Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! You don't want to miss an opportunity to stay at this luxury Orange Beach rental. This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!

Beautiful view and overall happy with our stay but we definitely had a few things that were disappointing. I certainly think it should be a rule that if the only indoor pool will be closed for an entire month for scheduled remodeling (I understand emergency closings but this was not the case), they should be honest enough to note it in the VRBO listing. Especially since we stayed in late November. We had 6 kids with us and were forced to only use the chilly outdoor pools. We would have cancelled and moved over to Turquoise Place.Our room had black mold growing around the HVAC vents in 3 different rooms. They clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.The courts and other activities for children were great and we had a lot of fun. We would probably stay here again but I would definitely recommend calling ahead of your stay to make sure the amenities you really want are actually available. Because if you realize it's closed once you're there, they will just tell you that you signed the agreement of no amenities being guaranteed and you should have called beforehand.

Sofa was covered in stains. Marks and scratches all over the walls. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Drain in one tub did not work. Even lamp shade in one bedroom was stained. It was a blue light nightmare. Only provided one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Good potential but overall felt nasty.

Loved being able to look out and see beach and water everywhere we looked. Even with it being to cold in the water we were able to walk by the water and sit and listen to the waves all day and late into the evening

This property was absolutely beautiful! So much room and the pictures are true to the condo. The view was magnificent. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the large patio overlooking the pools and gulf.

Fantastic host, perfect location and beautiful condo!

The host responded insanely fast every time I messaged her and was super accommodating. We LOVED the condo's location and it was super clean. It also has fantastic amenities and our group could not have had a more perfect stay.

Unit indicated to be wheelchair accessible. However, the unit is not ADA. No grab bars, no shower seat. Wheelchair accessible implies ADA. Unit is comfortable but did present problems for us.

View was awesome as was the location but the overall condition of the furniture and bathroom fixtures need some serious attention. Living room furniture was badly stained and fixtures in bathrooms were rusty and in need of repair Every bedroom needs to have at least one dresser and hairdryers would have been very nice.

Paradise

This is a very impressive property. It was very clean. The air worked perfectly. The view is unmatched. The lazy river is great to just float around and soak up the sun. There is an adults only pool, with great play lists. There is a new grilling/picnic area that is very clean. Picle ball, tennis, basketball courts. A huge indoor pool. Splash pad, slide, etc. Our entire party loved it. The only thing missing was a hairdryer and beach towels. The beds were comfortable as well. I would go back over and over.

Great experience for our family of 6 adults.

Check-in was very easy. Listing was accurate. Communication was fast. Located at the top of the building on the 31st floor, the view is incredible. We loved our time here and highly recommend.

Fabulous vacation

Condo is beautiful!! Absolutely love everything about Orange Beach and we will definitely be back!! There are no negatives to this condo at all except the cookware (pans & skillets are not really usable) … other than that it’s perfect!!

Spring Break

This was our 6th stay in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area in the last 20 months. This location was far superior to the others. Several pools, lazy river and they are upgrading and adding more. Nice restaurants, entertainment and grocery shopping nearby. The Grandkids, their Mama's and Daddy had a blast.

Beautiful view

The condo could use a deep clean and some updated furniture, however its not any different than most condos in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Amenities are great, view is amazing. 2024 updates to the property - restaurant, splash pad, grilling area - will be a nice upgrade.
