Oleandro 1, your own cottage in a medieval street

The house Oleandro 1 (4 persons) is located on the last street of the medieval village of Ripabottoni. As a result, the shops for first necessities are within walking distance and there is the freedom of a 6000 m2 garden. In the garden are old olive trees, walnuts, apples, cherries, etc. There is also a swimming pool (6x9m) with a large terrace with sunbeds and a lounge corner under the veranda and panoramic views over the Molise hills. This view is also admired from the terrace at the house. On this terrace is a large walnut tree, where you can sit in the shade in summer. The pool is shared with guests of Oleandro 1, Oleandro 2 and Casa Cristina, but there are several terraces with enough space to ensure your privacy.
The house consists of two floors with an open kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. There is also a spacious dining table, and the house is fully equipped. Washing machine is provided as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a sleeping area with a bunk bed.
The house is rented all year round; There is both heating and air conditioning.
Pets are not welcome. v.m. allergies of any other guests.
There is free Wifi everywhere, so in the rooms, on the terrace and by the pool.
Oleandro 1 and 2 can also be combined well if you need more space. And even with Casa Cristina there is room for 14 people.
