Luxury Villa with private pool, lush gardens and direct access to the beach

It is hard to appreciate the location of this villa until you see it in person. Located at the end of a terrace of eight villas fronting directly onto the beach in Vale do Lobo. The aspect from the villa is stunning by day and night. It is only a two minute walk to the hub of Vale do Lobo, the 'Praca' with its wide range of bars and restaurants. Within the estate there is also unrivalled facilities including 2 championship golf courses, driving range, Wellness Centre Spa and Fitness, Tennis Academy, beach sports, shopping centre, supervised children's village, crazy golf, night club, supermarket and medical centre. There is plenty to do for all age groups, young children, teenagers and the parents! The pool is a good size and there is room for games on the lawn area. Daily maid service is included. This is one of the original houses in Vale do Lobo but has been kept up to date with all modern equipment and furnishings. It is a wonderful house and the roof terrace is spectacular.

We were so happy when we arrived at this houseā€¦ A beautiful seeview and sunset was our welcome. We swam in the pool almost everyday and had dinner at the terrace. The location really is triple a. Our enjoyed playing golf at the perfectly maintained courses. We had a great time and will definitely return.

Luxury Villa

It is a perfectly situated gorgeous villa with outstanding views all round. The villa itself has everything you could need. My wife and me spent a week there with our three grown up children and we all went wow seeing it for the first time. We all loved it so much that we are going to re book for next year. You will not be disappointed.

Stunning villa on the beach

We had a wonderful week in this spacious villa which has stunning views of the beach and the sea. Very convenient as you can just have a quick swim in the sea and then lie down on the sun loungers in the beautiful garden. The pictures donā€™t do the villa justice. It is even more beautiful. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is well equipped as is the rest of the villa. Short stroll from the restaurants as well. We will definitely come again.

Just returned from this villa and an amazing place and location , inside very spacious and outside stunning , lovely pools ( I went in several times and although not heated still a nice temperature ) open the gate and your right on the beautiful beach , the main square is yards away and ideal for the evening out with several restaurants and the Montys bar , the owner Paul was very helpful and contactable if needed , would definitely recommend.

So this is Portugal!

It was our first trip to Portugal so we didn't know what to expect. We were worried that the Villa looked too good to be true...how wrong we were. It is a perfect location to enjoy the beach, the pool, walk to restaurants, play golf and otherwise explore the Algarve. We enjoyed the location as a couple but could easily imagine sharing it with one or two other couples...lots of space and easy to find a quiet corner if need be. Paul was very good to work with and the daily cleaning staff kept everything tidy...a nice touch when renting a Villa!

Great location

This property is in a great location, however it is not 5 stars. It is noisy in the evening. It is not private, people are wslking by the pool fence all day, and most important it is not safe per the QR code recommendations regarding rolling down the steel doors over all windows and doors every time you leave or go to sleep. The location was however great, right on the beach. The owner was greAt never talked to the property manager

A perfect week in a perfect location

We had such a lovely week at this fantastic property. The villa itself is lovely, very comfortable and well-equipped but it it the location that sets it apart. Right on the beach, it is definitely the best situated villa we have every stayed in. No need to pack up the car and endure fractious drives to the beach, searching for a parking spot! You simply walk out the garden gate and you're there! The owner described it to us as their 'little piece of heaven' and we can understand why. We had a few teething problems on arrival but the team managing the property was amazing - super helpful and very responsive. Despite our late arrival, the management team arranged for maintenance and other staff to come straight over (around 9.30/10pm) to help resolve the issues. We look forward to a return visit very soon.

Lovely Villa

This villa is a slice of heaven. The inside has a nice layout with the two larger bedrooms separated which provides for privacy. There were two couples so we each had our own full bath. It has a nice dining and living room area. The backyard is wonderful. It is on the beach but slightly elevated which offers a perfect view of the water. The yard is nicely separated with a pool, grassy area and a table. We enjoyed lunch outside along with the beautiful water view. Evenings on the upper level watching the sunset are extraordinary. We are hoping we will be able to return one day. The owner, Paul, was outstanding. He answered all of our questions and then some. We recommend trying O'Riberio Restaurant and Figueiral Restaurant. Thank you Paul for sharing your lovely villa with us.

