directly in the bedroom so you can stay comfortable all night long. Enjoy watching a late night movie with Apple tv on the 44" flat screen tv.

Worried about beach gear? We've got it all. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach toys, blow up rafts, beach towels, tennis rackets, and tennis balls. We also have a safe in the unit to keep those valuables tucked away without any added worry.

This is my 4th time staying at this unit and I can’t say enough about the hosts, location, amenities and cleanliness. The hosts provide excellent communication and quick responses to any questions. The unit itself is beautiful and clean. It has all the amenities you will need ! Highly recommend this unit.

Enjoyed our stay

A nice renovated condo. Well organized kitchen, comfortable bed and Murphy bed, lots of beach equipment. It was quiet in Building 2, with no traffic noise. Maui Vista is a great location, very close to Charlie Young Beach. All good, we would stay there again.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Well stocked, clean, easy to walk around the area to restaurants, and the beautiful beach across the street. Great communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo and location in Kihei!

My family loved our stay in Kihei! The condo was clean and well kept. Check-in process was a breeze and easy to understand. The listing was complete with everything required including beach equipment, bonus points for the wagon! Becca, the property owner, responded well and quick to answer all of my questions. The location is perfect for all families. Charlie Young beach is across the street from the condo complex and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. My family and I will be back in the near future. Thank you!

Great location

Very nice condo. Great location and the AC works great! Only negative is that the walls are paper thin...I could hear the man on the other side of the wall snoring like he was next to me in bed....I had to turn on white noise to drown him out. Condo is clean and well represented on VRBO pictures. Front office is basically of no help at all, she couldn't even give me definitive directions on how to find the building.

Great, quiet location. Peeks toward the ocean but with a nicely shaded lanai. Well stocked and well cared for (like new!) items. Sharp knives were a treat! We had a beautiful week at this unit in the centre of it all.

Excellent!

First, thank you so much, Becca, for reaching out to us during the Maui fires. It was a little scary, but we were fine. Excellently located in Kihei, close to the beach (walking distance) and short walk to nice restaurants, the condo was very clean and we felt safe and secure. The condo was well-equiped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, rice cooker, tupperware, beach towels and well stocked with « welcoming » toilet paper rolls, soap and shampoo, cooking spices, etc. We did not have to worry much for our 1st week- whatever we needed for cooking, toiletries or going to the beach was well organized and easy to find. The fridge and freezer has a water and ice dispenser, which is also great to have. We would fill the water bottles with ice and water before our hikes, and it helped keep us cooled and hydrated throughout the day. (On that note, Hawaiian drinking water is wonderful… much better than any bottle of water you can buy). We are a family of four- all adult sized- and this one-bedroom one bath was still comfortable. We easily made the murphy bed every night, and put it up every morning. We were worried at first about the bed firmness due to previous back injury and the fact that the master bedroom bed is quite plush (at least for our standard). However, I am not sure if it is due to the amazing time that we spent in Maui, but we slept well and did not suffer anything from the lack of firmness.

Excellent place and location

You won’t find a better place for the price to stay in Maui. We stayed from Dec 1 thru the end of March. About Kihei: wonderful little town on the dry side of Maui. A lot more laid back versus places to the South or North on Maui. About Maui Vista: An excellent property right across the street from Charley Young Beach. Concrete block buildings, so you never hear the neighbors. Well maintained and landscaped. BBQ grills cleaned daily. Shops and restaurants 2-3 blocks in both directions. Complex is very secure and safe. Never any problems. Maui Vista has 3 buildings. This unit is on the second floor. So you are away from busy Kihei Road. Very , very quiet. North facing lanai, which was very comfortable all day. When the front and bedroom windows are open the unit stays comfortable, only used the AC three times in Four months. Comfortable king bed with a queen Murphy bed in living room. Everything for Kitchen use , bathroom use and beach use. BBQ grills are one minute from the unit. Becca is very easy to work with. Communicated quickly. Never had to call the on site manager in 4 months. Living room and bedroom T V. A lot of cable channels plus streaming services. All in all I can’t imagine a better complex or a better unit for the money. Jim

Great condo next to Charlie Young beach

My mum and I stayed for 10 nights. The condo was perfect for the two of us m. It was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Definitely will be back !

