Huge, immaculate walk to beach home with bikes and fenced yard! Pets ok!

Welcome home to our roomy and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath home on a double lot with fenced in yard. We provide a fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless appliances, granite and every tool you need. We have bikes for the whole family and a trailer for your little ones as well as a wagon and ride on toys! The king master with adjoining bath on the first floor is perfect for those who don't want to deal with stairs making the house ideal for multi generational vacation families. Upstairs you will find two more HUGE bedrooms: a king bedroom, a queen plus 2 x twin bedroom and a hall bath. In the fully fenced and totally private yard you will find a hammock, fire pit, propane gas grill, picnic table, chairs, umbrella on the deck and patio. Grab the bags game (in garage) or ladder toss-there is SO much space on the double lot, all fenced in for your privacy! Your well behaved pet is welcome too (notify at time of booking, with pet fee).

Saturday to Saturday in peak season, 7 night minimum rental.

FAQ answers: Check in is 3pm, Check out is 10am. BEACH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Coffee pot is traditional-coffee provided, located in the freezer. Laundry, hand and dish soap, all provided. Bike lock with bikes. Firewood available at gas stations.

Beautiful, well kept house. The huge fenced in back yard was perfect for the kids to play in. Very nice patio area for eating outdoors. Even the grill was clean!Kids corner is just an 8 min. walk.

Great stay. Great vacation. The home was huge, updated, and well taken care of. Location was perfect for our family of four. It's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks. The bike path trail was right around the corner. Beach & town very walkable. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. She went the extra mile! We look forward to returning next year! Absolutely gorgeous! My family has been vacationing in South Haven for 13 years and by far this has been a home away from home. The owners have definitely put much forethought with all of the amenities from a stocked kitchen to a bike for every age group. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a welcoming and comfortable vacation home.

Best Vacay Rental Experience

This is our 3rd house we have rented in South Haven. We love to cook and it is well outfitted for that. Plenty of comfortable seating for our annual family gathering. Lots of outdoor accessibility as well. The AC did a great job on this hot week. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with when we had questions.Pleasant neighborhood & neighbors. Dog friendly. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It had a nice backyard for the kids to run around in, and it was close to the playground. Shannon was very quick to respond when we had questions. It is in a quieter, established neighborhood that is a 5 minute drive from the downtown area, so there are not a lot of vacationers walking around by the house. They are also starting to build townhomes across the street from the house, but we were never bothered by the truck sounds. I think they started work around 8 am, and we were often getting ready to leave to explore for the day. While we could walk to the beach, we drove since we had little kids and brought a bunch of items. Beach parking was easy if you went early enough. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this house and would highly recommend it!

IMMACULATE HOUSE!!

We enjoyed our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this house!! The inside & outside is very nicely decorated and immaculate!! However, if your elderly, the first floor bathroom is challenging. A very low toilet & no bar to help get in & out the bathtub.

Perfect home for our family & dogs

Very clean, well appointed home. Very comfortable and the fenced yard is amazing. Visited with my husband, my parents and our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed lots of time on the deck and patio, used the grill and played games from the awesome game closet. A few blocks from the lake but definitely walkable and bikeable. The host is very responsive and helpful. One of the best rentals we’ve ever had!

Lovely house

The house and property were very well maintained! The house is very comfortable and was stocked with all of the things that we could want. Shannon was very easy to communicate with and quickly answered the couple of questions we had before our stay. Walk to beach was pretty easy, and they supply bikes if you prefer. Walk to town was fine for us, could be a bit long for some people. Highly recommend this property for an enjoyable vacation!

Great house

Very comfortable home with all the amenities! We were very pleased to find bikes, beach supplies, games and books at the house. We were able to spend a lot of time in the large, fenced-in backyard. We enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful and beautiful

Location was a bit farther from the downtown bustle which is ideal in the midsummer months. Beautiful location close to the lake and bike trails/walking distance to downtown and the best yard you can imagine for relaxing. Inside, you don't often find a home so well appointed for relaxing with great accommodations from the bed to lighting to room for eveyone!

Great VRBO

We had a getaway with our adult kids and all of us loved this VRBO. Shannon has stocked this house with everything you can think of and it is very clean! The location is probably a little less than a mile to South Beach and downtown. The backyard is very welcoming with flowers, seating, hammock, fire pit, grill and our pup loved that it was fenced in. Shannon was easy to communicate with and our check in was super easy. Thanks Shannon!

Great family getaway with a toddler and dog!

We had a great time at our long weekend with grandparents, a toddler and a dog! This house was the cleanest and most well stocked VRBO that I’ve ever stayed at. From the small things like having plastic baggies to having tons of toddler accessories, this was a perfect house! My older parents stayed on the ground floor bedroom, while our toddler and us stayed in the upstairs rooms. We loved the little table and books provided in the one bedroom. Our daughter enjoyed sitting at the table and reading new books before bedtime. The house had plenty of seating with two couch areas. The backyard is fantastic! It’s large with great landscaping and had lots of room to run around. Our dog was really happy with the fenced backyard. We used the fire pit and had many naps in the hammock. The house comes with tons of bicycles and even a pull behind trailer. We had brought our own bikes and enjoyed the bike trails that are close by. It’s only a 10 minute ride to the beginning of the Kal-Haven trail, a flat route that originally was a train track. The house is located pretty close to downtown. We walked back from dinner one night and enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood . There are so many great playgrounds near by that this is a great location and house for a family with little ones. We’ll be back for sure!

Peaceful, wonderful Namastay!

This was the perfect place for us to get together with old friends for a weekend of music and good conversation. The house is super clean, cozy and set up just right for two couples or families. It was cold and rainy but that didn’t matter because the house was warm and welcoming. Namastay I’d the perfect name for this listing.💕

Perfect South Haven House!

Great house! Great location-close to park, walking path and town:) We loved all the movies, bikes, beach things and huge backyard. House was very clean, had everything we needed to cook and all supplies needed for a one year old! Shannon was lovely to work with-highly recommend !

Beautiful Home - Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has a wonderful layout and was clean and comfortable. Shannon was great with communication. We used the bikes a lot to get to the beach. I would highly recommend this home for a stay in South Haven.

NamaStay was a model home and People's Choice Parade of Homes winner in 2008. Built as a model for the Everett Park Development, we are excited about the positive changes the new homes bring to the neighborhood. Every room in the house is spacious and uncluttered. It is a comfortable, clean and easy to love!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home is one block from the Kal Haven Trail, 4 blocks to Kids Corner Park and 5 blocks to South Beach. Town is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. Lake Michigan is only blocks away-enjoy the unobstructed lake breeze! The house faces a large not yet built subdivision called Trailside. The neighborhood is up and coming, where 100 year old organ factories are converted into ultra modern, loft condominiums (one block from the house). Come check out what the buzz is about!
