Dear Sue, We are both delighted that you enjoyed your Christmas at the Villas, and thank you for your kind comments. We always try to go the extra mile for our guests and we get a lot of pleasure from knowing our guests have enjoyed their stay. Thanks for leaving the cottage in such good order, and we look forward to possibly greeting you back to the Villas again sometime in the future. Kind regards, Audrey & Rob.

Dear Neil, Thank you so much for your kind words regarding the Villas, we were both delighted that you all enjoyed your stay at our holiday cottage. Thank you for booking with us and we look forward to greeting you back sometime in the future. Warm regards, Rob and Audrey.

Dear Ronald, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you did not find the cottage to your taste. We normally have a very positive reaction to the way the interior is laid out, hence our five star reviews.. With regards to the parking space we clearly state in the description and in the arrival details that there is space for one small to medium saloon car. We have had many guests who own quite large people carriers who have managed to park and negotiate the approach without any difficulties. Parking is at a premium in Cromer and it is rare to have a period property of this nature that provides parking for guests in the centre of the town. As for the courtyard, it is what it is a courtyard ! which is shown clearly in the description photographs. Unfortunately the refuse bins are a fact of life, as are grids for drains. We attempt to mitigate their impact by providing quality patio furniture and plants ornaments and solar lights. Finally, we do feel that your comment regarding the bed in the rear bedroom is unjustified. Again we state clearly in the property description that the bed in is a small double. As for your comment about a squeaky bed in the main bedroom we will investigate this as we had not have had any negative comments in the past. Also the bed is a standard double, designed to fit most adults six-foot and over. We try our utmost to make our guests feel at home and enjoy their stay at the cottage. The vast majority of our guests enjoy the cottage and its décor. and the amenities provided.

Dear Stephen and Mary, Both Rob and I are delighted you enjoyed your stay at the Villas, and thank you very much for your kind words about our cottage.Thank you also for leaving the place in such good order. We try very hard to make the Villas a home from home and make it as welcoming as possible, and we get great satisfaction from knowing our guests have had an enjoyable time.Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the parking, we do make a point of mentioning that the parking space is only suitable for a small to medium size car.
