Parking and Rental Policies
- Parking Garage:
The parking garage **only accommodates vehicles up to 6 feet 10 inches** in height. Please ensure your vehicle fits within this limit.
- Boats, Trailers, and Motorcycles:
These vehicles are not allowed on the property.
- Parking Permits:
Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Ensure that permits are displayed at all times to avoid towing.
- Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks and Laser Pointers:
The discharge of fireworks is prohibited, and laser pointers may not be used on the property.
- Smoking Policy:
This unit is non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit and anywhere on the property.
- Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age requirement is 25 years.
If the booking is made for a group of individuals, all persons in the group must be over 25 years of age.
- This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, at least one parent must be over 25 years old.
- Rental Agreement:
A signed rental agreement is required before your stay.
