Ocean View - Steps To The Beach - Elevator - Low Host Fee - Mid-Town Location

Our unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo which boasts a beautiful ocean side view from the second floor balcony. The spacious bedroom is furnished with two queen sized beds with new pillow top mattresses, a flat screen HD TV, and two wicker armoires. The living room area includes a flat screen HD TV and a queen sized sleeper sofa. We also offer a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six. A stacked washer and dryer is available in the unit for your convenience. Our condo is very clean and well maintained. We only rent to families and our minimum age for renting is 25. We cannot accommodate pets, smokers, vapers, or recent high school grads. Our unit is checked weekly for damage and abusive behavior. Maximum Occupancy is 6.

Summer View Condominium is a quiet ocean block building conveniently located in mid-town Ocean City. Summer View consists of five floors, the ground floor is under building permit parking. This is an intimate, well maintained, elevator building, which is just steps to the beach. Conveniently located on 35th Street, Summer View is within walking distance of Jolly Roger Amusements, Water Park, Mini Golf, Go Carts, K-Coast and Endless Summer Surf Shops, Restaurants, and live entertainment at the newly opened Ocean City Performing Arts Center at the Convention Center at 40th Street.

4 nights during the middle of August. The weather didn't cooperate completely but the beach was close when it did. Easy parking. Nice unit. I liked the 2 bathrooms. And the location was good on 35th street.We would go back.

We loved this property! The perfect size for all of us and close to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. Being able to walk to our favorite OCMD restaurant Shottis was definitely a bonus!

Clean, excellent location, great communication

Exactly as decribed. Wonderful location, plenty of parking under the property, light from the exterior hallway into the bedroom is not an issue, the curtains are light blocking and work great. Can see the ocean and beach from the balcony. 2 wall AC units and they both work very well. Comfortable beds. You need your own sheets, which is clearly laid out in the description so i was prepared, but i do recommended you bring your own pillows even though they do supply them. Great place to stay, would definitely stay again!

AMAZING

My husband and I were coming into Ocean City for Boardwalk Rock. Communication with Jennifer was like talking to my bestie that I haven't seen in forever! She gave us tips on getting to and from the venue. The condo was clean and smelled great! The location was prime to get to the beach. Everything was as pictired. I will definitely be booking in the futire with Jennifer! She made the stay seamless! Thank you so mich Jennifer!

Nice midtown location

Extended our previous weeks vacation 3 days/2nights with a stay here. Served our purpose as it was close to the beach and at the heart of what we wanted to do activity wise. Communication with host was excellent.

Just as expected

The property was exactly as expected. Great location close to everything but not to close. Loved the second floor view of the ocean. Overall very enjoyable stay highly recommend.

Awesome location, awesome place!

Two lots away from the beach. Location was amazing, check in process was easy. Second floor, but elevator available. Washer/dryer in unit was clutch for beach days. Near lots of great food and activities. Kids will enjoy Jolly Roger amusement park. The kombucha place at the end of the street is awesome. Two full bathrooms was helpful as well. Highly recommend for families!

Good Value, Great Location

This Vrbo was truly steps from the beach and in an overall great location along the Coastal Hwy, making it easy to explore OC. Jenni was a great host and her directions and guidance were helpful, allowing for an easy check-in and check-out process. The Vrbo itself was clean, we loved the showers and the beach equipment came in handy. The beds were a little shaky and the pillows were thin, but we still were able to get a goodnight's sleep throughout our stay. I'd book this Vrbo again for another OC trip.

Great Stay!

Above excellent communication and super easy check-in! We loved the location, just a minutes walk to the beach, as we were traveling with a 3-year-old. Condo was just as stated in the listing and in a great quiet location, which allowed for great naps for my little one during the day, and a good nights sleep at night. Living room furniture and bedding was clean and comfortable. The sinks in the bathroom had a pink film at the base of the faucet that occurs after water has sat there for too long but it wasn’t anything a few cleaning wipes that I brought along wouldn’t take care of. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le condo était impeccable et décrit comme l'annonce. L'hôte est très gentille et répond rapidement. Nous sommes arrivés très tard mais les instructions pour le check-in étaient parfaitement claires donc aucun problème. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Awesome little place & great location

Wonderful little condo on the beach block. Just right for our mothers/daughters trip (4 of us). Host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Not the most updated place around but it was clean and reasonably priced which matters so much more than updated decor. We loved it and will definitely rent from Jenni again

This property was exactly as described. What was striking immediately was the cleanliness of this condo. A family of 4 would easily find plenty of room. The owner was very kind and communicated often with us. Steps from the ocean with private parking. Hard to pass this one up!

Good family weekend

great to be so close to the beach. my wife has a disability and getting into and out of the unit was convenient. Easy to get downtown and other fun stuff.

Great stay!

The property was very clean, comfortable and just as described. The location is stellar!! So nice to walk out to beach, play all day and just have a short walk back! The extra beach toys were a great bonus with little ones, too!

We had the best stay in Ocean City! Jenni was so helpful and her communication was top notch. The condo was very clean, check in was easy, and pictures and description were on point. Plenty of room for a family of 4, that we weren't tripping over each other, not to mention all the comforts of home. We were sad to leave and have already begun to make plans for next year. Just can't say enough good things! Highly recommend!

Our family grew up vacationing in Ocean City. We own another unit nearby and try and get down to the Ocean as much as we can. Ocean City is a wonderful family friendly vacation destination with lots of fun for all ages. Whether strolling on the boardwalk, sunbathing on the beach, or playing a round of mini-golf, you will always find something fun to do in Ocean City.

We looked all over Ocean City for the perfect unit and we absolutely love our condo in Summer View and hope you will too. The location is ideal. You really can park your car and leave it. There are several restaurants within walking distance; Barn 34, Guidos Burritos, and Coconuts Bar and Grill. The Minit-Market on 31st street has custom cut meats, fried chicken, deli sandwiches, homemade doughnuts and grocery items. Anthony's Beer Wine and Deli is on 30th street with a nice selection of Beer, Wine, and Liquors, and an amazing Italian Cold Cut Sub. Jolly Roger Amusements is on 30th street, bayside. This large amusement complex features rides, waterpark, mini golf, and go karts. It's close enough to walk, but far enough that you don't hear the noise. The north end of the famous Ocean City Boardwalk is an 8 block walk. From the north end of the boardwalk you can catch the tram to the other end. Bus service is also available throughout Ocean City for $3/day. The buses run up and down Coastal Highway day and night and there are bus stops every few blocks.
