Hello and thanks for looking at our property. We have a newly renovated one bedroom, one-bathroom unit that is located on the third floor with a great view. We are located in a very nice and quiet family oriented Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. The unit is oceanfront and just steps away from the ocean with a private beach access trail.
Windy Hill beach is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing with plenty of shopping and lots of restaurants. It is just a short drive to most Myrtle Beach attractions and many great golf courses.

The unit sleeps 5: Beds include: 1 Queen in the master bedroom, 1 small Twin XL in the hallway and a new Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have just completely Renovated and Redecorated this condo (2025) New paint, flooring, kitchen countertop, Oven, Microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Twin mattress and Couch.

The unit offers 2 TV's. One in the living room and one in the Master bedroom, cable throughout. Wireless internet access included.
A fully equipped kitchen includes, standard drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and all the necessities for preparing meals. (Paper towels not provided).
Dining table seats 2 plus a 3-seated breakfast bar area.
There is a washer and dryer also in the unit so that when you return home from vacation you don't have to spend all day washing clothes.

Swimming pool is located just below the balcony. It has plenty of seating around the pool and large sun deck.
There are 2 picnic tables, outdoor grill and 2 convenient onsite parking space per unit. (The pool is closed from around September/Labor Day to May/Memorial Day depending on weather. This is controlled by the HOA not the owners).
Additional parking is located just down the street.
We hope that this unit provides you with all the necessities needed to make your beach vacation as comfortable as being in your own home.

*No trailers are permitted to be kept on the premises.
*No pets allowed by renters**however Association allows homeowner pets. The owner has 2 dogs that frequent the property. Unit is thoroughly cleaned after each use.