I am giving a completely honest review of this property as I think it's important to know for visitors but also the owner. The location of the property was perfect and you could not ask for anything better in that regard. However ..the house is in need of a good cleaning and several updates. The screen and doors .. difficult to open and need addressing. The pillows are beds and bedding are all old and need replacing. We only had Rita clean the place once who was lovely and spoke English and did a good job the day she was there which was the day before we left .The rest of the time we only had another girl come name Veronica maybe four or five times in the 15 nights we were there and didn't do much of anything. We had to call maintenance a few times because the hydro kept going out and overloaded the breakers for no good reason when the coffee pot got turned on and when the floor heaters for the bathroom got turned on which maintenance said needs to definitely be looked at because it didn't work. Also on the last day it rained so hard the ceiling in the dining room was leaking all over the place so maintenance came and put a pail and mopped the water up. It was pouring through the pot Lights so they told us not to turn on the lights obviously but that needs to be addressed .Such a great spot but needs some money invested..Another disappointment was the fact that everything around including most restaurants close November 1st for the season so we should have been told that.

A villa at the most stunning location. The sunset in the ocean can be seen from the couch :-) Villa is situated on a calm spot in a resort with restaurants and kids club.

Perfect location, lovely villa

We had an amazing week at this real gem of a villa. 10 seconds to walk from the beautiful garden down to the beach and a variety of bars/restaurants within 2 minutes walk. The pool was lovely and refreshing (it is late October but we all swam in it many times including our little ones.) An hourā€™s drive in either direction covers most of the Algarve. We would very highly recommend this fantastic villa!

We spent a week at this villa in the most fantastic position,at the end of the row and next to the fabulous beach in the centre of Val do Lobo .the villa is comfortable and well appointed,and a visit each day from Rita to tidy up and make beds was great.Words just donā€™t do it justice.

An extremely comfortable,well equipped villa in a magnificent position

We loved the villa, spacious,well planned and in such a marvellous position,right on the beach. Enormous range of TV programmes, including all the UK channels plus the full SKY range. For golfers Vale do Lobo is probably paradise, a lush,well manicured course, set within an estate of very modern,obviously very expensive villas.The bars and restaurants on the front are fine and the quality of the food served is very good - nevertheless and, perhaps because it's such a closed environment, we found it a little boring compared with,say Praia da Luz - where there tends to be much more going on and a much wider variety of facilities. Having said that, the villa would be very hard to beat anywhere and we found it an ideal base for exploring other parts of the Algarve.

Book it now! You WON'T be disappointed

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the villa could not have been more perfect. It is literally on the beach and 1 minute to six restaurants and a bar - what's not to like? The villa is beautifully furnished and had plenty of space for the six of us (2 adults, 4 kids aged 9 - 13). The bathrooms have been recently updated and with underfloor heating, have a touch of a luxurious feel about them. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything works perfectly. The daily cleaner, Rita, is very accommodating and can help with any questions - not that we had any as everything is very clearly laid out for you. The owners, Paul and Oonagh, are only too happy to answer any questions very promptly and sent through directions and offered to get in some provisions ahead of arrival, which was most welcome. All in all a fantastic 2 week break in a true 'home from home' - we would definitely like to return!

Exceeded expectations

The villa was everything we expected & more.There are only a handful of properties in the resort with direct access to the amazing beach & this is the best of them,it's also only stones throw from the Praca with it's varied restaurants.During our stay the house was cleaned daily , the pool & garden were also attended to.The whole process of booking the house & making general enquiries was effortless, the owners seem genuinely keen that you have everything needed for relaxing stay.We are already looking forward to staying again next year.
