This beautiful villa is built on three levels (ground floor, 1 st floor, 2 nd floor).
The property is offered as 2 apartments (first and second floor) connected by an external staircase.
In front of the house is a covered outdoor dining area with sea view and BBQ to the side.
On the 1 st floor there is the apartment (kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the spacious pool area with sun deck and big dining table with chairs.
On 2 nd floor you have also apartment (kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with a small private gym with bathroom.
Guests have the right to use the private outdoor swimming pool and swimming pool furniture, large terrace and outdoor grill, and a private gym. Within the villa is also a garage for two cars and outside parking for 4 cars. The price includes a mooring place.

Ein gemütliches, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus, entsprach voll den Angaben. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Kommunikation, schnelle Antworten. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Familienurlaub mit 10 Personen

Unser Urlaub mit zwei Familien ist nun leider zu Ende. Wir möchten uns hiermit bei Jelena und Ihrer Familie recht herzlich für die Zeit in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus bedanken. Selten haben wir so nette und um unser Wohl bemühte Vermieter kennengelernt. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und bei kleineren Problemen sehr schnell vor Ort. Das Haus ist einfach spitze !!! Alles sehr sauber und alle Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Lage und Aussicht sind einfach traumhaft. Auch unsere Kinder haben die Zeit am Pool und am Meer einfach nur genossen. Sie vermissen heute schon ihren "Kroatischen Opa" ;-) Wir könne dieses Haus einfach nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für Alles

Super-Familien-Urlaub mit 9 Personen im Juli 2018

Wir haben im Juli eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa verbracht. Das Urlaubsdomiziel hat eine herrliche Lage mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und den Ort Rogoznica. Die Villa mit Pool ist top und sehr sauber. Wir haben und hier dierekt wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Überrascht und sehr erfreut waren wir über den Imbiss und die Getränke im Kühlschrank bei Ankunft. So konnte der Urlaub dirket beginnen, ohne vorher einen Einkauf zu tätigen. Vielen Dank. Die Buchung und der nachfolgende Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und zur unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und Jelena stand uns auch während des Urlaubs jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir können die Unterkuhnft einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Eine sehr schöne Urlaubsregion.

Incredible property, fantastic hosts, beautiful view!

Property was fantastic for 10 of us together. 4 big double bedrooms and a room with two singles! Great upstairs patio and pool area with lots of great furniture. Two big kitchens and living rooms great for hosting dinners and cooking together. Hosts were excellent - always available to ask for help and advice on the local area. Shops and restaurants are all within driving distance. We rented a car but were still able to walk to the shops along the beautiful coast! Cannot recommend this location enough!

Very nice spacious house in a quiet location.

We stayed at Villa Rogoznica in August 2017, two families with grown up kids 16-18 years old. The house is modern, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Interior is simple and functional, but we used it only for sleeping, because outdoor areas of the house are perfect. Exterior patio with grill and terrace with the pool were perfect for mornings and evening dinners. (We don't go to restairants too much). The benefit of the house is a garage for two big cars. The surroundings consist mostly from other holiday houses, there is no restaurant or supermarket, but all of these are plenty in nearby Rogoznica, which is 10 minutes by car. There is a morning bread sevice, the baker comes twice a day, so you don't need to go to shop the fresh bread. We recommend to rent a boat if you want to explore some of the coastline, or stand-up paddle boards for exploring the marvellous bay of Rogoznica. The owners of the house are very welcoming, friendly and nice people. We liked them very much, they were very helpful. Our thanks goes to Jelena and her parents. Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities, etc? Was the property clean, was it well-maintained? Did the owner or manager provide good customer service? Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike?

Practical house, well -maintained, exelent service

After summer Holiday for 3 years in this house.. we still want to come back. We... a big family og 12 people from 7 -68 years are all enjoying the big nice house, the outdoors places with enough place for everybody to enjoy. We very much appriciate the small private place with sunbeds by the see.. only a few minutts walk from the house. At last, but not least , we can't boast enoug of the fantastic host, always very helpful in recommending restaurants, "what to see" and activities.

Das Zatoglave (Rogoznica) Paradies direkt am Meer

Das Haus haben wir geliebt war so als es unser eigenes Haus gewesen wäre und das machte den Urlaub natürlich speziell und genüsslich. Man hatte viel Platz obwohl wir zu 12 waren und der Pool mit der Aussicht auf Rogoznica ist einmalig und hat uns die Heißen August Nächte die wirklich nie unter 28 Grad waren erträglicher gemacht! Die Vermieterin Jelena und ihre Eltern sind dazu der Juwel des ganzem gewesen und waren im Falle immer sofort zur Stelle via WhatsApp und daher ist es einfach TOP Destination! Das Meer 50m Berg ab mit eigenem Steg mit 4 Liegen und riesen Schirm und unglaublich schönem und Glasklarem Adria war dann zu viel um hier wieder ab zu fahren. Also ich kann gar nicht aufhören zu schwärmen aber am besten selber hinfahren und sich überzeugen ;-) Wir kommen ja wieder und dann kennen wir uns schon bestens aus und können den Urlaub immer sofort ohne Eingewöhnung angehen ;-) Vielen Dank für alles und LG Rob + Fam and Friends

Awesome place to stay

The house is amazing. All details are mentioned in the description. There is nothing missing in the House at all. The pool has the perfect size and for us it was a holiday we will never forget and we are planing to come back. Even the contact with the host was nice and super fast. If we had a problem it got fixed within a couple of hours. I would recommend this house to all my friends.

amazing place

it's amazing house, amazing view, amazing place. it's very quiet and you can enjoy of your holidays as you want. Good for taking sun. Fishing. sea ballad. Near Beach and Near shop. The house is very clean, if you need something, the owners help you. This is the place to be !

Wonderful place!

It is a lovely house situated almost at the seaside. Everywhere were clean. This villa is very well equpped. The owners really care about the customer and help him in every aspect.

Rogoznica has 54 km long coastline and geographic position located in the center of Dalmatia, moreover, it is the most protruded part of the Croatian mainland which penetrates deeply into the Adriatic Sea. Rogoznica separates North and South Adriatic, which is extremely emphasized by very specific climatological behavior in this area, or more precisely at the Rogoznica’s cape Planka, where we have a direct combat of different climates, winds and sea currents, or locally said, fight of ‘Bura and Jugo’ (northern and southern wind). Uniqueness of the island surrounded by land on all sides.
That is a few reasons why we built the house in location Rogoznica what represents a perfect location for all who like the see, sun and calm relaxing nature.
The place is suitable for family/friends.
Quiet place but in only ten minutes by car you will found fun and entertainment.
