Aloha! Please enjoy the following photos of this wonderful condominium. I know you will enjoy your stay with us. Our private residence has one of the most spectacular views on the island. This vacation home is directly on the oceanfront and is a bottom floor unit.

This condominium has been remodeled and redecorated with authentic tropical-style Hawaiian furniture and art. You can hear and see the ocean from the living areas and
the lanai. The view and sound is just mesmerizing.You can hear the ocean as the waves are rolling into shore, reminding you that you have arrived!

We also have a private snorkeling area located here at the resort as well as one of the largest pools. The gardens throughout this small nature friendly complex are the most beautiful and well maintained as well. And if you are looking forward to dining at an exclusive one of a kind setting with the most incredible views and atmosphere, then we suggest dining on your own romantic lanai.

The tiki torches are lit up as the sun goes down and there is no better place to be than in your own private paradise. During whale season this home has the advantages of optimal views of the whales as well as the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

If you enjoy local tropical produce and like to walk, the farmers market is not far away and is across from a beach park. This vacation home will please the most discerning individuals and is of the highest quality, detail, and is offered at the absolute best value to be found. The host welcomed us very well, the local wine was waiting for us as soon as we entered and Christmas decorations.The place is very special with ocean front where you can relax with the cup of coffee in the morning and watch the turtles and whales passing by. In the evening you enjoy the beautiful sunset when you grill. The location is perfect, between the best snorkeling at the black rock beach and Napillli Bay beach.The condo is a walking distance to several small shopping centers.I would highly recommend this amazing ocean front property!

Perfect Location, Amazing Views!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with unobstructed views of the ocean. We saw sea turtles and gorgeous sunsets every night and listened to the waves crashing on the shore. The unit is conveniently located on the ground floor and has direct access to the beach (although there are no stairs). The property has all the amenities as described and is very comfortable and accommodating. Margie’s communication and care were outstanding. We can't wait to return and highly recommend staying here.

6 days in Paradise

This condo was prefect for our family of 3. Ideal location for all of west Maui! Margie had all the amenities needed for a great trip, we even cooked a few meals in the condo. Waking up to have your morning coffee 10 yards from the crashing waves is incredible! The pool in this complex is stunning a 10out of 10. The only minor flaw is it can get quite warm in the kitchen/living room area, when there is no ocean breeze.

We walked into Margie’s condo to whales breaching outside and turtles on the beach! Unforgettable views and experience and she was very responsive and helpful. We’ll be back I’m sure!

Awesome location!

We really enjoyed our 8 days vacation at this place. Everyday we walked out of the sliding door to snorkel or to swim multiple times, because the clear water is right outside. One of my wife’s favorites about this place is everyday we went out of the kitchen door to watch a beautiful Hawaiian sunset in the evening. There is no better or more convenient location for us to do all we want in Maui. One more thing- we stayed at many other vacation houses over the years. This is the place that the photos shown on the website definitely didn’t do justice.

We stayed here for 13 days and had the most incredible time. The condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The view is beautiful and even better in person than pictures can show. We sat on the lanai for hours watching whales, turtles and even dolphins in the ocean. It was so peaceful and private. The complex is very nice, well manicured and clean. The pool is wonderful and there was always plenty of chairs available. We were able to walk to a coffee shop and a general store. The area is very nice. I cannot wait to come back again! Thank you Margie for sharing your amazing condo with us!

Relaxing in Maui

Paradise

Margie’s unit was equipped, especially for my husband who loves to cook!!! The views were speculated and we were able to see whales and lots of turtles. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back next year!!!

Amazing experience

We stayed here for 5 nights during the summer, and it was an amazing experience. You can’t have a better beachfront condo in Maui, and Margie is an exceptional host. The condo is perfectly equipped with everything you need for your stay, making it a fantastic place for families. My kids and I played at the beach every day, and the sunset view from the condo is breathtaking. 5 stars and more!

