Villa With Private Pool

As you enter the property you will find a fully equipped lounge/ dining area and kitchen with large opening patio doors to allow the view to be admired. The Kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for a full family meal. The lounge is extremely comfortable with TV, wifi, a bed settee ( usable if 6 staying) and stunning views. The dining area is served by a hatch from the kitchen and adjoins the terrace where you can sit and eat and watch the sun set to the west. Going downstairs, you will find 2 large bedrooms with twin beds in each and two bathrooms, on ensuite, with bath in one bedroom and large shower area in the other. Both bedrooms, have large patio doors that step out onto the pool area. The swimming pool is 8m by 4m and has plenty of sun bathing areas around it. Again high quality outside furnishings to compliment the wonderful feel of this holiday home. Add to this, the fact that you have stunning views, your own pool, plus use of the Dunas Douradas which has a delightful swimming pool also, plus just 700m walk to possibly one of the best beaches in Algarve. Then you really will stay at the perfect property.

This villa was absolutely perfect for us. The location is brilliant. It is very quiet but just a short walk to the beach where you can rent some lounges if you wish and it is very close to the fantastic beach bars, such as Maria’s or Julia’s. The villa was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. A minor point, but the kitchen utensils could do with updating. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Villa within walking distance to restaurants and the beech

Lovely villa perfect for family or friend. Walking distance with plenty of restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The host was excellent and extremely flexible letting us check in before 4 pm.

Excellent stay at Lucia’s Villa

We found the villa to be perfect for our needs. The kids loved the pool which is of a decent size and we loved the upstairs balcony with great views out to sea. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the nearby mini-market. Would definitely stay again.

Location of the property is ideal - 10 min walk to the beautiful beach. However the villa is a little worn, no basics like hand soap (I wouldn't dream of packing hand soap for the loo i would expect it) no salt &pepper which having as holiday home myself i would expect.

Great girls trip

Lovely girls trip in a brilliant location. Villa was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Only thing would be the beds being uncomfortable but for a few nights you can get past it!

Summer Holiday 2023

We had a wonderful family holiday at Lucia’s villa. The villa was clean, bright and in a perfect location. We are familiar with the area having visited a number of times and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this accommodation in the future.

Great villa and location

The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed.

Lovely villa in a great location

We spent three nights in this very lovely villa. The home is spacious, spotlessly clean and is in a great location for either touring the area or spending days by the private pool or at the nearby beach. We were able to access the villa a little earlier so we really appreciated that. The only thing you should know is that you must bring all your own supplies as there was absolutely nothing in the villa except two dishwasher tablets. There are plenty of excellent supermarkets nearby and I think most people are there longer than we were so I don't think that it's an issue for most renters.

This property needs some serious TLC. Some of the photos on here are years old. There is a terrible smell throughout the property that seems to come from the drains. This attracts bugs into the property, particularly woodlice who like damp and smelly places. The owners know they have problems as the woodlice all die on the stairs down to the bathrooms so repellent is down somewhere. There are many many air fresheners throughout the property but they don’t help. Most of the external sliding doors don’t lock and are broken, the microwave shorts out after 3 mins which isn’t helpful when trying to sterilise baby bottles and all clothes, bedding and towels feel damp. Vrbo were great and gave us a small refund - the owners refused saying there was no issue. We were offered the last 3 days refunded if we got out the property within 80 mins but we weren’t home when that message came through so couldn’t comply and there was no where to move to within the area that we could afford. We spent a lot of money for 10 days at this property and it’s not worth it. There’s no manual on how anything in the house works and this place just feels unloved and run down. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the beach, has great sea views, set in amongst some very smart villas - this isn’t one of them. Gross - avoid at all costs.

Nice villa, wonderful location - we would stay again!

The villa had everything that we needed and the villa manager was very responsive to questions that we had. We took advantage of the option to book an airport pick up and return, and despite a delayed outward flight all went smoothly, with Lucia (villa manager) at the airport to collect us when we arrived despite the late arrival. We would suggest providing an information brochure covering the local area, recommendations for restaurants/places to go/things to do. Maybe even having a "Guests" book where they can leave comments/make recommendations. The pool requires some attention/maintenance as there are tiles missing, and the garden would benefit from tidying/maintenance, however this did not impact our stay.

A superb villa and host

We have just returned home from a hugely enjoyable week here!The property is great and was as described in the advert. The service and communications from Lucia, the host, were superb. It is an 'upside down' layout, with the two ensuite bedrooms located on the lower floor with doors leading straight out onto the gorgeous pool area. One bedroom has a double bed and a shower ensuite, whilst the other had twin beds and a bath/shower ensuite. Upstairs, there was a lovely open plan kitchen, diner/lounge area and a balcony with far reaching views over the resort and out to sea. There was a good sized round table for at least 4 and a bbq on the balcony too.The pool was fab, heated and had multiple seats & loungers around for us to bask in the sun all day.The villa is situated on a quiet residential street, with little to no passing traffic. It is a great location and convenient for all the region has to offer.A short walk takes you to the nearest beach and the highly rated Marias restaurant on the sea front. The Vale do Lobo tennis academy is just around the corner with a range of facilities to enjoy incl. a bar and restaurant, tennis, padel and a gym.The world class Vale do Lobo golf course is only a short drive (circa 1.5km at a guess) and the centre of Vale, with many bars/restaurants is only a further few hundred yards past the golf club.Thank you for having us Lucia, we will be returning!! xx

Localização sem grande conforto

Boa localização, pouco conforto. Cozinha pouco equipada em termos de utensílios e bastante usada; quartos muito básicos falta conforto, não tem toalhas de reposição, camas com lençóis velhos sem colchas; sofas da sala muito pouco confortáveis e com uma colcha a cobrir…espreguiçadeiras muito usadas, espaço exterior pouco cuidado.

Estadia maravilhosa

Lugar calmo, num condomínio super agradável, a casa tem uma vista maravilhosa. Muito próximo à praia. A piscina é agradável, apesar de não muito grande, estava bem limpa. Foram dias maravilhosos.

Die Villa ist in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Man kann zum Strand laufen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
