Wow what a great home! My first stay at this property for 9 nights. Very impressed with the cleanliness and how well decorated the home is. Everything was absolutely perfect, and the hosts are phenomenal! I can't say enough except I will be coming back!!

Perfect place for our holiday vacation

It is perfect location for our vacation stay. Quiet and Beautiful beach on one side and a nice recreational center and park on another side. I enjoyed hearing the waves from 3rd floor bedroom very much.

Beautiful Beach House on secluded beach

Wonderful beach home! It was just as advertised. Very quiet beach right across the road. Perfect getaway if you want a quiet, relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our week at Melbourne Beach. We had some great food & were able to see a Cape Canaveral launch from the beach.

Great Location

We love staying here and would recommend it to everyone. The location is right across the street from the beach with private access. The interior is good and the upstairs master is very nice.

We were very pleased with our stay. The home is very private, within a minute walk from the beach. The host was readily available, if needed, to answer any questions. Thank you for a quiet “home away from home” (without the cold/snow) to begin, and end, each of our fun full filled days in Melbourne Beach.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I have stayed at this location numerous times and is our favorite place to stay when it is just us. Location is great with the beach with private access right across the road. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had good communication with Thomas. Highly recommend this location

Great House

The house was great and very well laid out. The privacy was f the landscaping made it feel like you were in a world of your own. Everything you need is there. We loved the location and easy access to the beach. The turtle sanctuary was just down the road a bit as was Sebastian Inlet. We will definitely be back!

3rd visit

This was our 3rd time staying here. Again, the only complaints would be to cut the grass and get rid of spiderwebs inside the house.

2023 vacation

Nice place, this was our 3rd time renting. Will most likely rent agian in the future. Only complaint is the area was infested with mosquitoes. Could not be outside on the property without being eaten alive.

Clean and Accommodating

We stayed for 9 nights. House was exceptionally clean. Everything was as described on the web site. I appreciate having the bikes to use in the garage. Having the county park just a minute away made it very convenient to ride or just walk the trails. It was convenient to the beach as well. Will definitely keep it at the top of our list for a return visit.

Summer getaway

This was our second time staying here. We very much enjoyed our visit. Very peaceful and quiet. We like the privacy of the property but we think the yard could use a little work. The grass needed cutting. The natural areas are almost taking over and that does make mosquitoes worse. Overall we love staying here and would definitely recommend this property.

comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

This house is located just off of a less-traveled section of the A1A. Two state parks are close by--one within walking distance, and the beach access is across the street. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen functional, and the house was clean. There are 2 flights of stairs, one flight to the living space and another to the master bedroom. The area has many bike trails and bikes are available as part of the rental. I recommend this place to any who are ok with stairs.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Thomas’s beach house is the absolute perfect getaway. The private beach access is amazing, the neighbors are all so friendly. Everything you could possibly need for the beach is included onsite. The home is very clean and everything minus food is provided. The local grocery store, Publix, is just down the road along with restaurants, and multiple gas stations. The Archie Carr turtle education building is 2 miles away. For those who want to go do the touristy thing you’re just 25-30 minutes away from the cocoa beach area. If you’re looking for a getaway you won’t be disappointed.

Beach Trip with Sisters

My husband and two sisters all in our 70’s loved the place. The steps were hard with the two replaced hips in the family but we made it. The accommodations were great. The upper level bedroom is huge with a very nice bath with a shower and jacuzzi tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a five minute walk across the highway but easily done. We practically had the beach to ourselves. We like playing bocce ball on the beach. We used the beach chairs provided, but it was too windy for the beach umbrella. We worked a puzzle on the long table in the garage and played a lot of games at the kitchen table. All in all it was one of our favorite places.

Perfect Solitude

This was my husband and my first time to the Melbourne Beach area and we really enjoyed ourselves. This property is great, very private. It's in a low key, quiet neighborhood directly across from the beach. We had the beach all to ourselves for days. We saw sea turtles in the water and turtle tracks on the beach to their nests. All your beach needs come with this house: coolers, beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, shovels, boogie boards. Just bring your luggage, sunblock, mosquito spray and settle in for a peaceful vacation. The house was clean and pretty well stocked, the only thing we were missing was a blender. It could also use a little cobweb and spider removal. The grill worked out perfectly for us since we're late dinner grillers and we like to hang outside. There were plenty of nice towels and hot water. Also, having access to wash and dry clothes is a lifesaver. We would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for peace and solitude on the beach.