The perfect spot

We enjoyed our stay so much! We are a family of four with growing boys. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids slept on the pull out sofa bed and that was just fine for them. This condo is all about the location. We spent every morning and evening sitting out on the lawn or beach enjoying the views. We made wonderful memories and hope to return again soon!

Perfect Island Getaway for a Couple

My husband and I loved our stay at this quaint condo nestled right on the ocean shore. We enjoyed laying a blanket out on the ground and watching the sun go down each day. Our favorite part is the extra large screen door that shows the ocean and lets you hear the waves without any little critters coming in.

perfect winter get away

This is a great location to experience Maui and to get away from the snow. We've certainly seen more turtles than tourists and the whales were in sight (suggest you bring binoculars). The accomodations were nice and being on the water was unbelievable. We recomment this highly.

Great spot in all respects

This property is right on the ocean, ground-floor level. We have stayed at Kuleana before, but this is our first time renting Margie's place. In all respects her condo is a great place to stay and Margie was great to work with at all times before and during our stay. We couldn't be happier.

Amazing views!!

We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay at this beautiful property with unobstructed views of the ocean. Stunning Views!

We loved the amazing ocean views from the lanai! We saw whales breaching and turtles. The sunsets were awesome! The condo is very clean and nicely equipped. King bed was comfortable. There is a large community pool and nice BBQ grilling area. Margie is a great host. She is very communicative and responsive with questions about condo, the area or information about your booking. The location is close to great restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping. We had a short visit and wished we could have stayed longer!

Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us Margie!

Margie's place was perfect for our small family. (2 adults and 2 kids age 6 and 8). Margie is an awesome host who communicates enthusiastically and gives great tips and advice. This is one of the few condos I have seen that has a ground level private lanai up against the water with just grass in front of you and then ocean. Most other places all have the great ocean views, but you are usually separated from the ocean by common areas.or pools and concrete and gates and have people right outside your door all day. Not here, this is your own private little paradise 90% of the day. The condo isn't the 4 Seasons, but it's very comfortable and clean and has everything you'll need for a great small family vacation or relaxing stay. We cooked meals and got food truck food and never missed a sunset. We really liked the Times Supermarket and Napili Markets (short drives) to get groceries. The Fish Market down the road were the best fish tacos we ever had! The beach box is loaded with snorkel gear, boogie boards, inflatables, pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, etc. Only thing you'd need to rent is a surf or paddle board. The beach was great. It's small, but not a lot of people use it and it has lots of shade to get a break from sun. We spent most of out time at it swimming with sea turtles and playing in the waves and making sand castles and just relaxing to the max. Thank You Margie, you made our vacation a dream!

Excellent place to stay!!!

We are a family of four with two boys (about 10yrs old). We are usually out and about experiencing the different beaches around Maui, and are really just looking for a home base to recharge in the afternoons, cook meals in the evenings (preferably with a BBQ for easy cleanup) and sleep at. This property accomplished this and more. The check in process was painless. The condo is nicely appointed and the view out the back sliding glass window is amazing. You are feet from the ocean, and all it's glory. We had turtles feeding on the reef that were easily visible when they came up for a breath when standing on the beach (which is about 30 feet from the patio). We visited in early April and were also able to see dueling whales doing tail and fin slaps in the channel from the patio chairs. And finally, the sunsets from the patio are awesome. Lastly, Margie was in regular communication with us throughout the trip. We didn't, but had we needed anything she was always available. All said, we enjoyed our stay. It met our needs, and we would absolutely stay there again whenever our travels bring us back to Maui. A big mahalo nui to Margie for her hospitality!

I saved my $$$$ for a long time to buy a piece of paradise. I fell in love with this complex because it only has 118 units, lovely landscape, wonderful pool and this unit is ocean front from the beach. I totally remodeled the condo. It not only has a Hawaiian flare, once you walk in you feel like you are home.
