We are located in the heart of Canmore, just 3 mins outside the Banff National Park gates, and another 15 mins to Banff townsite... perfectly positioned for your mountain adventures!

Ideal for 8-12 persons. Keep everyone together in 2 SIDE-BY-SIDE, exquisitely-furnished penthouses (each unit has 2Brs, so 4 BRs/4 baths total). Be sure to read the BED/BATH/DINING DETAILS section below. Rates shown cover BOTH condos (not each)!

Both units boast stunning mountain views from massive walls of glass in the living rooms, and artistic, custom artisan-crafted furnishings. Pamper your group with this rare find!

Each condo is 2 BRs, 2 baths and 1000 square foot. By renting both condos, you will have a total of 4 BRs, 4 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 2000 square feet of living space. In order to help our guests save money, we have added many auxillary sleeping surfaces (e.g. sofabed, trundle beds, daybeds). Groups that rent for us tend to range in size from 8 to 12 persons. BEDDING / BATH / DINING CONFIGURATION:

CONDO #1:

Main level bedroom: One queen barnwood bed (+ one spare single mattress on floor). There is a separate conventional full bathroom next door (American-style bathtub with wall-mounted shower).

Loft level bedroom and bathroom (note: both are open to living room below): One queen log canopy bed. Full bath in bedroom is open style with large 2-person European-style soaking tub (handheld tub-mounted shower)

Living room: One double sleeper sofabed. There is also a portable playpen/crib for infants/toddlers.

Dining room: Trapezoidal dining table seats 5 persons, plus 3 barstools at kitchen counter..

CONDO #2:

Main level bedroom: One queen bed (+ one spare single mattress on floor). There is a separate conventional full bathroom next door (North American-style bathtub with wall-mounted shower).

Loft level bedroom and open-style bathroom; both are open to living room below: One queen bed, plus a twin trundle. Full en suite bath includes a standup shower stall with frosted shower door.

Living room: One full pull-out sleeper sofabed, and 1 twin daybed 39"W x 75"L.

Dining room: Zinc top dining table seats 8 persons on 2 long benches, plus 1-2 more persons on short bench (this bench also doubles as a coffee table when not used for dining).

Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed.

While we welcome children, please be advised that our custom-made barnwood and log furniture is rustic and full of character. As a result, some pieces may have sharp edges and the occasional splinter. Should parents of young children decide to book our property, they will bear full responsibility for the safety of their children.

For sanitation reasons, we ask that guests remove trash and start the dishwasher prior to checkout.

DISCLAIMERS: Please be aware due to mountain conditions, we cannot guarantee 24/7 wifi as provider outages that are beyond our control sometimes can occur. The hot-tubs are shared amenities and are subject to periodic closure for cleaning/maintenance. There are 3 hot-tubs in the building complex (2 rooftop and 1 indoor), so there is usually at least one that is open. However, we cannot guarantee availability as we cannot control the cleaning/maintenance schedule.

For certain dates (e.g. certain weekends, holidays or special event dates etc), we may require a minimum rental of 3 or more nights. Please be sure to ask us for clarification.

Artists from various regions of Canada hand-crafted each piece and came in to install these works of art. We can confidently say that you will not find another vacation rental with this calibre of furnishings!

Enjoy stunning views of the mountains and town... whether you are lounging in bed, relaxing on the sofa, working out in the gym or soaking in the rooftop hot tub! Hot tub use is shared with other residents. However it is by reservation-only, so you will have the hot tub for your group's use only during the time slot you reserve.

Bicycling Magazine named the Canmore area as one of 'The 50 Best Trips on Our Planet.' Suffice to say, accolades and activities abound...

Drive to Columbia Glacier, the largest non-polar ice-cap in the world, hop on a snocoach and walk on the face of the glacier! Or, for a taste of the Wild West, hop on a wagon picnic excursion or saddle up a horse.

Hikers will find thousands of miles of maintained trails. Try heli-hiking, and have a helicopter drop you off at the top of a remote peak, pick you up at the bottom, after you hike down!

And then there is golf. With 6 world-class golf courses and 135 spectacular holes nearby, Canmore is a golfer's mecca. Three courses (Stewart Creek, Silvertip and Canmore Golf & Curling Club) are within a few minutes' drive...
