The ground floor villa is located in a private and quiet area on the heights of Montana Rosa in Playa Blanca and breathtaking views of the ocean and the coasts of Playa BLanca as well as a fabulous view of the Femes mountains.
The front garden is planted with a young palm tree as well as bougainvillea and geranium. To fully enjoy the rear view is composed of a terrace with private pool of 7m by 3m and a garden with automatic lighting. A teak deck where you can fully enjoy the sun of Lanzarote and a jacuzzi for a moment of relaxation.
Outside is equipped with a garden furniture, you can eat around a table with six chairs and enjoy a canarian barbecue. For relaxation you will have six modern aluminum-style sun beds available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer, a coffee percolator and a toaster. There is also a washing machine and an iron. The large main suite has a king-size bed of a leather sofa and a flat screen tv, a bathroom that has a bidet and toilet,
The bathtub is equipped with a shower wall. There is also a
hair dryer. The second bedroom is equipped with a large bed of 1m60 as well as a bathroom identical to the first one when in the third bedroom two separate beds of 90x200cm as well as its private shower room with a toilet and a sink. There are two appliances for air conditioning (with a coin box) one in the suite and the other in the living room. The living room is equipped with a table and six chairs, a leather lounge with chaise longue as well as a tv stand with a screen of 127cm and a satellite decoder capable of receiving the French tnt channels and a hundred English channels .
