We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna Maria Island! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still being peaceful and relaxing.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The closeness to the beach and the beach supplies were amazing. It could’ve been a bit more toilet paper and paper towel towels, but that was an easy fix by going to the store. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing stay

This is our 2nd stay here. Excellent location and proximity to the beach; just a few steps away. Property is well maintained and clean. Nicely decorated. Available beach equipment is a plus.

Wonderful Unit!

We have stayed on the island before. This unit is the best we have had by far. Great location, a few steps from the beach. Our vacation was perfect!

Amazing Place!

The condo was very well set up with anything we needed. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes. The pool was nice and warm. We will hopefully be back next year!!!

Best Vacation Ever!

We couldn't ask for a better location. The family loved the short walk to the beach and then to the pool. The local flavor was amazing. The property was perfect for the six of us and allowed us the relaxation we were looking for. Close to fantastic eateries yet easy to stay in for a home cooked meal in the full kitchen. Would return!

Great location & spacious

Had a great time at this condo. Loved the open concept kitchen/dining/living room and the enclosed lanai with laundry in unit! The rooms are spacious and welcoming with a beach theme. Gift shops, restaurants, Walgreens, cvs and groceries/liquor store are nearby and walkable. Great location steps from the beach. Owners very responsive and want you to let them know if you need anything which is a bonus. Would definately stay here again!

Nicely furnished cozy home with great open kitchen area and everything close by. Beach just a few minutes walk right behind the building. Roof terrace with lounge chairs to take that beach breeze. There is a new house being built behind the building so expect to be up early with the construction noise until it’s completed.

Beautiful

The online pictures do not do the condo justice , it is very crisp and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Brought our daughter and grandson with us, and we had a blast. The beach is literally right there. We will definitely book here again. The owners even checked on us through text. Great experience!

Beautiful condo at beautiful beaches

We really loved the beautiful, cosy and nicely decorated beach condo from Lisa and Ray. It is perfectly equipped and we didn’t miss anything. Lisa and Ray the owners are very easy to work with and really focused on their customers. Even a shortening of our stay die to personal reasons has been made possible. We would love to come back.

Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a truly wonderful vacation in Anna Maria and in Ray & Lisa's condo! Weather was fantastic with many hours spent on the beach. Everything we needed was there (towels, beach stuff etc). We are a family of four with 2 teenage girls and it was plenty of space for all of us. Apartment was clean, bright and just really nice. Ray & Lisa was very good to deal with and we got quick response if any question occurred (how to log on to Wi-Fi...) We had a great time and recommend this place.

Perfect trip!

House was properly stocked. 1300 SF so plenty of room. Couches and beds were super comfy. AC ran cold and maintained temperature. Owners have lots of beach gear they shared. Kids loved pool and you don’t have to cross the street to get to the ocean. My only complaint was I had to come home.

Super cute, comfy, rooftop views!

We stayed from October 15-20, 2017. Everything was perfect when we arrived. Condo is so cute! Love the beachy look and feel! The rooftop views are gorgeous, perfect for sunset dining! Condo is also conveniently located within walking distance to Anna Maria Beach Cafe, Skinny Burgers, and lots of souvenir shopping! I also recommend dining at The Sandbar which is just a short drive away! Thank you, Lisa and Ray for your perfect Condo! We WILL be back!!

Amazing vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The condo had plenty of room for our family of six and is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Including a storage cupboard downstairs to keep all of our sandy beach gear in. There is a wonderful view of the beach and it was such an easy walk to and from the beach. No traffic to worry about with little kids. Lovely pool too. Ray and Lisa are the perfect hosts. Can't believe we found this gem and will most definitely book for next year. Thank you.

My favorite place by far!

This is my 4 h stay on AMI. This place by far is my favorite and would highly recommend! Space and amenities are great! Loved the 2 porches. You can see the beach from the back porch. Short walking distance to the beach and not far from AMI Beach Cafe. Also, waking distance to Publix, CVS, Dollar Tree, etc. It was a quiet beach area for us, but not too far to walk and enjoy the party! Plenty of beach supplies and towels and a cart to take it to the beach. You are so close to businesses but far away enough to feel secluded amongst houses. Thank you for a great stay Can't wait to stay again!

Perfect condo and location

The well-appointed condo was spacious and comfortable. It was ideally located close to the beautiful beach, Walgreens, grocery store, pizza, ice cream and other tourist shops. The trolley conveniently picked up right in front of Walgreens and allowed us to explore the island without a rental car. Ray and Lisa were a joy to work with and had thought of everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo!

Our Go to Place

When we come to AMI this condo is the first one we look for to see if it’s available. We love the location. Nice and quiet. Love the roof. Husband loves the roof at night.
