Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! You don't want to miss an opportunity to stay at this luxury Orange Beach rental. This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, which helps accommodate 10 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!

The condo was great! Any time I needed to reach out things were addressed very quickly. The view is great and so is the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The unit and the location were both great. As pictured, plenty of room for my family. Would visit again. During busier times we did have to wait awhile on an available elevator, but I think at least on one of those occasions there actually was a problem with multiple elevators.

Loved the property. It was perfect for our little ones. We had 3 small children under the age of 5. Wonderful vacation. My only complaint was the beds in the room that had 2 beds were both very uncomfortable. Otherwise, great stay!

Great stay

We really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious with plenty of room for a large family. The only downside is the elevators at the condo took a long time.

Family vacation

Accommodations were fantastic. We were on the 18th floor beach side. After initially waiting on elevators on arrival day it was smooth sailing. Condo was roomy with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. The oasis pools and water areas are great. Beaches can be a little crowded but nothing excessive. We’ll be back.

Good stay with excellent communication

The property was clean and exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Had an issue logging into WiFi, emailed and received a response in less than 5 minutes. Would book again

Great family spot

Great location, perfect for our family and friends. We wish the water heater had a little more capicity so we could all shower before dinner, listing was for 10 people and we were only a party of 6. Would definitely stay again.

Roomy, Clean, Great Pool and Perfect Beach

The condo is very roomy. We are a family of 5 who like to spread out. there was lots of room & it was very comfortable. My favorite part is the balcony and just having my coffee there every morning. They provided toilet paper & sample size shampoo/conditioner & soap so if you check in late like us, you can still get ready for your grocery shopping in the morning. We had to call Prickett Properties for something & they were extremely attentive and Helpful. They are the nicest people. The restaurant on premises is awesome and a great perk! It does have a limited menu but there is something for everyone’s tastes. And it’s convenient for when you’re at the pool or beach.. it was perfect. The condo is close to all the great restaurants and shopping so that was a great convenience too. We didn’t use any of the sport courts we were focused on the beach and pool.. but next time we will. The beds are comfy, the furniture is comfortable and plenty to sit. The 14th floor gym & sauna & hot tubs were not available, under construction as of 4/4/2025 but there are hot tubs in the indoor pool areas. It looks like it’s going to be spacious and amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Everything is great, my small suggestions are: add an ice cream scoop. It would be amazing if they added a single sofa chair to the bedrooms and 2 luggage racks to each closet. Area rugs in bedrooms to add warmth.refresh/paint walls a lighter color. Seriously it’s still perfect. We are coming back.

Annual New Years trip

The Oasis is a nice property. Very friendly security staff which enhances property safety. The check-in process was very smooth. The unit was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The sectional sofa could use a slight update, but it in no way impacted our experience. I would book this unit again.

Cost did not meet expectations of condo

The host had great communication and the property was very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. However, for a million+ dollar condo, the furniture and amenities were not at all up to par: every kitchen chair was grossly stained and breaking down, the couch was old, worn leather and not comfortable, broken down in some areas, the deck chairs and table were not what was pictured online - we had to request a 5th chair - the master bed headboard was broken, tvs had multiple remotes with no directions), the kitchen was minimally stocked, the dryer barely worked, no beach towels, no condiments (salt and pepper at a minimum would have been appreciated), and only two garbage bags were provided. Zero extra amenities for a condo on the beach. The owner can definitely do better here.

Great Time!

Overall we had a great time on our trip! The condo was clean and really big which was nice for our group size (two families of 4). Right on the beach and lots of other amenities we could partake in. My only note would be there isn't much in terms of cooking in the kitchen (no seasonings, etc) so if you plan on cooking during your stay make sure to bring all that. We didnt have any issues so not much communication with the management company but the interaction we had during check in was great! Would stay here again!

Great property! Only concern was dryer took quite a while to dry however when mentioned to the property manager said next time let them know and they would be happy to bring us more towels. Definitely hope to stay here again!