A slice of paradise

This was a wonderful location and the owners have thought of everything. But the beach made across the street, and a house full of all beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers Dash this is a wonderful place for anyone looking for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend!

Amazing unit

Awesome accommodations! The unit was extremely well stocked . Nicely renovated. Close to everything. Everything needed for the beach, for cooking etc . I believe it wouldn’t be great for long term rental without a proper washer and dryer . Loved it !! Will be back !

Cute condo in a fantastic location

The condo is very small but that was ok with us as we were just really looking for a place to sleep while we adventured. It is nicely appointed and in the best location. There were some issues with cockroaches like several other reviewers mentioned but they had just had it sprayed before we arrived and they came during out stay and checked again. After the second visit we didn't see a single one. I would imagine that this took care of the issue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were great about communicating and it is really in a lovely spot. Thank you again!

Quiet, Comfortable and well equipped.

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Whisper quiet air conditioning in it he bedroom. Everything needed for a fun day at the beach. Great location. We stayed for almost four weeks. No bugs.

Word of caution…

I booked this condo because it is in a perfect location in Kihei. I love the Maui Vista and have stayed in building 3 on other visits to Maui. I booked this condo for a two week stay at the end of January 2022 because it looked from photos to be very updated and well maintained. The communication with the owner was timely and pleasant. I read 2 reviews about cockroaches before even leaving for trip and inquired with homeowner and was assured issue had been resolved. I checked into unit and from day 1 had cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen. I reached out to owner and the local agent came and sprayed and left us a bottle of ortho cockroach killer to spray as needed. This definitely did not resolve this issue. I can handle a few bugs… this was way more than just that. After day 3 and much communication with VRBO, we checked into a hotel hoping for some resolution to the issue. We ended up canceling the remainder of our stay in this unit for the duration of our stay in Maui and booked another condo down the road. If I could get back week one of our trip dealing with this issue, I would have saved my money and booked elsewhere. I will acknowledge the homeowner did finally reimburse us for our stay but that too took some hoops. The unit itself is great with all that it has to offer for renters and if the cockroach infestation is addressed properly, it could be a great unit. Just want to be fully transparent for future renters to this condo of our experience. Lisa

Best Condo at Maui Vista!!

We rented several condos at Maui Vista and this one was by far the best. Not only is the unit beautifully done and maintained, the owners have taken care of every detail. We love to cook and everything we needed was in there...spices, condiments, great knives, plenty of cookware and all the small appliances you could possibly need- even an espresso maker! We loved the murphy bed, as most units only have the hide away sofas. This was an actual mattress that was very comfortable for sleeping and easily tucked away for the day so you had plenty of space in the living room. Definitely give this one 5 stars and plan to stay again next time we are in Maui! Thank you for a lovely stay and thinking about your guests to make sure they have a great trip!!

Location was great and we were warned about the bugs, but it might be too many coackroaches at this location to rebook in the future. Wouldn't want them tagging home with me.

They travel around the world working in the marching band and color guard activities as designers and adjudicators. They love film (check out the Maui Film Festival), art, food, and wine. They also love sun, relaxation, and a good Mai Tai! After traveling to Maui for 12 years, they decided in 2015 to buy a piece of paradise to share with you.

Maui Vista has an incredible location where you don't even need a car to get around to experience some of the best things the island has to offer. Walk North down S. Kihei Rd and find surfing lessons, the best breakfast on the island at Kihei Cafe, or a delicious dinner at Three's Bar and Grill. Walk South down S. Kihei Rd and find another great breakfast/dinner place at Ami Ami, lunch at Da Kitchen, or ice cream in the Dophin plaza. Go to the beach across the street and catch some waves, snorkel, or just relax with a book. Kihei is also the driest place on the island so rain hardly ever hits the area. You'll basically get sun almost every day of the year. After years of staying at many different condo's in the area, we didn't even think twice about buying at another place. Maui Vista has it all!

Maui Vista also has so much to offer on property with the 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, 6 gas grills, and even a pool side informational meeting for new tourists. You don't even need to leave the property to book some great excursions like Luaus, Whale Watching, or even Surfing lessons. You're also right around the corner from groceries, 24 hour medical, and don't forget the marina where you catch a boat and go snorkeling at Molokini!
